We checked in for a five night stay two days before Thanksgiving we were given the room on the first floor next to the lobby 101. The first night All night long until 2 am we were awaken by loud voices coming from the lobby and someone banging around above us. In the morning I asked the front desk attendant to switch our room to a quieter location. She called theManager/owner, Mike and he said no because there were no rooms available. So I asked to speak with him and told him this was our stay at a comfort in and probably our last if it wasn't handled. He kicked us out of the hotel. I didn't have any problems with the staff. Every interaction was cordial. The Hotel is old and falling apart. Every room has cracks in the walls, damaged furniture and yellowed linens. I never saw housekeeping for the two nights I stayed and you had to go down to the front desk to get fresh sheets and towels. Our used towels and linens and trash were still outside in the hall the next morning. The bedsheets we're spotted with little brown marks that look like blood and this was in multiple rooms. I can "rough it" to some extent but this hotel felt dingy and neglected. This place could use a refresh and a reno. read more

I want to give better star count based on service but due to below can't. Road-tripping with senior parents and couldn't go further, they needed to rest. When I walked in I asked how old the inn was. She said 4 yrs. I expected rooms to be a little nicer, not so warn but it wasn't horrible. Maybe building is older and Comfort inn has been here 4 hrs? It was little things. We had a really hard time opening closet doors. not all usb's worked, partial wooden wall had large strange marks on it, mold maybe? Not sure. Indian lady at front desk was the bomb! She was fabulous. I needed a room on first floor for my handicap senior father. No problem. We unloaded, my dad needed coffee our room coffee maker wasn't working, she came replaced it and also showed us the area to get coffee in the meantime. She was awesome, she cared and she was super timely. Room was super spacious, beds are full not Queen. Price was good and she Gave us a senior discount. Breakfast well, if it's not busy maybe you don't serve much? They had some variety of cereals, juices and creamers, but there was no fruit fresh or any fruit- super odd, hot cereals were packaged. They had waffle station. Not many breads to choose from then eggs and sausage. Again pending the crowd- don't serve much? This is our second comfort inn this road trip and neither building nor breakfast impressed us but both had great service. 2 nd day breakfast after my review lol there were apples and oranges, machine for bread does not toast/ it microwaves/ NEED A TOASTER! Staff at front desk was on phone not helpful while breakfast staff wasn't there yet at 7!?:)- super odd- anyhow I'm lowering my stars. read more

If I could I would give this place negative stars. From the staff to the room. The room, NO water pressure, I mean absolutely NONE and the air conditioner broke and when we said something we heard - we don't have a maintenance guy and we don't have any rooms to move you too. So needless to say it was a HOT uncomfortable Mess. And the Beds, let's just say - floor was softer. Staff never looked up from phones from sitting behind the desk, when we entered or left. I had a reservation from April 6th-9th to visit family for Easter. We checked in at around 2am in the 7th due to massive flight delays. The next morning, we walked across the street to get breakfast. We arrived back to the Comfort suites at around 11am. My 12 year old daughter was the first to enter the room and went into the bathroom. We she turned on the lights she was greeted by a family of roach's running around into every crack they could hide in. We immediately grabbed all of our stuff and ran to the front desk. Now understand we were there for about 8 hours. We spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and he was very nice and said he would change our room. My wife and I were so disgusted we decided it would be best to check knowing we had no hotel then to stay a roach invested room. We asked for a refund and the gentleman said the manager Mr. Anil would have to process it and he would have him call me when he arrives. I called Mr Anil for days left messages a/o 4/17 not one returned call. I did how ever receive an email from a Pedro Morales and it reads. I immediately called Tuti back and of course she is not available. I was told she would call me back on Friday and as of 10:30am on 4/17 nothing from any. This hotel is an absolute bomb it is a disgrace that they would treat their guests like this. I was going to put 4 stars to leave a little room, but I couldn't think of any negative things. Overall, the stay was really great. Everyone was really nice. The room didn't smell and was really clean. Breakfast had a good variety of things to choose from. The scrambled eggs and cheese omelets were the best. I called to reserve a block of rooms for my November wedding on 6/14/23. I was told a block of 10 rooms were saved with a king bed and a pullout couch for $140/night. I was told I didn't need to give any credit card information at this time (even though I specifically asked), but one month prior to check in for 11/10/23, someone from the hotel would call me if not all the rooms were booked, and a credit card would be required at that time to reserve the remaining rooms if necessary. I called back 10/19/23 to reserve a room for me and my fiance, and again, nothing about cancelled reservations. We called again 11/4/23 to book a room for our out of town officiant and was told all the types of rooms saved for our block were reserved, but they had another type of jacuzzi tub room we could book for $10 more. We agreed, and again, no credit card information was taken even though we asked (they said credit card information would be taken at check-in), and nothing was mentioned about the block of rooms/reservations being cancelled. Fast forward to 11/10/23 and multiple family members have issues checking in: my/my fiance's reservation was cancelled and he didn't even have a room, my sister-in-law was late to the rehearsal dinner because the lock on the door had to be replaced and they had to wait for it to be repaired, a family friend had dirty sheets on her bed upon arrival and when she requested new sheets they were the wrong size, and there was noise all night long on the third floor and a very pungent smell of marijuana. Multiple friends and family members got bounced around from the manager to corporate when trying to express complaints. Nobody wanted to take accountability. I'm very disappointed I let my family down by choosing this hotel, and we will not be returning, nor will I be recommending them in the future. read more

Got this hotel while visiting my friends and honestly it's really not worth the average price most people pay. I got it discounted with my job but upon entering the room it smelled immediately. Smelled musty like mold, maybe because my room was next to the pool outside? Asked the receptionist if anything could be done and she said no. Also the rooms are a little dirty too such as the light on the table in my room there was some kind of yellow liquid (honey mustard?) splattered at the base of the lamp... how can you clean the desk but not see that all on the lamp? Also noticed it splattered a little on the wall next to the couch. The bed itself was clean and comfy but the outlets on the bed frame, all four of them, DONT WORK. What's the point of having that if they don't work??? I only booked this place because of how close it is to my friends house but that is literally the only reason I'll book it again because it's convenient not because I enjoyed it. read more

We are currently staying at this hotel and it's great. The rooms are much larger than most hotels rooms and is very clean with comfortable beds. I also love the amount of outlets, as typically there's not enough for everything I want to plug in. There is plenty of parking, a small pool (which was great for my younger kids), and free wi-fi. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection for their continental breakfast with longer than usual hours (6am-10am) and they also have cookies and lemon water in the lobby throughout the day. Stayed at this hotel many times since it opened in 2008 while visiting family in the area. On a most recent visit, we encountered several health and safety concerns. After taking over 30 minutes to check in, we discovered our bed sheets were soiled with blood and other stains. We were moved to a new room in which the electronic door lock did not function. After returning to our room after midnight, we could not enter and had to wait over an hour for someone to bypass the lock so we could get a few hours sleep before a 6 am flight. After bringing this all to the attention of customer service, we received an email stating that we had been banned from ever staying at this hotel in the future! Wow! Instead of eliminating the health and safety issues, they eliminate the long time customer! Now that's service! read more

While it is not a luxury hotel, it was clean and comfortable for the few days my wife and I were there. I like how the room was divided, so I would not disturb my wife, after she went to bed. During the daytime, we had access to a gym, where no one bothered us. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves, too. I guess we got lucky. The continental breakfast wasn't too bad. It was included with the price, which was fair. There is plenty of parking outside and a few restaurants in the area. I thought I lost my wedding ring on the day I was leaving. The staff went out of their way to help me find it. It ended up being in my bag, which was already in my car, but the staff were great and very helpful. I appreciate their efforts very much. For that alone, this place gets a top rating from me. read more

The hotel was decent, but I do not like their business practices. I had booked this hotel on Expedia, prepaid, but on checkout, they billed my credit car a whole $1.00 per day as a "hotel service fee." They have my dollar, and they are welcome to it, but if a hotel is going to contract with Expedia, they should not also bill their customers more money as a surprise parting gift. I will not stay in this hotel then next time I am in the area. It's just a matter of principle. I hope they enjoy their dollar. read more

Stayed 3 nights while in the area for a wedding. Extremely helpful staff, including front desk, breakfast attendants, even housekeeping! Upgrade was in progress on top floor but room was very quiet.
