Make sure to have that ticket validated by the front desk each time so you don't have to pay. Otherwise, you will have to pay the $10 to get out of the garage everytime - there really isn't alot of space to park outfront and check in. There are a few ParkMobile spots to park for 30 mins BREAKFAST 6a-10a. Good. Various options. Spacious, clean dining areas with TVs 3 ELEVATORS Next to a WHOLE foods, walkable to Hannah's cafe, Raising Canes, 711 and various other food places KING SUITE Kitchenette was a lovely touch. Spacious. Control your own heat/AC. Bed was a little hard. Not much noise, outside of people not closing their doors softly in the morning. I called for a late checkout at 1pm. Now the food really should be modernized and elevated a bit to come up to the level of the decor; menu items are often out of stock [last time it was the salmon, this time it was the avocado and no nonfat milk available]. There is no gluten-free pasta option, and there are extremely limited breakfast choices if you are gluten-free; no GF bread or muffins as most Hiltons have, no waffles or pancakes (not even the frozen kind, the only yogurt on the menu is already mixed in with gluten ingredients. This GF problem is endemic for Marriotts; these items could be frozen and served as needed. There's also a food and beverage dessert between about 2 and when the restaurant opens at 5; it feels like coffee, tea, soft drinks, bottled water, and snacks should always be available for purchase at a hotel.

Our toilet seat wasn't on the toilet they had to send someone to repair. Second night 1. Elevators weren't working had to go up and down 10 flights 2. Ice machine wasn't working leaked all over the floor 3. Key didn't work we were given a new set. Third night 1. Elevators weren't working again until late in day we had to use service elevator but there was a wedding so had to walk up to second floor to use. 2. We got soaked in downtown Baltimore ran up 10 flights of stairs for our key not to work again. 3. Husband had to run down 10 flights of stairs barefoot because shoes were soaked to get new key. 4. Our room didn't get serviced we left at 11 am this day. We had to use towels to dry ourselves and stuff and call for new towels. 5. Manager complaint to Michael who told us to use laundry room which also was offline and didn't work 6. Asked for preliminary bill sent to us but email services also not working We spoke to two managers Michael and Randall and as a female they completely dismissed me not even looking at me while I spoke. I had to send my husband to do the talking as he was the only one they would acknowledge...kind of. We were promised Marriott bonvoy points since they said there was no way anything would be refunded. The never arrived. There was a line of people complaining in the lobby they were really rude to the females.

I realized this was a 2 star hotel but this went beyond my lowest expectations. Lobby: -The desk has bulletproof glass. Red flag #1 -Smelled like stale cigarettes/urine/stale dog (despite a sign at the entrance stating it is a non-smoking facility) -Super shady clientele -Ratty carpet I got my room key and here's where the fun began. The room appeared neat and passable until I inspected the bathroom. The frame around the door was splintered and the bathtub had a large rough spot in the bottom, like the enamel had been scraped off, and no stopper. I decided to go to the front desk to ask for another room. While waiting for the elevator I noticed many of the rooms were missing deadbolts and the hole where the deadbolt should be was covered with random materials (one had a piece of cardboard). This began my tour of their available rooms. 2nd room: Smelled like smoke, nightstand broken and lampshade had holes in it like there was a fight, bathtub scraped and discolored, unidentifiable stain on carpet 3rd room: Water on the bathroom floor from leaking toilet, smelled, random chair wedged between the wall and bed facing the wrong way and unusable. This time the front desk clerk called housekeeping and asked the housekeeper to show me "a good room". I met her on the 3rd floor and she escorted me to the 4th room. This room smelled clean, bathroom was clean but when I turned on the light I saw a large piece of wallpaper hanging from the wall above the chair. A maintenance man was passing by and the housekeeper asked him if he could fix it immediately. He said he could but he had to go get his tools. I asked the housekeeper if there was anything else. She said no so I told them never mind. During all of this I'm noticing customers coming and going in the halls and elevators. Many appeared homeless, alot of dusty young people, some folks clearly on drugs (saw a guy tweaking in the parking lot!) and super loud. I wouldn't even have been comfortable falling asleep there especially since it was the weekend. I went to the front desk and told the gentleman he was going to have to give me a refund because this was unacceptable even for a 2 star. He was apologetic and accommodating and refunded me without incident. On some level I think he knew the hotel was a mess. I called a hotel I've visited in the past and explained my situation. Even though their rates were pretty high for the weekend, the manager matched the Comfort Inn rate +$20 which I was more than willing to pay. DO NOT STAY HERE! Don't even pull into the parking lot.

The refrigerator doesn't work the room smelled like dog. The air-conditioning blew out white air. The bathtub was painted the moment we got here we asked for two extra towels because there was four of us staying in the room and they just kept pushing it back saying they couldn't get us towels until the morning then they said that towels wouldn't be ready till 10 AM. Then they said 1230 then they said two then we asked the cleaning lady and she said she couldn't do anything unless we spoke to the front desk And so then we went back to the front desk. He texted the cleaning lady still wouldn't give us towels the ice machine doesn't work. The pool was under maintenance although it looked fine for swimming in this 90° heat I'm surprised this hotel is still here. The comp breakfast was very LOW quality. The damage has fresh oats of paint holding it together.

We booked a reservation for 4 nights and chose to pay the premium price for this hotel due to the beautiful restaurant onsite and the location. We were excited for our stay. When we arrived we learned they were under construction. There was no food onsite for the duration of our stay - which was 1) not communicated ahead of the stay and 2) very inconvenient for my husband who was working all day from the hotel and would have preferred to take short lunch breaks at the onsite restaurant. This was half the reason for us booking. If that was the extent of it, I would've chalked it up as just bad communication and taken the loss. However, When we arrived they were actively painting the ceiling by the elevators and in order to reach our room, we had to step on the drop cloth covered in paint and navigate past the men on ladders. I got paint on my shoes and paint dripped on my arm on the way to elevator. We stayed on floor 10 and the entire floor had been recently painted and the walls were lined with plastic. I'm pregnant and the paint fumes were overwhelming and gave me a headache to the point where I ended up staying with a friend locally while my husband stayed at our hotel. The banging went on night and day and it made his working experience very tough as well. This absolutely should have been communicated as this environment was dangerous for a pregnant woman and just very uncomfortable for folks in general. I'm really disappointed in Hilton and I would never recommend this hotel to a friend due to the high price and terrible communication and unwillingness to shut down for renovations and instead inconvenience your guests.

My stay here was a pleasant change of pace. Warren gave me a warm greeting and noted my meal preferences. After giving me a brief download of the local area I was shown to my room. The rooms are comfortable and each has a resident beta fish. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed. The breakfast here is great Warren puts great care into everyone's preferences whether vegetarian, vegan, or you just don't like bananas or melons like me. I have to give Inn at 2920 a ringing endorsement, and would recommend this Inn to anyone staying in Baltimore. Their rates are also very reasonable, and a comparable bargain when you factor in breakfast.

The Inn is one of the reasons I look forward to my work trips to Baltimore. It feels like staying with good friends as opposed to being on the corporate hotel circuit. Warren remembered me from my first visit--almost a year ago!--and kept me well supplied and refreshed with copious coffee and tasty breakfasts. I'm an insomniac and I can never sleep in hotels, but this feels like a home away from home and I'm able to get more rest here. Also the jacuzzi is the greatest experience in the world when you've been on a plane for five hours!
