However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on. The arrival window we were given was between 9-10 AM. Though we were told that we would be notified 30 minutes prior to the team's arrival, we didn't receive any texts. Today, Esperanza arrived alone at around 9:55 AM and said it would be $150 for 3 hours. Though we expected 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours, we agreed. Esperanza told us later after 2 hours of cleaning, that the kitchen and living room would take 2 hours instead of 1, so our total would change to $200. This was a little unexpected but we agreed to this too. However, she finished after a total of 3 hours of cleaning, she didn't need the additional 4th hour. But when we were about to pay, she charged us $200. We ended up paying $180 but she did maybe an extra 5 minutes at most, not a full hour, for the extra $30 we paid. Esperanza was nice and she cleaned our place well. We just weren't very satisfied with how what we agreed on, and expected, kept changing. Also, I'm not very sure if they take out the trash or not. When I asked, Esperanza agreed, but she looked a little surprised, so I guess this is one extra thing I was left wondering about.

However, I would give the office 1 to 2 Stars. I've used Maid in Orange off and on over the past 4 - 5 years and often recommend them to friends. For this particular visit, I booked one technician for three hours, with an arrival window of 2:00 - 5:00pm. Both the website and the reminder email make it VERY clear that this is an "arrival window" and not the actual hours that the technicians will be in your home. So, I planned my day around being home at 2:00. You can imagine my surprise when my teenage son called me at 1:25pm to tell me that someone was at the door to clean our house! For this particular visit, I did not want my entire house cleaned, I only wanted specific rooms/areas done. Because Karen arrived when I wasn't home (and because my son didn't know which areas of our home I wanted her to clean) she ended up cleaning and moving things that I didn't want her to touch. And thus, 15 minutes of the time that I paid for went to waste. Again, this was NOT Karen's fault, she said the office sent her. Honestly, I would have let this go and not written a review at all, however, I called the office at 1:30pm two days ago and still haven't received a call back. Also, in the past, I have always received reminder texts in the days leading up to my cleaning appointment and usually receive a text or call to let me know that the team is on the way....this time, I did not receive any of those texts. Perhaps there has been a change in ownership or office management??? I can recommend the Maid in Orange technicians but am disappointed with the customer service. When a customer calls your business to let you know that you've made a mistake, a returned call is the bare minimum.
