I'm putting these guys on speed dial!…read more Summary: I recently purchased an old home with a well system, and needed to have the well line and well electrical line rerouted inside of my crawl space. I was referred to Will County Well and Pump by a plumber after having a number of companies politely decline to do the work. I called Will County Well on a Saturday, they called me back on Monday, and they had someone out to me on Tuesday. The tech was timely, polite, and went straight to work. He rerouted the electrical work, installed a new pressure switch and gauge, and then advised me on what other parts of my system were in need of repair. He showed me that my pressure tank was full of water and on its last leg (which I was unaware of). I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on the more expensive, larger, pressure tank and told me the smaller one would work fine for the size of my house. He installed the new pressure tank which greatly improved the water pressure in my home. Lastly, he cleaned out the filter on my water softener, made sure the piping was done right, and ran a few restart cycles. Pros: 1) The technician had everything he needed to make repairs on his truck, which meant he didn't need to reschedule or leave the job and come back at a later time. 2) The technician provided a lot of information about my pump system that I would not have otherwise known. 3) The work performed was very reasonably priced. 4) Technician worked quickly... I think the entire job took about an hour and a half to two hours. 5) Union company... to have Union work done and not have to pay an arm and a leg, good stuff. Cons: After this visit, no complaint. Conclusion: Great, reasonably priced, company to call regarding inside and outside well work, and water softener systems.

A service tech returned my call in the morning, he asked for details of the issue and confirmed the location, even told me he was nearby and headed our way. Sadly, this was too good to be true! I had 3 employees on standby at our location waiting for the service tech to arrive, who never showed up. I represent a company who services hundreds of customers daily, with a pretty good reputation. I cannot put our reputation on the line by depending on Will County. Needless to say, We will be looking elsewhere for well repairs going forward.

We called Huemann Well (also great guys) to ask about chlorination but they were heavily booked and recommended AAA (great thing to do) but they said they were booked for two weeks and to call Huemann ! When I explained the situation John said he might squeeze us in as he'd be in the area. He called the next day, was three minutes out, came in and was very thorough checking the well tank, well, and helping my wife shutdown everything then did the chlorination explaining everything fully.
