When I decided…read moreI didn't want to make the purchase, they wouldn't give me back a 500 deposit I gave for them to hold a car until I could get to the dealership. I ended up completing the sale (again they had my 500) and they buried the title from accounting and the person that's ultimately signs ot. I texted both salesperson and finance and they promised to check, but didn't. Finally 9 days after the sale i got ahold of the title person. She had no knowledge of the transaction. She found it and sent it to me next day. If you want to work with an oversized toddler, then Ben Baker the business manager is your guy. If you want to buy a car from a professional dealership shop anywhere else!!!! By the way. If you are still reading, i did receive three requests for reviews from them, but no followup to close the deal. ​​​

    Had deal with salesman to purchase new vehicle, even was still waiting for car to come in ( longer…read morethan originally stated) stopped in to discuss trade in and was then informed they were going to charge me $3,000. to $5,000 more over sticker price and originally stated price. Not only shocked by was kinda funny how the previous year when I bought a new same model car they bragged how bigger dealerships in Des Moines charge over sticker price and they don't do that, well i guess the almighty greedy dollar won out. i feel sorry for the great salesman that I had (Tom) that was put in the middle of all this and was the one I believe at the last minute was instructed to inform me over the price change - BE CAREFULL I GUESS THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MORE MONEY IS OVERCOME THE IMPORTANCE OF RELIABLE CUSTOOMER SERVICE AND HAVING REPEAT CUSTOMERS

    Found a truck i liked on their website, it checked all the boxes of my liking so i contacted them…read moreabout a time to check it out. it was a hot truck and had multiple people serious about it. i was offered an option to put money down to hold it until i see it and buy it after i checked it out. drove down 3.5 hours to see it, start looking underneath the truck and it was hideous. poor "frame coating" left all of the rust flakes on and could be seen roughly standing 10ft away, not good with how clean the truck was. got into the truck with the interior covered in some terrible smelling wax/ detailer. drove it around, abs was freaking out when the brakes were appliee, pulled to the left super hard when braking and the transmission slipped. get back to the dealer and tell the internet sales manager what was wrong with it. as i am telling him he is focused on his computer with "we will look at it" "other customers didnt mention that!" you think when he said that he would wonder why they didnt buy it at the time. all of this meaning nothing to me as he sat there i said i think i will pass. he responds with "well i told two customers not to come today because it was sold, so i lost two potential customers" with that being the only thing on his mind with a customer in his dealership frusterated me so i walked out. got home and wrote up a review on google like i am now, within hours i get a text from him saying "wtf man, i told you about those issues over the phone" the only thing we talked about over the phone was the initial call about me interested and wanting to set up a time and putting a hold purchase. he proceeds to go on about how busy he is which i dont doubt, but too busy to take action and actually talk to the customer about the issue at hand? nope. i told him i would take the review down if he refunds my down payment on the truck. he said he would get my money back monday. it is now friday. i made a mistake and learned from it he made a mistake and now there is this yelp review...
