I swear I made a sandwich like this once from Easter leftovers! When the bill arrived for me and my colleague, I almost laughed. Approx $45 for two beers, a quality "top shelf" manhattan w ice ball, and two meals! (In any other major city our meal would be double that amount). The main entrance was through the patio.
