There was also confusion with my order because I was never asked whether it was for here or to go. Part of the order was prepared in a to-go cup while another part was prepared for dine in. When I politely asked if everything could be put into a to-go cup, the employee replied, "Can't you just chug it?" and appeared visibly annoyed by the request. What concerned me most was how the drink was handled afterward. The employee took the cup, held the lid in the area where customers place their mouths, carried it to the back, and returned with the coffee transferred into the cup. Watching someone repeatedly handle the drinking surface with bare hands was not something I expected from a food service establishment.
