I had to wait 45 min to be seen by anybody, and then told they "wouldn't have time" to do some of the things I had scheduled my appointment for. I was told my appointment was "moved off to the side". What's the point of having an appointment if it's just going to be disregarded. Thankfully Dr Simmons was kind and helpful and allowed me to get done what I needed but the assistant was extremely dismissive and rude. She didn't answer any of my questions and would walk away when I tried to ask questions. I think she said a total of two words to me in the 2.5 hours I was there. I asked if we would be completing the rest of my X-rays (like I had scheduled to do) and she literally said "no" with an attitude and walked away for 45 min. People are already nervous to go to the dentist, they shouldn't have to deal with rude assistants on top of that.
