I've been going to Commonwealth car wash for about 3 years. In the past I have received great car washes and clay barring. Today I paid $140 for a complete detail. When I came for my car, it had bugs all over the front, stains on the carpet, all the windows were smeared, bugs on the backs of both mirrors, dirt on crevasses that should have been removed with a simple wash. I spent 15-20 min.with the lead guy taking the bugs off. I am extremely disappointed. I was not offered a discount or compensation. Unfortunately I will have to find another car wash for my 2 vehicles. read more

My new #1 choice for a detailed car wash, if you have a car with leather seats I recommend to get the diamond special and if you just want a basic wash my favorite choice is the platinum. Service is also great and all the guys that work here are super sweet and make you feel like you and your car are a top priority no matter how many guest they have to attend to. The pricing here is also very fair for the amount of work they do and the detailing the special is only $25 which I think is amazing compared to most who charge $40+. read more

I came here after leaving Cal State Fullerton and needed my car washed and waxed. They had an awesome deal for a hand wax special for $29.99. They cleaned my full interior and a full service wash as well. The ticket writer, Omar, was very helpful since it was my first time trying this car wash out. He brought to my attention that I had a few small scratches around my car and we ended up doing a buff job that removed the scratches. Overall, for my first time I had great customer service and the car came out way above my expectations. ha.... i like this place's owner, but i really disappointed to worker. they don't have any passion, and they don't know how to this work. when i got service from this place, they didn't wash the roof. After i came home i found a lot of gray dust. ( this place is not much far from my house about 7min?) And one more happening i have, that was i tried to get diamond service but they didn't wash inside my car. i don't know what this word but in diamond service, they have to wash my dash board with something chemical like "bling, bling". but my dashboard had still dust after car washing. you know what? i paid tip 2times after this happening i'm not going this place anymore !!!! I've been coming to this carwash for years and never had an issue until a month ago, I was holding back on writing this review and giving the staff a chance to redeem themselves on fixing the issue but they decided to not call me back which tells me they are sweeping it under the rug and not taking any responsibility for their actions. I turned my car in for a wash and when I got home I noticed a large scrape inside the second door on the drivers side, I always wipe down the interior with some turtle wax when I get home after a wash. Now, before I took my car in I took a lot of stuff out of my car and it wasn't there. I asked if it was possible that the guy who was drying my car had keys or something on his belt and backed into my door while he was drying the roof of my car and scraped it by accident... the guy I spoke to said they don't dry the roofs of the cars which is a complete lie cause every hand wash car wash does it. I sent pictures and told him to contact the owner and he kept trying to run around in circles with me trying to convince me that it wasn't their fault. That was the last time I went there, no return calls, nothing. I now have to see how much it's going to cost to replace or fix the damage through my dealership and eat the cost of it cause they do not want to take any responsibility whatsoever. This review is mainly for awareness, if you take your car there make sure you take pics of your car and inspect it throughly before letting them handle your vehicle. I will not be going back, ever. I expect that all car wash owners should keep a good reputation and cater to their customers with professionalism, unfortunately with this place... that isn't the case. read more

I have been going to this car wash spot for about a year now, yesterday I went to try to my car washed. I pulled up like usual and parked in the vacuum area where usually somebody is there to ask what package you would like, they gave you a receipt and I go inside and pay. Will not yesterday, I waited for about 15 minutes finally a man said he would find someone to help me. I'm not sure if the man that came out was the owner but for sure he was related to them, he walked up to me and said absolutely nothing I stared at him not really knowing what to make of him, then he said "What do you want" I responded "I'm sorry, are you short, should I come back?" He responded it would be about 20 minutes and I said OK again I offered to come back, he then responded "what does it matter to you how long it will take". He was so upset and yet so unprovoked, I was so confused I really didn't know what to respond until I said you know what I'll just take my service elsewhere. As he walked away I did tell him that this was no way to treat a customer, I don't think he really cared. If this is how they treat their customers I couldn't help but but think, how do they treat their employees? read more

I come here a lot but lately they seem very unorganized starting at the vacuum area. They don't have enough workers to even vacuum the cars. The manager will be the only one out there. Recently there was a worker drying my car and he broke the rear window wiper arm. We saw him do it and we reported it to the manager and the owner who just happened to be there, and the worker denied it. The manager told us that we broke it and were just blaming his workers for it. After 30 minutes of going back and forth the owner came out and covered the cost for a new one. The prices have gone up lately but the service has gone down. Don't bother coming here. read more

Got the gold wash. Windows were not clean at all streaks left everywhere. Did not wipe the inside of the windows at all. The vacuum job was worse. I was left with debris still in my car and they ignored to vacuum the backseat. Seems like they don't care to properly wash or dry either. Do not get car wash from this place This place just suck, if you plan to get everything over $10 I strongly recommend you to go to $5 car wash right down the street. I did 24.99 special wash and it was worst car wash I ever had.... they did not complete inside wax and it smells like shit and sticky all over the seats and dash board. I made complaint about water spots and manager said you have get hand wax which is $50. I said it's my fault to even come here to get car wash. I went to another place to pay extra money to clean up whole inside and out. Completely shitty ass business they do. And they asked you to put review on the yelp before your car wash gets done. Stay away and save your money! I purchased the $24.99 wash and when I told the gent taking the order what fragrance I wanted his response was "yeah, yeah". If the car didn't need the wash so bad I would've left. They left gobs of armor all inside on the turn signal and on the dash. I had to wipe it down with a rag when I got home. It's unfortunate to say but the manager here was truly very rude to me on the phone because he couldn't hear me I tried calling back and he still was rude telling me he can't hear me so I began to ask if I could bring my car in for a rain check wash since I just came in on Wednesday afternoon and spent 30 on a bogus wash that was suppose to have some sort of wax but didn't cause my car is filthy after it drizzled Thursday night he told me it's only a one day return and i kindly asked but if it rained Thursday night and I wanted to bring in in today Friday morning he told me no it has to be in one day? Well ok but it didn't rain the exact next day so point taken no they don't want to accommodate customers just for a quick wash after they spent 30 on a ridiculous wash to begin with. read more

This place used to be the best affordable car wash you can get. But it seems they are under new management because before the workers and owners were very friendly and would work on the cars themselves if they had nothing else to do. Now, I decided to take my car in and literally the cashier stays outside most of the time smoking. Asking every single customer who's car belongs to who? Why? Because every single car that comes out has damage. One customer left with a small crack on the windshield. And they told him they are not responsible for it. It's pathetic how bad they are now. The waiting area, your sitting in the sun the whole time barely any seats in the shade. The cashier or maybe owner doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Because he is always smoking. Just a mess here, and on to add on their prices are way too much. $18.99 for a simple car wash. Before it used to be $14.99 and the work was great. I don't recommend coming here anymore. read more

Not sure if there are new owners now but this place is definitely not the same as it used to be. The past owners or managers that used to work here were really nice and friendly and you always saw them running around everywhere making sure all the customers were attended to and even helped to wash the cars themselves. This was my go to spot every time I needed a wash. Came here today and it's very clear that this place is under new management. Horrible service, no attention to customers, even saw people leave since no one was out there to ask you what type of service you needed. This place also seems understaffed since it is taking much longer than usual. Sad to say I am never coming back here again. Only in a pinch. Took The Demon (SUV, JGC) in on a mid-Sunday morning. Reasonably priced but the automated wash doesn't have enough rinse sprayers, so every car that comes out is covered in soap residue. No big deal of they get wipe it off immediately, but of it's busy and your car sits there for 5+ minutes all that residue dries, and then they wipe it around when they finally clean it. Improperly trained crew doesn't perform any final check so excess water spills out from mirrors, windows, and door jams when closed or the car is back in motion, leaving soapy steaks across everything. Oh, and no internal waiting area so be prepared to roast in the summertime. read more

Two thumbs up for this car wash , when I first came here I automatically felt the sense of a caring need to genuinely take care of me and my car which means a lot to me! I got the diamond special and they took care of my interior and exterior of my car , they wiped down my full interior and applied a leather/ vinyl conditioner. Adam and George were very helpful and have great conversation skills. Very relaxed environment. Will definitely b back again! My car really needed washed so I stopped at this place, I always see the police vehicles getting washed here so I figured it couldn't be that bad. I left and there were still spots that were hardly vacuumed and the dash and doors were left greasy from whatever they wiped it down with. I usually really like this car wash. I drive past 3 different car washes just to come here. Today was a let down...walked the entire truck with the man cleaning up dirt...then drive home and had to once again get a towel and spray to re clean my truck. I ask for no tire dressing cause it sprays up and makes a mess. There a ton of dressing on the wheels, I didn't even pay for dressing. Windows and vehicle are spotted with water spots. I pay for a wash I feel like I should get a clean car not have to come home and clean it myself plus be out $20 plus. read more
