I just had my first appointment for a routine physical and the whole process was amazing!! The whole staff is cheerful and very kind and the lovely PA I saw was attentive and so helpful. I am so happy I found them as my new primary care office, it's obvious they care about their patients! The 5 stars are true!!! That type of care in our medical system is rare and such a major relief!!!

I automatically assumed it was swollen lymph nodes from being sick but decided to ask an MD neighbor his opinion. I was seen at my neighbor's practice the next day and he confirmed one of my worries. I was sent for labs and an ultrasound and was told to get a PCP on this side (I'm a New Yorker so all of my doctors are still in NYC) that would follow this issue as it's a multi step issue. I was referred to Beverly Hills Health by a trusted friend. I called their practice on 12/26/25 to schedule an appointment and was granted one for the following Tuesday. The secretary was so kind and understanding. She was diligent and informative. She made sure to tell me everything that was needed on my first visit and they'll see me promptly Tuesday morning. On my appointment date, I was greeted with a warm smile by Ayala and was instructed on how to check in and fill out the digital forms before being called in. I had the orders my neighbor had suggested and gave them to Ayala. I'm a self pay patient by the way and for ONCE I don't feel taken advantage of with pricing. I can't thank them enough! I proceeded to sit patiently and wait to be called. Upon being called, Max, the MA welcomed me and told me he would be doing my vital signs and labs today while asking if I had any questions, inquiries or concerns. Max was AMAZING! I have great veins but it's always painful! I didn't feel a thing with Max! He truly has the hands of an angel. Once the labs were done, Dr. Asherian came into the room, introduced herself; detailed her areas of expertise; asked me my chief compliant; took down a detailed history and discussed all the extra labs that were added to determine what was going on with the mass. I confessed to Dr. Asherian how panicked I was and how badly this mass had stolen my joy since discovering it. She was attentive, kind and very reassuring. She eased my mind and I'm very thankful for that visit. Upon checking out, I was told I would hear back from them within a week for results and we could set a telehealth visit to discuss them and if needed discuss further steps ahead. This experience, although nerve wracking, was eased with a very clean and calming medial practice that has extremely kind, experienced and dedicated professionals. I would recommend this practice in a heartbeat to anyone in and out of Los Angeles.

Compared to the other GP's I have been to in the past would be, without exaggeration, comparing a hostel in Hollywood to a 5 star hotel in Beverly Hills. Beautiful spacious office, decor, large flat screen TV in the waiting room. But of course, that will not help your affliction but it does take the stress off of being sick and its a lot better than being cramped up in a small stinky waiting room with a bunch of crying babies and people coughing 5 feet away from you. I was greeted by two polite and lovely ladies who gave me the paperwork to fill out. The wait to meet Dr. Lee was not unreasonable and I was captivated by the nature videos in the waiting room. (although the penguins getting viciously attacked by the sea lions was a bit unsettling.) Dr. Lee was very friendly. He listened very well to my problem and gave me illustrative examples of what could be going on. He spent a great deal of time with me and I didn't feel the slightest bit rushed. He gave me his full time and attention and addressed my problem articulately and with creative ideas as to what the problem may be and how to approach it. I'm actually looking forward to getting sick just so I can visit this office again. Jut kidding. But if I do, it certainly will be a better experience and I feel confident under Dr. Lee's care. It is a great relief to me to feel like I have a competent doctor to go to when in need.

Nobody likes going to the doctor especially when you feel horrible and very sick. I always dread going here . And here's why. Dr Lavi "himself " is really great... He really knows how to treat you ....if you get to see him. The rest of some of his staff should all be fired . Bunch of clowns... Dr Lavi expects patients to respect his staff which I will always do but if a pattern continues then I will speak up.. Let me begin. Since I've been going there I've always been treated very poorly by the staff. There front desk staff is very rude treat you like shit have zero personality skills or seems to even care. Their demeanor is pathetic and all should not be working. At a doctors office . I even asked the male doctor with curly hair why is your front desk staff so rude. He said because they think everyone that comes in is entitled. I've never said hurry up or what's taken so long . It's a medical practice and things take time it was it is . So they already judge you just by walking in.. be very mindful and watch there behavior. It's not like any other medical clinic. To me It feels like they don't wanna be there. I thought this was a place I felt comfortable and safe , oh no! Ever since they posted the sign must wear a mask no exceptions. I've always been singled out While everyone else's doesn't have to ... and if you happen to forgot one they don't provide masks . You have to pay 10 dollars for one. Yep there's still more . I asked the staff why do you have a sign posted and in big letters no exceptions and my visit today. Nobody had a mask on.. the front desk rep replied we're not enforcing it today. So every other time that I've come in, with other people in the waiting room they only enforce it on me even if I'm not coughing . Backstory I was super sick a few weeks ago out of work struggling with money and they have the nerve to charge 40 dollars to fax papers , 3 papers with a signature and a few check marks in boxes that your able return to your work. I was upset and thought that was absolutely ridiculous with speaking to my insurance saying it's supposed to cover all coasts . . It's not illegal to do that but ethical when someone going through a hard time. Did I mention it was 40 dollars. !! Absolutely disgusting Then one of the so called nurses think it was Damien said arrogantly well it's only $40.00. I said it is coming out of your pocket, and he replied you work don't you ? I replied yes but I'm out of work right now and I'm obviously here so who are you to tell me it's only $40.00 what a real asshole. Very unprofessional to treat someone like that in the medical field.. a lot of times they'll have students there helping you out taking you into a room going over some information. I had a server cough virus ,And when you mention that you have anything extra , for me it was something very important a sever infection to be looked the student who takes you in r replies we'll see if we have time for it. Such a wonderful feeling place it go to and feel cared for. and supposedly someone more qualified comes in and goes over What's going on. The virus has to run its course so rest hydration, the basics to take care of yourself. About 2 weeks ago when I went to get the infection checked out it was healing, And the so called more qualified doctor recommended to see a wound specialist. but since going there about a month ago, I had to go to the ER and have the doctor drain it then the surgical team come out drain it even very painful packet go on antibiotics for a few weeks . . I'm thinking to myself why did the so-called doctor not refer me to a wound specialist from the beginning? It's very upsetting and disappointing think you'll get the proper care you need. Maybe look up the definition of certified versus qualified. Today I received a letter from the clinic a signed document by Dr Lavi that they let me go due to my behavior. My behavior was I was loud to the staff upset questioning how can you treat a patient like this for there quality of care . This past year I have had multiple video visits with doctor Ryan, as many as 8-10. She has always been super attentive, extremely helpful, understanding and a God sent health problems solver. She remains among the best doctors I or any of my family have ever had, anywhere. And that's saying a lot because to date, for my health and that of my lives ones, I or my family have had to be treated hundreds of doctors, mostly in some of the best medical centers in major cities in the US (Boston Mass General, Beth Israel, UC San Francisco, Stanford, UC Los Angeles, Cedars Sinai , Portland, Nashville, Houston, Cleveland Clinic), and overseas in London & Bristol UK, Istanbul and the Middle East!
