I was hoping for beige highlights and got bright blonde. I asked for a refund and was only offered a "fix it at no cost". I declined. Intervention: Reached out to Vance who did my hair in the past. Don't ask me why I just didn't come back. Vance was able to see me pretty quick and did an AMAZING job!! He gave me beige highlights and darkened the base which I just love. I'm tanned skin so the blonde highlights was not flattering. Evaluation: I am forever grateful for Vance. He is very skilled at his craft. The result was exactly what I was hoping for from the very beginning when I stepped into the other salon. Note to self....i will never see any other stylist. I've also been told something will end/finish by a certain time only to have that pushed back by 20-30 minutes which to me is misrepresentation of information (after she recommended additional salon services). At the end of the day, you'll get a good cut but you're paying in your time which arguably may be more valuable than your cash.
