I would have given 100 star rating if possible. I drove over an hour away to eat here and was not disappointed. The BEST chicken and waffles I have ever had. The sweet potato fries were excellent. My Mother had the Tuna with sweet potato mash and spinach which was cooked to perfection. The staff were amazing and the prices were very reasonable. The owner went out of his way to make sure everyone enjoyed their meal. You could tell he really cared if you had a good experience. I will definitely be back. Looking for a new place to dine we came across Company Supply. Reading the reviews it appeared to be a potential pick. We decided to try it out. It was a good distance from our home base but the ride was easy and the scenery interesting. It was a Sunday afternoon, and when we arrived, we found a place to park directly across from the restaurant. We were greeted quickly and seated immediately. So far, so good! My wife ordered a glass of Zinfandel and was told they did not have that but offered a Riesling which she agreed to. Next we ordered a Spinach and Artichoke dip appetizer. It was smaller than we had experienced at other restaurants. Although the dip itself was good, the chips were very thick and too hard. fro the wife. I ordered the ribs but was told that they had "no ribs or any pork today". Our waiter suggest the Metro Filet which I agreed with a side of mashed sweet potatoes, and a tomato and cucumber salad. My diner was good. The steak was cooked well, seasoned just right, and was tender. All in all, my diner was very good. My wife ordered the Plain Jane Burger with cheese and lettuce and tomato. She ordered fries but once again we were told they were "out of french fries". But could substitute tots, which she really was not crazy for. Keep in mind, this was a somewhat slow Sunday afternoon!The burger was large and cooked as ordered and she said it was very good except that the bun just could not handle the burger and it;s toppings. It fell apart as she tried to pick it up, and eventually had to eat the burger outside of the bun and discard the bun, as it was in pieces. Although the food was actually good, and Dalton our server was excellent, the issues mentioned above made for a less than sparkling customer experience. read more

Our first visit and will not be the last. They recently opened a new section with large Bar/ Oyster Bar, nice booth seating and a large loft seating area. Their Salmon Pontchartrain was perfect in every way. A fun relaxed place that is also very classy. Service was super ! read more

My boyfriend and I went there last night for dinner and it was packed! We only waited about 29 minutes. The service was so-so, I related that to how busy it was. For example, we wanted more pita for the pimento cheese and it took us asking our waiter and the owner who was walking around helping the other guys to finally get some pita. The table next to us had the same experience, a woman had to ask two different waiters for another drink. My entree was also crazy salty. I got the steak that said it was supposed to come with flash fried spinach, but it ended up coming with green beans. Not mad about it. The mashed potatoes were pretty thick as well, maybe they were made in a food processor which makes them gummy. My boyfriend got chicken and waffles and I tried it--amaze. My wife and I read reviews of this place last time we passed through Dublin but it was Sunday so they were closed. So when we planned to come through this way again & it wasn't Sunday, there was only one place I wanted to go. The menu is a little eclectic, from bistro to Cajun but OMGoodness how insanely good was it? My wife makes the best pimento cheese in the world so I was hesitant. Theirs has chipotle and siracha in it so we found something to add to hers. She got the ahi tuna with mashed sweet potatoes. Pleasantly surprised (this is Dublin, GA y'all!) at the quality of the fish and of the cook. I had the grillade. You can put that brown roux on anything and make it good. Pork was tender and expertly cooked and when paired with the crawfish I thought we were in the Big Easy. Highly recommended and we WILL be back! read more

This place had come highly recommend so my group made reservations for dinner before a concert last weekend. We all left hungry as it took all of the 2 hours we set aside to get part of our dinner. We never got our salads, sides missing and never got a chance to order desserts we were really looking forward to. Waitress blamed the kitchen and just being busy! We had reservations so you knew we were coming! My filet mignon was supposed to be med well but most was so bloody I could not eat it. One of my party who eats hers med rare said too red for her. I complained since we didn't have time to re order, I was supposedly partially comped but my bill was nearly as much as the others. Atlanta prices for steak there! Amazing lunch portion of chicken and waffles with maple bourbon syrup! Hubby got pork tenderloin and crawfish tails in a great sauce, not overly spicy and it was excellent. This place is a diamond in the rough! Absolutely fantastic food, blazing fast service and personal touch from our server Michael made the experience amazing! We had the filet steak with shrimp garlic sauce and green beans and potatoes. My mouth is still watering for more! Don't get me started on the sweet potato cheesecake! I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I had never been before and wasn't sure I would like the creole menu, but I loved it. The restaurant was beautiful on the inside. The staff was pleasant and our waitress, Laura, was very knowledgeable of the menu, courteous and attentive. I got a cup of gumbo and the shrimp tacos with sweet potato fries. The first time I went to Company Supply, the food and experie nce was great. The second time was a disappointment. The food and the presentation was mediocre, as was the service by Michael. My party had to ask for refills on our drinks more than once. The ribeye steak was average at best but, certainly, not worth the premium price tag. I was so excited about a premier restaurant coming to Dublin but, very disappointed, that Company Supply followed the same path as every other restaurant, good,at first, then, average at best. This is probably the best restaurant in Dublin, so my sister took me and her friend here which was supposed to be an enjoyable time. We got there and were told a 45 minute wait, so we went to the bar. The bartender was rude to us and we were being nothing but nice. My sister's friend asked which lite beers they had and she rolled her eyes and had an attitude the rest of the time we were at the bar. While she's giving us bad service, she's taking shots with her coworkers. After waiting for our table for an hour, we went to ask the hostess, she said we would be seated after a large party left (they looked like they were staying to hang out for hours and she could not tell us how much longer until we were seated and said there was another party in front of us still). Soon after this, there were several booths and tables cleared and menus placed on them. We assumed that meant we would be seated soon as we were towards the top of the list and we could see many empty and clean. After waiting an hour and a half (we were told 45 mins) we were seated in one of the booths which had been sitting empty for a full 30 minutes ( not the other section that we were supposedly waiting on). The waiter we had was okay, service was slow. Then the food was pretty bad. I ordered a burger with their Mac n cheese. The burger was not very good at all and the Mac n cheese was not good; I wouldn't have called it that because that's not what it even tasted like. This was the worst restaurant experience I have probably ever had. If they said 45 minutes, we expect it to be close to 45 minutes, not double the time while were looking at empty tables for 30 minutes still waiting on ours. There were plenty of waiters so it wasn't because they were short staffed or anything. On top of that, we should have been seated 30 minutes earlier when the booth was free and ready to be seated at. Some of the staff seemed incompetent, some of them rude and unhelpful, and the food was only okay. They basically ruined our special night and the bartender was very rude. The hostesses clearly had no clue what they were talking about as far as seating us etc. because they didn't I would advise the restaurant to hire better employees or figure out what was wrong because that type of service makes people never return and spread the word to others. read more

This place is brand new and has great food and a nice selection of craft beer on tap. It's certainly a welcomed change in food venues in Dublin. It's worth the short trip off of the interstate as well. read more

I realy like this place but my last visit was disappointing. I didn't like sitting with my back to the rest of the restaurant and did not like having the other people sitting so close that it felt like sharing a table with strangers that listens to my personal conversation. My service was great but my poboy was like a fast food sandwich. Food and atmosphere are very good. I had the fire grilled pork chop and it was excellent. Several employees including the owner came by my table and asked me how my meal was. I've eaten here twice so far and both times were pleasant experiences. I had the delta chicken on my first visit and my second visit I tried the chicken and waffles. The boneless chicken that came with the waffles was fried perfectly and they were so tender! They had a maple glaze over them that was perfect. I could've eaten the chicken by itself.
