They did not measure them, I did and B. i did not lose anything off of them. i have spoken to the very dismissive office manager, Margie, and she said it is non refundable and offered me free sessions... After several months now, I can see a change in the treatments I received from the Zerona laser. As long as you change your diet and maintain the exercise, the results will last. I will most definitely be returning in the future. I do hope Dr. Payne plans on updating her facility.
