There aee some good catches that we can get fixed today, and extend the life of the compressor. Heartily recommend. We also joined the membership program to get on the bi-yearly checkups for AC and furnance in preseason times. Incredible turnaround! Well done all!!

Top Gun was such a great company, but they sold to a company named Willards who has completely…read moredestroyed this company. Willards should be ashamed of themselves....but they won't be because they are shady and have dragged Top Gun down to the gutter with them. I've had nothing but negative interactions with them since they sold, but I keep trying to give them a chance because of how awesome they used to be. I'll just address the latest one. I called them out to service my mini split. The Top Gun tech that came out was great. But couldn't find the problem because of course the mini split started acting right when he came out. A few weeks later, it started making a noise while it was off. I called again and they sent a guy from Willards. This guy (I won't say his name) told me that my levels (that were just checked a few weeks prior) were low. I said how is that possible. He said there's a leak and it would cost over $800 to find it. So I called the office to complain and the office called him. Mysteriously, the levels "returned to normal". I told the office I didn't feel comfortable with this guy, but they assured me everything was fine and let him complete the work and they'd give me $50 off for the "confusion". This guy proceeds to take my mini split apart and says that my fan was caked with dust (it was) and needed to be cleaned. I asked him to clean it and he says that he doesn't work on mini splits and doesn't feel comfortable doing it. Ummm then why was he touching it in the first place! So, I called the office back, they said they'd send a mini split specialist out on Thursday. Thursday comes and goes and no one shows up. I called Thursday night, talked to what I think was an answering service who said they'd have someone call me Friday. No call. Today, I called again. Now it's some AI answering system answering the phone. The system said they'd have someone call back. Again...no call. I'm livid. This once great company sold out when they sold and now I can't stress enough to stay away at all costs. The original Top Gun techs were awesome and you could count on them. The ones remaining need to leave before Willard's damages their reputation like they did Top Guns. It's very sad what has happened to them. Ever since they were sold I've had nothing but trouble with them.

It may be hot and steamy outside, but it is nice and cool inside. We had been in our home a few…read moremonths, when temps started to rise and we turned on our AC. Outside temp was up in the 90s and inside it would not cool under 79. We called Flex Air on a Thursday afternoon and they came out the next day. They took their time to review all the equipment. They listened to what our needs were. They ended up giving us 4 different options to choose from on how to proceed. They showed us a side by side preview of all 4 otptions and then went into details of each one. This included two with repairs and two with full right replacements. They took their time to answer all of our questions not shying away from the positives and negatives of each option. This gave us a clear picture on how we felt we needed to move forward. They came out the following Monday to put in the new equipment. During install they were polite and friendly, again answering any questions we may have had. We have been using it a week now and everything is running great and nice and cool. We also love the new thermostat. I appreciate them being upfront with us. Again listening to what our needs were and they did not try to push some high end products with a bunch of bells and whistles that we did not need. My wife and I are very happy with service and product. Thank you So much!

I chose Comfort Land because I related to who I communicated to and was able to establish good communication with them at a, albeit weird hour (Saturday night 9pm). The person I talked to, Will, was very upfront about the pricing. The price was 49$ for a diagnostic visit. I also asked if there was a cancellation fee in case the AC worked itself out, no cancellation fee, and he also recommended some YouTube sites to see if some of the basics could be ruled out on the costumer side. I appreciated that and after doing some price comparison with 2 other companies, one of which tried to upsell me on a yearly plan, I decided to go with Comfort Land. I confirmed the appointment time on Sunday and on Monday they came early afternoon. I was not here when they originally came and my husband interacted with them, he had a favorable opinion. I had done my own research that morning and realized that the problem was likely inside the house since the outside unit was spinning normally and the refrigerant line was cold, but nothing was blowing in my house so I thought it was likely a motor blower issue. they confirmed that they found that the motor blower was not working. they also said the auxillary drain pan was very rusted (like around 2-3 feet of rust on the pan) I like that they documented everything very well and showed and emailed us pictures of what they found in our attic. I felt very comfortable and confident that they were honest and did a good evaluation. They called and had a motor blower and new drain pan delivered from their storage facility and I think the two of them waited outside the house for like 90 minutes for it. I think they came around 1pm, and left around 5 pm after installing everything and left after they made sure the AC was working, including measuring the temperature that came from the AC. In regards to the pricing: It was 2600 to replace the motor and change the drain pan. I did a search on HVAC subreddit and it seemed like that price was reasonable. My husband and I are very grateful for their prompt service, their handwritten evaluation that not only evaluated the immediate problem, as well as overall health of the AC system we had and the degree of wear and tear on some of the other parts. I feel comfortable recommending this company to friends and other people. Please keep up the good work everyone!

All of my initial questions and possible pricing scenarios (of course, they could not quote an exact price) were discussed on the Yelp platform. The technician who showed up is Rueben and he was fantastic. He examined the systems and then explained all work that needed to be done and gave specific pricing for the work. The hubbs and I only had a specific amount to spend at this time on the system, so Rueben let me know what had to be done immediately to ensure we'd have AC throughout the summer, and then what we could wait on, but need to have done by early fall. We had to wait on some parts, but Rueben gave us a realistic time frame and let us know when he'd be back to install the parts. He was very thorough and I sincerely appreciated how well he explained everything he did. I will definitely be scheduling my follow up appointment in the fall, and I am now using Comfort Masters for annual maintenance on my ac/heating systems. I had a full house water softener with a carbon filter installed, as well as an under the sink RO filter. Texas water is not the hardest water, but there is a palpable difference with a softener installed. The RO water also tastes great and everybody always compliments it, and even the picky dog guests love it. I have nothing but great things to say about Joe and his team. Their attention to detail from explaining the different systems, what it does, up to installation, and even post installation and checking in after is unmatched. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Joe and co again.

I had a new AC system installed by Sunny Service in August 2024 that included maintenance as part…read moreof the purchase. In June they performed a routine complimentary maintenance inspection to keep the system running smoothly. On July 30, 2026 the ceiling started dripping. I called them right away. A separate roofer also inspected and confirmed the roof and attic were fine, and specifically recommended checking the drain line on the pancake unit. I relayed this to Sunny Service. Their technician came out the same day, said everything was fine, and charged me another service fee. The next day (July 31, 2026) the roofer returned, opened the ceiling, and immediately found water coming from the direction of the pancake unit. The drain pipe was flooded. Just one day earlier Sunny Service had told me it was not the issue. I now have roughly $2,000 in ceiling repairs to deal with. I'm also unclear why the system did not detect the overflow and shut down, which the technician had previously explained it should do. I trusted this company for two years with a brand-new system. Please make sure any AC company thoroughly checks and clears the condensate drain on every visit. This should never have happened.

But, it finally succumbed to its mortality. WTD? Come to you great people of Yelp. The way I see it, if an hvac company is worth it, they've installed a unit in a home the same spec as mine before, so you don't need to send high pressured salespeople or a tech to give me the run around. Act like you are experts, professionals and look my home up on google, redfin, zillow. You should know what fits that home without ever coming out, or you aren't in the right business. Cameron from Team Enoch spoke to me on the phone. I sent him pics from my ladder to the attic where the air handler eeks out a living, and one of the manufacturers placard. I did same with the outside unit. Cameron was familiar with the system I had, mapde a few suggestions of different units they sell. I had a couple other prices from two others, one a family connect, the plug. Cameron even hooked me up with available 0% financing. Didn't use it because Chase Freedom offered 0% with two fitty cash back after spending $1500 first 3 mos. Boom, gottem. I was given a start time, the technicians, Alec and Alex arrived spot on the dime when they said they'd be there. No waiting. They took me through the process, explained everything in detail, then got right to work, no dilly, no dally. I was told how long the service would take, and they finished on time. These guys are as OCD as I am. The install was better than the original installation in 1995, brand new. Every line, crisp, every wire, tied and straight. I was military so everything has to be dressed right dress. It is. You can tell when the people providing a service care to get every detail with a high level of respect for every cent you're spending. Team Enoch even cleans up behind themselves. He said it was a clogged air conditioning condenser drain. Mitchell came and got it unclogged and even gave me some preventative maintenance tips. I would still recommend because they tried to quickly resolve issues. The techs don't mind me watching them and asking questions. They will make suggestions as to what can make things better and what to look out for. In regards to sales people. Do your own research, take your measurements. Make sure HVAC units fit and leaves access to your attic. A salesman is a salesman. I'm still giving 5 stars.

I have a home warranty, they refused to cover the repair since the failure was the result of his faulty work. He refused to pay for me to have my new technician fix it. (He said he honored his work and would fix it, but I refused to let him touch the unit again since he messed up two steps when he installed it). I paid him $2,029.69 in 2023 and when it broke again, another $1,085 to a different technician to fix it. In total, his bad work cost me over $3,114.69

I initially called to have additional vents added to my home already knowing I needed a new unit. He was great about explaining his reasoning for things and advised me not to add vents yet. I didn't feel sold, he didn't bash on the competitions I'm also getting quote from. I felt he was honest and very knowledgeable about the process as well as what we need or may I counter in the replacement process. Love the local feel they bring and the honesty and recommendations they gave!
