They were great with their communication to let us know they were running a bit late and when they arrived they got straight to work. I gave them a quick tour to see where everything was and they knew exactly what to do. Every step of the way they were showing us the importance of the cleaning and how much it'll benefit our house. They provided before and after pictures along with everything their filter caught from the cleaning. It was clear our house needed it and may have never been done since it was first built. They were incredibly friendly, kind and willing to answer my questions. I appreciate the amazing work they did and the care they put into communicating the progress of their work. Overall the cost was the same that was quoted from the initial call - a little over $700. But it was well worth it, knowing our house is operating more efficiently and safely.

Better Air Northwest sent out an estimator (Eric) for free. He was really nice, helpful, and figured out how to solve our issue for a reasonable price! We received the estimate per email a couple days later and unlike other companies, no pressure was put on us to approve the job right away - instead we were given as long as we needed to discuss and ponder. As soon as we approved the estimate, we were contacted so we could get on the schedule. Somehow Edgar and Juan asked and also answered all the questions at the very beginning and we were able to do other things while they did these 2 jobs like the true professionals they are. They started by taping everything in the room with the closet, and it kept everything so clean! (Although they did clean up after - and left the place tidier than it started haha - not even kidding they cleaned our doormat I forgot to clean prior to their arrival!) The attached pictures were provided by them and show the beautiful job they did! But I've seen other little touches that proof they are all about getting the job done right. He first asked me questions to see if I really needed his services. Per my answers, he really didn't see an issue. But I made an appointment just to make sure. John was super nice and answered all of my questions. The outside vent cover was super old and brittle and he replaced it. I was watching everything he was doing so I could learn. He pointed out some things to keep an eye out for, but with my setup he said that I should never need service. And if anyone said so, he'd be skeptical. I told him that's why I had his number in my phone. He provided a lot of value with the information he was sharing with me. Trustworthy and all around nice guy. I highly recommend his services.

They fixed some damage caused by other contractors to the exterior vent cover and piping and I'm not sure our dryer has ever worked so well. Their bid was not the lowest, but during the time spent preparing the bid they really convinced me that they knew what they were doing and would not cut any corners. He showed up and told me that he would be back the following day because they did not have a long ladder to reach the roof. Chad was supposed to return the next day but didn't show up. I contacted him, but there was no response. I wish he had informed me ahead of time, so I could have reached out to other companies for an appointment. It was a waste of time. They arrived wearing company uniforms and put on shoe covers to protect my floors. The job took less time than anticipated. They cleaned up everything nicely like they hadn't ever been there. Both employees were personable, answered my few questions and are a fine example of workers you want working in your home. The picture below shows at least 34 years since it's last cleaning, if ever. The return job was completed somewhat satisfactorily. When they returned to complete the job, the owner kept making statements about me updating the review to 5 stars in exchange for coming back and completing the original job. Read the 4 star review on here, as it was the same with that person as it was with us. Just like everyone elses negative reviews the Groupon is a bait and switch. They came to our house told us everything was very dirty and that everything will need to be brushed no vacuumd so our Groupon was worthless. $450 for a half done job(see pictures of AFTER the original work was done). We requested a detailed invoice of the service and when we didn't receive it I called to find out what the delay was. The person I spoke to just kept reiterating the same thing over and over. How dirty everything was and how they cleaned it and I was to prove to him where it was still dirty. Mind you he was looking at this very same review while on the phone. The last red flag that is they only take venmo AND it goes to a private individual under the name Marlene Gomez Perez. Please do not use this company.

The work was not cheap but the quality seemed good and certainly worth doing after our crawl space had a few rodents intrude. We have noticeably improved airflow in the house and hopefully removed the opportunity for future intruding rodents to access and damage the ductwork if they happen to get inside the crawl again.
