Shout out to Dan, Dakota, Josh V, and Luis! They did an amazing job with the install. I got a new AC (which is the main reason I called air dynamics in the first place.) I also needed a new furnace and water heater. I also got the air duct cleaning as well. I wasn't pressured into anything and Dan was great answering my questions before we proceeded with anything. During the install, they kept me informed on what was happening throughout the process. I also got text alerts when they were on the way along with photos so I knew who to expect. I called right when they opened at 8am and Paul was here by 12:30pm (after he finished another job). Our hot water heater was on the fritz. Paul checked it out and found what was wrong, but suggested to get a whole new heater. I agreed with this as the one we had was 16 years old. Paul was able to get a new heater and install it himself that day. Throughout the process he was very thorough with explaining things and always asked if I had any questions. I spoke with Air Dynamics on a Monday, and they initially told me that they wouldn't be able to come out for a cleaning/service for approximately 3 weeks. I was disappointed, but chose to book anyways based on positive reviews. The rep offered me a $79 promotional rate that I forgot to mention, and I appreciated that. While speaking to the rep, I explained that I had health conditions that made *turning the AC off for a thorough cleaning* difficult on a day over 80°. The rep I spoke with reached out to a supervisor, and they got me on the schedule in 3 days (when the forecast was for a high of 76°. Initially, I thought this was great. The day of service came, and the tech informed me that it would be a $298 charge in addition to the original estimated $99 charge to clean my AC unit if I want the panels taken off. Also, the rep didn't apply the discount that she offered for some reason. That required a call into the office. So now, I'm paying $79 for a guy to hose off my AC unit when I could have taken a garden hose to it myself. It seems the $99 (or $79 depending on your luck) charge is just a fee you pay for them to come and upsell you. Not a fan of that business model at all. read more

After returning from vacation, we discovered that our A/C wasn't working. We called Air Dynamics where Jennifer quickly set us up for an appointment with Dan. I called at 8am and Dan arrived at 9:30am the same day. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me 5 options to choose from depending on whether I just wanted a low-cost band-aid solution to a more expensive premium solution that would take care of the problem and protect us from possible future problems. Dan was very personable and professional (obviously well hired and well trained) in his interactions with me and I felt I could trust him in what he was telling me. Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling is a first class organization, last fall I had my furnace serviced and Paul the owner was the one who came out. Paul explained what exactly he was going to do to prepare my furnace for winter, I sat with him during the servicing and learned much more from him than from any other HVAC tech previously. This summer I decided to upgrade my furnace to a more efficient model along with my air conditioner, I received quotes from other HVAC businesses and air dynamics gave me the most choices and the most competitive pricing. I chose air dynamics and I was glad I did. Tony and Ryan came out to my home and couldn't have been more respectful and more positive as well as very knowledgeable on the installation. Tony and Ryan were a great team and afterwords Tony gave me a walk-through on my new furnace, never had that before, my wife was there and asked questions and Tony answered them to her and my satisfaction. We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Air Dynamics and are very pleased with their service. Using Air Dynamics for the first time was kind of a big deal, because we used the same HVAC company for nearly 20 years before deciding to switch. Paul and Cassie are as nice as can be and were very patient in discussing our options. Their quote was comparable to others, and we selected Air Dynamics largely based on just liking Paul the best. We also appreciated that his quote was detailed and professionally presented. Paul and technicians Clayton and Dan all were very nice during the installation, and I was perfectly comfortable having them in the house. They were friendly and professional, but worked hard the entire time they were here. Their installation is much neater than what we had before, and our drain pipe finally has the right pitch on it. Paul told me he would organize and clean up our installation, and I didn't really understand how much better it would look until he was done. I recently had my A/C go out and figured it was a good time to do a complete hvac system replacement. I contacted another company to do an assessment but was not happy with how far out the date was or their level of customer service. Then, I did some research and decided to call Air Dynamics instead. Paul came out and assessed the situation within a much more reasonable time frame, and we were able to come to an agreement within an hour with a variety of options. I paid in full and we set up an appointment for the following week. The installation itself was pretty painless, and I could not have had nicer people to work in my home. The products used are Amana, so they have the best warranties in the market and they take care of all the paperwork for you. They also take their time and do the job right while replacing essentially anything that is not up to code, which is noted in the contract. In the end, Tony, Paul, and Dan did fantastic work and performed various tests to back up their work. They also took me through and explained everything, including the new thermostat. Overall, I would recommend going with Air Dynamics because of the small size of the company. They are able to keep a high level of quality and service because everyone works together closely and cares. The warranties pay for themselves in the long run, especially for a larger investment. Additionally, the better quality of the work promises to keep the bills down. read more

Our air conditioner wasn't cooling as needed so we called 4 Seasons 24 hour service. After an hour of waiting we called Air Dynamics and were happy to here a technician would call us in a bit. 10 Minutes latter Dan Majewski called and said he could be here in an hour. He arrived in 38 minutes and went over our system finding a burned up component that runs the fan. Within 2 hours of calling we have air and 4 hours latter we still haven't heard from Four Seasons. The dreaded thing happened! Our furnace was on its way out during the sub-zero temperatures. Air Dynamics was called to investigate issues. Paul showed up almost immediately and diagnosed the terminal issues with our 17 year old unit on New Years Eve. We made the decision not to repair but to replace the unit.
