    All better after being neutered:)

The BEST. I cannot say enough good things. They took care of my wiener dog like their own and got him in right away. Amazing staff and the girls upfront were fantastic. Care is 10/10 and he came home and was back to his normal happy self in days. Thank you for caring for Finn and I love this clinic. The reviews prior to my experience scared me but they did amazing. Thank you.

They took great care of of my dachshund and the front desk staff was extremely Friendly. They held him when I needed to sign papers and they were amazing. The vet that helped my dog was very kind and professional. I am so thankful for this clinic.

Daniel Koller screamed and yelled at myself and my bestfriend, whom accompanied my dog and I to an appt. He tried to physically intimidate two females while terrifying my dog. I asked him to please lower his voice multiple times, as my dog was fearful, but he refused and continued with the hostility until I had to pick up my 85lb, injured dog to get he and ourselves away from the situation. The other male staff in the room stood by and watch all of it happen, as well as joined in on things the vet could yell at us for. I was not given my after visit paperwork and called the clinic after having left; the rest of the staff decided it a fun game to not only refuse to answer any of my medical questions about my dog that had major surgery three days prior, but to put me on hold and not come back or just hang up on me. These ppl are for the money, not for the animals. This establishment needs to be shut down, not only for malpractice and the safety of the animals that are brought here, but also so no one gets treated as poorly as MANY have by all staff. BOLI needs to and will be notified. PETA needs to and will be notified. The veterinary board WILL be notified. Picketers need to be outside this place to stop unknowing citizens from placing their pets and themselves potentially in harms way. We all need to speak up, TOGETHER to make this happen. My name is, Angie Paletta, if anyone else has had similar issues with staff or aggression issues with the sociopath, Daniel Koller, please contact me over Facebook, as I would appreciate your testimony and welcome the power of unity in the masses.

DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible experiance here while having my Dog euthanized. One of the vet techs handled my weak old dog roughly to the point he was yelping loudly. When the actual veterinarian came back in the room with my Dog he was completely limp and sedated to the point he didnt even look alive. They didn't tell me they were going to do that. The vet then quickly euthanized him. This was a serious problem for me how they handled the whole situation especially when i told them i want to be with my Dog through the whole thing and I feel i didn't get to be with my Dog in his last moments because of what they did. When i confronted them calmly about the problem I had they were very rude and told me that I'm a problem for having a problem. The vet tech i had the problem with wouldn't even speak to me and the rest of the staff were rude except one nice girl at the front desk. Vet techs and workers here are incompetent rude and careless! After doing some research I found this clinic has horrible reviews and the owner/ veterinarian has a bad reputation for animal abuse!! Lots of similar experiences here I'm reading. I'm very upset with the experiance i had here while going through one of the hardest times of my life putting my childhood dog of 16 years to rest.

On July 12th, 2021 my boxer collapsed 2 times at home and we rushed him to this clinic. I came requesting emergency help and the front desk lady refused him "We are not taking emergencies" I repeated myself that he was a patient of theirs and he was collapsing and throwing up. Again they refused. I then rushed to the VCA and they had the decency to call Dove Lewis for us that we were on our way. My beloved fur baby of 11 years died that day. No parent of a pet or human should ever go through or witnessed what I did that day. I will never refer this clinic to anyone! They do not care at least have the decency to call a animal hospital for the family and not be rude and just refuse to help a dying animal! He was a loving, living and breathing animal! I hope none of that staff ever goes through the pain of what they put me through and my family. This clinic needs to show more empathy towards parents and pets. Do what is needed for your patients! Even if you can't take them, be kind and call the nearest hospital!!! Don't make them feel helpless and alone. Be Better humans!

My husband has been going to the animal hospital on division, I can't…read moreeven say 40 years since before I married him and then of course I just kept going there too. Well they've got a new hustle ladies and gentlemen and it's called your dogs infested with fleas even though your dog's not. I went there today because the dogs have been itching all summer like allergy itching. You know what I'm talking about and then my littlest dog decides she didn't want to eat. So instead of speaking about the not eating, they combed her little through my dog's behind four times before they came up with a few kernels that were smaller than sand, Oh you have fleas yes you need flea medication. I'm using advantage. You need to buy this stuff which is an absorbent amount of money that I do not have. Then after waiting for the doctor, I don't know 30 minutes at least she finally comes in runs the little comb through the dog once says your dog's infested. Now we're infested like whatever lady and she doesn't even let me look at it. Just puts it in the sink I'm like yeah this is a racket and we don't even do anything about the not eating the food. We don't do anything about the itching cuz that's the fleas so basically $90 for me to sit around for 45 minutes and they didn't do s***. Ladies and gentlemen find yourself a new vet before they run this gig on you. Sorry for the bad news. Second part:: me and my husband woke up this morning. Went out. Got flea shampoo. We're washing the bed. I have not seen any fleas so that means that they have outright lied to me to my face. I will not be going back.

Unfortunately our family is joining the list of people who were so pleased with the honest approach…read moreof Dr,Barry and are terribly disappointed and worried that we wronged our 2 dogs by allowing them to be treated at Well Haven. We were very pleased when we first visited the new office. The office was updated and the vet ( Dr Roth) had an engaging personality. We gave her our trust. .Our next experience at the time of surgery was drastically different. Our initial visit with her was for a routine exam. The dogs were acting well. She noted that they needed dental care and quoted $500 per dog for cleaning and polishing under anesthesia. We understood that she might need to perform extractions if closer exam warranted. We were shocked to get a call while they were under anesthesia with her telling us that the situation was terrible and quoted $1700 to remove the teeth from the first dog. She went on with scare tactics about how much pain the dogs were in ("even under anesthesia they were responding to touch in a painful manner"-- {which raised the question of how good the anesthesia was} ). The teeth were grossly infected and in essence her strong recommendation would be extraction of the 13 teeth. She offered no options or alternatives other than to abort the procedure. She then asked " how much is the most you are willing to pay?" We ended up in a negotiation over the phone essentially with a gun to our heads with the overwhelming message from her being we would be terrible owners if we didn't agree to her terms. We eventually agreed on $1000.00 Amazingly when she operated on the next dog who historically has worse teeth she only needed to remove a small fraction of the number. We can't help but wonder, was the first dog over treated or the second dog undertreated?. It didn't take long for us to talk to others in the business to hear that in fact there were options,.

I had some difficulties finding a veterinarian who would work with a feral cat in a live trap on a tight time frame, and I am so glad that I ended up at this clinic. I was worried taking an old feral cat with a serious injury to a vet clinic would lead to recommendations of euthanization, or that he wouldn't be treated as well as a pet cat. I think I also saved a lot of money by going to this clinic - a trip to the ER would have been so much more expensive. Thanks to Dr. Sullivan my cat is now in recovery and likely has several years ahead of him to live out his best life. Highly recommended!

My experience was okay…read more I made a most difficult decision to let my beloved cat go after a long weekend spent almost entirely in ER trying to figure out why he would no longer eat and why his eye was swelling shut. And an even longer two or three weeks before that fighting to get him to eat. Like others here, Kevin was closer to me than my human family. I was busy with the doctors in ER so my partner called in to make the appointment to ease my stress. He said I was primary contact, but it was difficult to make that clear all the way until the day so communications were continually going to him. Not a big deal in the overall picture, but it didn't make the experience any easier. This was my cat for 8 years before I met my partner and while he loved my baby, I was the one with the lifelong bond. The doctor showed up within the time window allotted. We both found her a little cold. I felt like we were just a job and everything was done by number. My BF picked up my cat and carried him to me, but the doctor said we should do paperwork first which resulted in me putting him down after building up to do what I deemed impossible. I was emotional and crying. This really should somehow be handled before the visit. There were corrections to be made on the form. I was about to lose my baby and this only made me aware that I was filling out his death warrant. I am utterly heartbroken. I know holding your baby until the last minute is catharsis and closure, but I found it traumatizing. His passing was peaceful at least. Everyone's goodbye will be unique, and my example will not necessarily match what others experience. Everyone we spoke to was professional. I just wasn't feeling the compassion.
