A gourmet burger the "house burger" on the menu prepared with nuanced detail & careful attention, perfectly cooked/seasoned high grade beef, ratio of cheese/meat/bread to maintain it's overall sandwich structural integrity was perfectly balanced. Long Hots were a brilliant touch to add nice subtle heat & flavor contrast. Moist texture mouth watering in every respect. Relaxed family atmosphere, tasteful decor, & stellar/friendly service.
