They chose to deny my mother a necessary piece of equipment for her pain and suffering instead of calling me and telling me to try another Supply Company. If your 90 year old loved one is in a wheelchair alone and no aide shows up for hours but you are told the aide is 'lost' getting to your house. Don't believe them. And sending an unvaccinated aide is NEVER acceptable. You can do better especially for $9k a month. Whatever they are selling on their website are not the services you receive.
