First off, I very rarely write bad reviews. Feel free to check my other Yelp reviews. With that being said, after giving the car wash a opportunity to handle and getting nowhere, I am writting a bad review based on my experience. in Sunday 5/18/2014, I got the bronze car wash for 14.99. They tried to up-sell me the 25 dollar "special" but I declined because my car was not that dirty. After getting my car washed, I found a few artificial (e.g. perfect and horizontally straight) lines that appeared on the top part of my right rear door panel. The door handle was also broken and was put back together minus one piece. There were about 4-5 of these lines, and all were faint, but visible if you stand about 1-2 feet away from the car. The lines were about 6 inches long. Just prior to going to the car wash I went shopping nearby and put some bags in my back seat. The handle worked fine then and there were no scratches and that was about 5 minutes prior to me arriving at the car wash. I went directly from the store to the car wash, no stops in between. While my car was being hand dried, I noticed the man standing in front of my right rear door and fidgeting with something, but I didn't think much of it at the time. I gave the guy a 5 dollar tip and left. I live around the corner and went straight home. I went to open my right rear door and before I could pull back the door handle, it fell off. It had been put back in and was loosely in place. It is then when I examined the surrounding area and found a few scratches to the top of the door panel. It appeared as if something dropped/fell from the top and scratched the top and fell onto the door handle. I went back and approached the young guy working inside. As I pulled up the guy that hand dried my car looked nervous and made hand motions to his co-workers and pointed at my car (weird). I explained everything; they examined the damage and denied any responsibility. The car wash says it wasn't their fault because their semi-automatic system is made of all rubber and has no sharp edges, yada yada yada and so-on and so -forth. After going back and forth for 15 minutes or so, I was getting nowhere. I got their contact from the license on the wall and left. They did not bother to take my info and look into it. They striaght out dismissed me. Not only did they damage my car, but they tried to cover it up. I was a loyal customer for several months; however, I will not be returning to this car wash. Although I filed a claim with my insurance company, I am still out of pocket my 500 deductible. So dissapointed in their service and handling. Ugh! :[ read more

Everyone is so welcoming/friendly it makes you feel so comfortable being here... they sell snacks and drinks and car accessories, so they have everything you need! $8.95 will get you a fantastic car wash. Your car will be hand dried and look brand spanking new. To be honest, I'm not sure what the going rate for a car wash is but I know compared to anywhere else I've been to in the US, I've always been happiest with the car washes I've gotten here. They're super thorough so expect a wait of at least 20 minutes. Buy an ice cream inside from the cashier, prop your feet up on the shaded patio, and watch your car transform from very dirty to clean and shiny. read more

They're great at what they do! Never too pushy with upgrading your wash and the lady that's at the register is also super friendly. They have a car wash lunch special Mon-Thur from 730am-10am for $5! Well, I have mixed reviews on this place. I knew EVERYTHING car wash place has their ups and downs because of so many variables. Like the person's mood the day you get your car washed or their skill level etc. So I'll just tell you about my experience and you can decide for yourself if you want to make a visit. I visited yesterday afternoon with my SUV. It wasn't too crowded and the weather was cloudy and cool. I pulled into the vacuuming area and spoke to a young man about the package options. I opted for the Diamond Package and a hand wax. Bundling the came to $40. He was to the point, gave me my receipt and walked away. I went back and realized I didn't give him my fragrance option. I also stood by to ensure the man vacuuming my car removed the mats to be thorough... he did :) I went to the register and paid (don't forget to check into Yelp to get $2 off!). The young man Ahmed (I think that's his name) was really nice. He asked if I can put a review on Yelp which I'm doing now. I sat outside and waited for my car. The man cleaning my car seemed thorough.... at that time. He eventually called me when the cat was finished, I was suprised at how soon he called me so I had asked him, "Did you already do the hand wax?" And he said "No, I didn't know". So I showed him the receipt and apologized. Apparently the guy who wrote down my service didn't note it for the employees to know that I got the Diamond Package and Hand Wax. So now, I'm wondering what a got jipped with when the car was washed. The guy started waxing my car and Ahmed, the cashier came out and even helped. He apologized and made sure I still had time for the wax to be completed. After the car was done, I walked around it and saw scuffs that were new and residue of the wax. I called Ahmed out and he wiped the wax off and checked the areas I questioned. He then saw the interior of my trunk and said he wanted to vacuum it again since it wasn't vacuumed throroughly. Then he apologized and left, after another inspection I saw that the trunk interior wasn't cleaned. So then I saw the first young man who had taken my car wash option and told him. He said he will get it cleaned. Then he asked if [pointing to the man that cleaned my car] that employee was cleaning my car (the employee was eating). I said yes.... and here is where it became uncomfortable and awkward... the guy then tells the car washing guy "hey, come here, she has something to tell you" and then he walks away. Talk about awkward, this guy has more seniority over his employee and makes me tell his employee he missed a spot. So I said to him "I'm sorry to interrupt your lunch but this area isn't cleaned" the guy was upset and told the other guy, "I'm on my lunch" and he came and wiped down my trunk interior. Anywho, upon taking the vehicle home, I saw the rims were poorly cleaned, there were scuffs/scratches, and wax residue. The interior wasn't "cleaned", it looked like they just put the leather conditioner on the leather so it just trapped any dirt or marks. This place has potential to be great. Ahmed had great customer service but the guy that washed my car didn't have attention to detail. Plus there is bad communication amongst the employees. The car packages are decently priced but I feel robbed of the true packages I bought due to mediocre cleaning service. And about the scuffs and scratches, I think they should inspect their washing machines to ensure there isn't anything there that is causing these issues because after reading the other reviews, multiple people have reported this as well. read more

I'm usually pretty generous when it comes to reviews, until now. I probably had an isolated incident but my seat was wet when I left. I don't know if they spilled something or what, nobody mentioned anything. My shorts and boxers were soaked through in one spot by the time I got home. The guy checking in my car purposefully rubbed his arm against my breasts. He put his arm inside the car and asked my daughter if she wanted to smell the leather conditioner (why?) he pressed his arm into my chest. Then he rubbed against me as he removed his arm. I felt totally stunned and unsafe. I had my seven-year-old daughter next to me and my 6-week-old son in the back. I will obviously never go back. read more

I came here only once. I thought it would be good but no. Worst car wash ever!!! I wanted the wash that included scent at the end. This place is a joke. A zoo not a carwash. I spend 130 on a car to detail and they spray cleaner on the window switches so the window's wouldn't closed. So they put plastic trash bags on all the window's and took it true the wash machine. All was welt .I pay 20 for tip and Windows down never clean. I went back and that idiot of owners son got really smart with me.and told me to leave. Never take anything there go to the 5 dollar car wash so much present and nice. read more

Very upset. Had my suburban washed today and I am so disappointed. Paid to get it hand washed and detailed inside and the outcome was bad. The windows were not whipped. The interior was not cleaned. My matts were also not cleaned at all. Seemed as though the inside was not whipped at all. The back windows has stains on them. My tires and rims were also not cleaned. Very upset over all and doubt I will ever come here again. By far the worst car wash i have ever had. I don't recommend to anyone. read more

Very friendly staff, very professional approach and I got complete answers on all my questions. They had specials so I decided to go with one of it, my car needed their care really bad. After mentioning Yelp reviews as referral I got another discount.. Little something but very pleasant. Besides I know for services i chose I would pay much more in other places. This place does an exceptional job every time I come to visit. I think maybe twice in three years I've had to point something out they overlooked and they immediately fixed it right away. Recently on a hot day I came up to get my car washed with my daughter and paid with cash and only had enough left over to give the guys a tip and didn't bring my credit card so my daughter and I could get some to drink on this 99° day out! After realizing at the checkout counter with our drinks, I didn't have my credit card the cashier whom I'm assuming is the owner or manager, said you know what just go ahead and take the drinks for you and your daughter it's a hot day out! I was so shocked! You don't think this level of customer service or customer appreciation existed anymore anywhere in this world! arrived at 1030 on a Tuesday, hardly anyone there so I figured I would be in and out. It took 10 minutes to be greeted while workers were just sitting around staring at me. Finally after I told the worker what service I wanted, I was in and out. I'm always amazed at how my car looks when the guys at this car wash are done with it. They work really hard and spend a lot of time on each vehicle that comes through. A great, great deal. This was my first time and last time coming to this car wash. I'm so disappointed. When I got here one of the employees told me there was a special on a hand wax and cleaning of the interior for $40. I was skeptical. I had never payed that much for a car wash before, but my car was really dirty and desperately needed it. So I got the $40 car wash unfortunately it was terrible. I bought the special for $24.99. The guy didn't apply the tire dressing, didn't clean inside my front windshield nor the rear view mirror, and the driver side mirror was left very spotty. Also, he did not clean the wheels. The worst thing though was that he applied so much air freshener that I was hacking up my lungs on the way home almost to the point of vomiting. read more

When we went to the this car wash, we asked for a regular car wash. The guy just asked us what scent of air refresher we wanted without telling us anything else. Later, we went to the cashier and they charged us extra for the air refresher, we told the cashier that we didn't know it was extra and that the guy did not tell us that either, but he said that he doesn't know the prices and to go talk to the guy. Does that make sense to not even know the prices when he works there? We eventually got a refund after the guy said that we couldn't get it because we already paid for it. read more

They have customer appreciation days and free birthday car washes. Their attention to detail is poor. Twice now I have specifically dealt with the lead person in regards to making sure the trunk was vacuumed. My bad, I did not check upon leaving the car wash because indeed it had NOT been done. Additionally, I had my new car detailed a few months back and there was melting chocolate in the cup holder. The manager on duty's only response upon my next visit was: "Well you should have brought it to our attention." A decent job done. The car was pretty dirty on the outside and the outside needed a good vacuum. The outside was done well, the inside vacuum was ok, but could have been better. The loss of stars comes with fragrance. I got a package with air scent and the gentlemen didnt write it on the tag. I told him i wanted pina colada. I asked if he needed to write it down and he said no, he would remember. Shocker, no scent applied. Other than that, a positive review and i will be back, mainly based on proximity ease. read more

Been coming to this place about 20 years. Never had an issue at all until today. Little bit disappointed with the guy checking in my car. I just wanted up bronze wash, with basic vacuum. He saying if I really wanted it vacuumed well and cleaned inside thouroughly, I should pay the extra $10. Huh? I declined, saying I could vacuum at home if necessary. So he grudgingly gave me the ticket for a bronze wash. Finally I asked him if he would not mind unscrewing my antenna for me. He said that they did not have a tool to do it. Really? I never had that response before. I should also mention, that I am on crutches, due to a recent foot surgery. So I hobbled around the car and eventually managed to unscrew the antenna myself. After all is said and done, the other guys did a great job wiping down my car, as usual. They also did a decent enough job vacuuming the inside of my car, and it was fine with me. So I tipped the guy finishing up my car a few bucks, and was on my way. In the end, I will probably return to this car wash, because it is convenient and they do a good job. But the guy issuing tickets today left a bitter taste in my mouth, and made me miss the familiar face I had seen for many years prior. read more
