First we entered 310 and there was a huge stain on the ground. Looked like blood.. I always check the beds when at hotels. I checked the first room and the bed was horrible... they have rats... not mice... my daughter saw one she said it was a big one... there was no phone in the room... can u say dangerous.. so I called from my cell phone... the guy moves us... we get to the second room 4th floor I pulled the bedspread back checking for bedbugs and the bed was horrible... chips in the bed under the mat and mice poop.and bugs on the wall... He then moves us a 3rd time. 1st floor. I pull the sheets again the bed is even worse.. I show him the videos. He says why would you take that off... you are doing too much.. of course I go off... there was another young lady in the waiting area and she said.. omg I am glad u said something. I forgot the last time I was here I saw 3 rats in my room and got the heck out... yeah dont stay here... I left out of there and went around the corner to the holiday inn... much better stay.

Needed a place to stay overnight for a funeral too far from home to drive and this place suited us just fine. We try to stay with the Choice Hotels line and this one didn't let us down. The room was a 'bit' tight but we made it work. There was a free standing 'closet' for hanging clothes, desk, bureau with TV and low chest all along one wall. The room also contained a mini fridge and a microwave. The carpet was dated but clean. The mattress was amazingly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast room was clean and tidy and well taken care of during our morning visit.

    Pool. Window.

It wasn't bad.. good enough for the money range . The "Queen" bed wasn't so "queen" our 2 fatasses couldn't even fit in one bed. The morning breakfast isn't so bad but will get tire of eating dry sausages and disgusting eggs. The waffles are good though. The pool is dirty. Filled with some lady bug spider types of bugs. It was scary. Only 5? Which kind of midget comes and swims in 5 feet? But it was okey. :).

    A roach...

Comfort Inn.. not so comfortable! I knew there was an indication when I pulled up.. that I need not stay here. I didn't even want to leave my rental outside. But I went with it. I checked in, left and came back. Upon entering the room, it was not cleaned at all. I went downstairs and advised management. I was told he would talk to housekeeping because the housekeeping supervisor had to sign off on the room. I requested another room that was clean. He guaranteed it would be cleaned. When we walked to the second room, the door was open.. the bed was made, but when I looked to the right, I saw a roach on the wall. We not staying here!!! I went back downstairs and was refunded. Never ever again!

    Bugs crawling on hotel furniture.

Now the food really should be modernized and elevated a bit to come up to the level of the decor; menu items are often out of stock [last time it was the salmon, this time it was the avocado and no nonfat milk available]. There is no gluten-free pasta option, and there are extremely limited breakfast choices if you are gluten-free; no GF bread or muffins as most Hiltons have, no waffles or pancakes (not even the frozen kind, the only yogurt on the menu is already mixed in with gluten ingredients. This GF problem is endemic for Marriotts; these items could be frozen and served as needed. There's also a food and beverage dessert between about 2 and when the restaurant opens at 5; it feels like coffee, tea, soft drinks, bottled water, and snacks should always be available for purchase at a hotel.

We were promised Marriott bonvoy points since they said there was no way anything would be refunded. The never arrived. There was a line of people complaining in the lobby they were really rude to the females.

We booked a reservation for 4 nights and chose to pay the premium price for this hotel due to the beautiful restaurant onsite and the location. We were excited for our stay. When we arrived we learned they were under construction. There was no food onsite for the duration of our stay - which was 1) not communicated ahead of the stay and 2) very inconvenient for my husband who was working all day from the hotel and would have preferred to take short lunch breaks at the onsite restaurant. This was half the reason for us booking. If that was the extent of it, I would've chalked it up as just bad communication and taken the loss. However, When we arrived they were actively painting the ceiling by the elevators and in order to reach our room, we had to step on the drop cloth covered in paint and navigate past the men on ladders. I got paint on my shoes and paint dripped on my arm on the way to elevator. We stayed on floor 10 and the entire floor had been recently painted and the walls were lined with plastic. I'm pregnant and the paint fumes were overwhelming and gave me a headache to the point where I ended up staying with a friend locally while my husband stayed at our hotel. The banging went on night and day and it made his working experience very tough as well. This absolutely should have been communicated as this environment was dangerous for a pregnant woman and just very uncomfortable for folks in general. I'm really disappointed in Hilton and I would never recommend this hotel to a friend due to the high price and terrible communication and unwillingness to shut down for renovations and instead inconvenience your guests.

My stay here was a pleasant change of pace. Warren gave me a warm greeting and noted my meal preferences. After giving me a brief download of the local area I was shown to my room. The breakfast here is great Warren puts great care into everyone's preferences whether vegetarian, vegan, or you just don't like bananas or melons like me. I have to give Inn at 2920 a ringing endorsement, and would recommend this Inn to anyone staying in Baltimore. Their rates are also very reasonable, and a comparable bargain when you factor in breakfast.
