Beware, this place is horrible. The dentist is rude, unprofessional, and negligent towards his patients. Do not get any serious procedures, as it is likely the dentist will rush the procedure, and you will end up with complications and pain. When you decide to return for an examination/follow-up, they will refuse to give you an appointment, make you do a walk-in, never see you, and have you wait for long hours. Not only will you lose time from work, but the complications will also lead you to pay money out of pocket to correct the issue and relieve the pain. Plus, you leave feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I HAVE had to fix everything this DISGRACE OF A DENTIST has done in my mouth. Not only did he incorrectly do my root canals, he ALSO didn't do my sisters root canals either! HE told her he would be "performing a root canal on her" which meant he shaved the tooth down and DIDNT KILL THE NERVE. MY POOR SISTER COULD HAVE BECOME SEPTIC from the infection she ended up getting. But you BEST BELIEVE he charged the insurance like he did one. HE'S a FRAUD. AND DONT YOU DARE BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. MY POOR BBY HAD TO go through a terrible procedure because of his negligence. He overbooks EVERYDAY. AND PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PEOPLE, LOOK AROUND AND REALIZE HE'S THE only DOCTOR in that office. He does not call in extra help, he does not call for specialists to assist in complex cases....I could go ON AND ON. I HAVE WAITED A LONG TIME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. but after having to fix my THIRD TOOTH AFTER THIS DISASTER of a place ,I CANNOT HOLD ONTO THIS ANY LONGER. The women that work there are sweet but COMPLETELY underqualified. DO yourself a favor and go see an actual professional. I've been coming here for maybe 10 years since I was on my mom's insurance, but today I am looking for something better. In the last year since I've been off my mom's insurance and using new employer's, it didn't seem like they wanted to work with my insurance on pricing. Instead of asking me if I'd like to continue with my 6-month cleaning, they suggested, today, I look elsewhere that's "in network." Before the girl up front told me this, I had to wait nearly an hour (50 mins) before getting some kind of update while they called two walk-in appts to be helped. Wait times have always been an issue here as far as I can remember, so unless you like waiting or poor communication, look elsewhere. On a positive note, their office was always clean, as well as their restroom. They even had TVs in every room, but that's probably to help with the high wait times than anything else. read more

Been going here for years because I like Dr Tran. His dental assistant Vero is great as well, but the rest of his assistants are not very good at all. They are slow and nervous. One of the assistants broke one of my teeth pulling too hard on a temporary crown when trying to remove it. The tooth just cracked and broke off and I had to pay for a different crown as a result!! Another time they did a color match on a bridge that was way off. Instead of white, they wrote down a color that was really yellow and when I came in they couldn't install it and had to reorder it causing me to waste a trip and wait an additional month! Also, they are constantly changing my appointments. I live over an hour away from here, but I'm loyal to Dr Tran who really seems to care. read more

Don't get me wrong Dr. Tran himself is very good and very professional although he needs to do better at hiring his help and front desk staff. They have done nothing but give me the run around of my appointments and calling me to reschedule and then I go in for them to tell me they're referring me to another place. If I needed to pick up a piece of paper I could've done that WEEKS ago. Instead of believing I'd be seeing the doctor for two different rescheduled appointments, waisting my time that I do not have. Worst dental office ever! The dentist is crooked and a fraud, he charges for services that were never rendered. He maxes out your insurance benefits without you knowing until you go Elsewhere and can't get services because he charged your insurance for them already. He also charged my Insurance for dental equipment that my son never received and that he Doesn't need and it's on his medical history. He's a complete fraud who preys on his innocent patients and tries to take advantage of them. BAD BUSINESS! Been coming here for the last ten years, the last year has been nothing but bad experiences. My last visit I had to wait about 2 months for an emergency extraction appointment for my 8 year old son, the first time I scheduled they called me the day before appointment asking to come in as if I do not have a job. The second and third time they called back saying they can not do his cleaning when I never spoke about it scheduled a cleaning. And today at my appointment it took 2 1/2 hours for them to see my son and say they have to refer him to a surgeon. Which they could of done over the phone two months ago since they've been aware of the situation all year. LAST BUT NOT LEAST EVERYONE IN THE OFFUCE IS ON EDGE AND HAVE HUGE ATTITUDES ESPECIALLY DR. HORRIBLE DENTIST!!!!!!!!!! If I could give him negative stars, I would give him the full -5.............. He charges my insurance an arm and a leg but yet fails to let me or my sister know that we both have cavities. It wasn't till the cavity got so bad that he couldn't fix it, that he referred me to see a specialist. Knowing that I was going in to have the cavity worked on, he kept rescheduling my appointments. When he was finally able to see me, he didn't even bother looking at me yet alone my teeth. He glanced at my chart and told he I had to see a specialist because he was not qualified to work on the cavity. When I asked why I did not bother telling me this 5 months prior when he first discovered the cavity, he said that he had in fact referred me to the specialist. Knowing that I work for a doctors office and can clearly read medical charting he had the nerve to sit there and lie to me. When I showed him that there was no notes showing that he recommended me to a specialist he still could not fess up to his lies or his mistake. The most crappiest dentist I've ever had. This dude hardly ever works on his patients; he just lets the hygienist do all the work. So kudos to those girls who work with him, especially Marisol and the bigger one with the glasses whose so great with ortho. But some of them are not so great like this one time I could have sworn one of the assistants were just scrapping at my teeth as she was watching TMZ. Please do your job safely and correctly, you could really hurt someone and potentially get sued. This dentist works on whatever schedule fits his mood. He won't see emergency patients until after 2:30. Hello its an emergency! It is constantly difficult to book an appointment at his office and when you get there it takes so long to be put into a dental chair, or he's not even there because he went home for an "emergency". Excuse me but why didn't someone at least notify me that he wasn't going to be at least that why I could have avoided the traffic.
