Amazing! Delicious! They were able to get our big group in when I called ahead, very accommodating. It's a cute small space with a modest menu. But the flavors are all Italian, Bellissimo! We had the polpette (meatballs), bruschetta and several pizzas along with some wines and dessert. It was all wonderful. So glad we came and could fit in. Definitely give them a try. They have a garage door front so you can dine al fresco when the weather is nice. It's cozy inside to match the food. Don't let the small domestic front fool you. There's great authentic flavor inside.

If you had told me I would find a place that has good pizza in Niagara Falls, I would have said you were crazy. We were wandering and came across a sit down restaurant that just so happened to sell fresh pies. The hostess was very sweet and accommodated our fairly large party. We were sat in the table closest to the food prep area, which made my nephew very happy. He was very entertained watching the oven where the pizza was being made! We ordered various pies and they all were amazing. If you want a taste of Italy while in Canada, Comparu is the spot!

This was a very interesting place. Literally, a garage location with a traditional raised garage door. With no clear place to stand & be greeted. Clean with a cute outdoor seating area. Dinner time! Busy restaurant, which you'd expect, given its 5 star rating. Server (1 and only one) I politely asked if she's by always herself. She shyly replied that sometimes there's another person. Judging by some of the other reviews, she's alone often. That being said, her work was outstanding. She out performed some fully staffed restaurants. Yes we waited a bit. But I've experienced much worse. She was friendly and moved quickly but not frazzled. Once our order was in, the food came out in good time. We Had: Pepperoni Pizza Calzone Bruschetta Dough had a wonderful flavor and sauce was terrific. I thought the dough under the pizza a bit too thin for the amount of cheese and pepperoni on it, but the flavor was so good, I'm willing to look past that detail. Calzone was outstanding. Big enough to share....like we did. Great experience. Can't in good conscience give it a five. But definitely a 4 experience given what they're working with. Be prepared for a bit of a wait for great food. Get here when you're beginning to get hungry, not when you're dying to eat and you'll be fine, I think. Great little spot. Recommend! 3.9/5

Checked this place out last night after seeing all the great reviews--and it definitely lived up to the reviews . The food was amazing and delivered on taste. We just got back from Europe, and honestly, this place is very similar to the foods we had on vacation. It has that vibe--authentic, high-quality ingredients, no shortcuts. It's a small, cozy spot, but that just adds to the atmosphere. Would definitely go back.

Hidden gem in Niagara! Delicious pizza near the Clifton Hill area. It was a rainy Saturday and we were looking for brunch. However, we saw the high ratings for this spot on Yelp and had to give it a try! The pepperoni pizza here was the best. The dough is on the thinner side so had to eat with a fork and knife (as it got messy). Not usually a fan of crust but really enjoyed it here as it had a toasty flavour.

An incredibly cozy and quirky dining experience! My daughter and I were visiting on a spontaneous trip to the Falls, and we decided we wanted a delicious but not so fancy dinner. Not wanting to be disappointed, we checked out the local map, searching for restaurants with only the highest reviews. Comparu was it, with a 4.9 out of 5 on one site and a 5/5 on another! We went in at the perfect time, right after opening, because at the end of our meal, there was literally a line to get in! We had one pepperoni pizza, one margherita pizza, and one bruschetta as an appetizer. All were amazing, and the waitress was exquisite! One pizza easily satisfies two people, by the way. We finished up with the best tiramisu I've ever had, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I felt although that prices were reasonable, and service was top notch.

Wonderful Napoli style's pizza. Thin crust in the middle and over roasted and thicker on the sides. My fav. We chose the pepperoni pizza and asked if they could add black olives. They added Kalamata olives which was even better! Pepperonis curled up upon cooking. So good. We split one pizza and it was more than enough food. Service was excellent! One server and one cook were running the whole restaurant. The place is set up like a garage so the front of the restaurant is all open. It was chilly so we were happy to sit inside but I can see the appeal of the sidewalk / bistro-like seating. Great experience.

Pizza was delicious, love the thin crust. Ingredients were super fresh, good portion size. Staff was friendly. Small shop with a couple of tables.

Very underrated Italian restaurant! Comparu is a very lovely restaurant with outdoor seating on a rather quiet street near the touristy Clifton Hills. We were impressed by each dish we ordered and cleared each plate! Caprese Salad: amazingly fresh, with the perfect amount of olive oil and spices Calabrese Pizza: the thin crust was so doughy, and the hot cheese melted with the tomato sauce was the perfect combination Lasagna: irresistible, with a generous amount of meat and cheese We sat on the patio, and with the music and lights it felt like we were in a different world, after the frenzy of touristy Niagara Falls. Our waitress was incredibly sweet as well. If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Comparu.

Pistachio Lava Cake: Deliciously light and fluffy, served hot (15 mins to make) with whipped cream.

Pizzantastic! Finally, a pizza that is light and full of flavor. Bottom of the ninth walk-off performance. Honest and authentic ingredients and perfectly balanced on taste. Fluffy soft thin crust with a hint of char. Fold it and dig in for a unique pie experience. Cozy and inviting interior and outdoor patio seating makes for a relaxing meal. Warm and friendly service with big smiles. These folk are fully invested in their business and perfection is their pride at fair prices. Help them out and stop in for a bit. Everything made fresh, so relax and kick back while they make it just for you. Definitely worth it.

Still thinking about this one!! I had such a great day in Niagara Falls, and this pizza made it even better. I got the Margherita pizza and after eating it so quickly, I wish I got to try other pizzas or even their pastas. Service was so kind and thoughtful. They didn't have chili oil, but they had jalapeño oil that I mixed with chili flakes and it was perfect.

Beautiful, beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere, soft music, amazing service by Juan our waiter. We started with Caesar salad and the bruschetta appetizers - Boyfriend's salad was very good. I liked the capers and strong hint of anchovies in the dressing (which he always has on the side). Bruschetta was not what I expected - I felt it was missing something, not much flavor - although the bread was super fresh and tomatoes perfectly ripe. As mains he had the Americana pizza (pepperoni) and I had the lamb, served with a citrusy risotto and rapini. I loved the lamb! Highly recommend. It was literally so tender that I didn't need the knife to cut it! We asked Juan how the cook made it that way - he wouldn't tell and said it was the kitchen's secret! It was delicious. Risotto was perfect too. I'm not a fan of rapini but it was well cooked and seasoned. Boyfriend regretted his choice a little, although he says his pizza was good - but after tasting my lamb, he was sorry he didn't choose a meat dish. I had a shot of Amaretto on ice and the cannolis for dessert. Delicious and obviously homemade. I was a bit put off that a bus boy pulled out our appetizer plates while we were still actively eating. Hint, if our forks are in our hand and we're bringing them to our mouth with food on it, we're not done yet :/ Not the first place this happens and a pet peeve of mine... but whatever. Also, the couple with 5 kids... 5 kids omg... maybe this wasn't the best restaurant choice for you if you are going to let the two small ones run wild around the dining room and almost hit a waiter with a tray of drinks... but this isn't the restaurant's fault. We will return! Worth it just for the amazing lamb, and a short 5 minute walk from the Doubletree hotel, if you are staying there!

But it has its own separate area that is more like a restaurant than being part of the food court. We had a coupon from our hotel so we decided to try them. We were so glad that we did! We had bruschetta as an appetizer. I ordered the beef rigatoni & hubby ordered the spaghetti with meatballs. For dessert we had tiramisu. The bruchetta had 6 slices of bread & we asked if half could be without cheese. The bread was a little too crispy for me & I felt there wasn't enough garlic. But otherwise it was really delicious. Hubby liked the level of crispyness. The beef rigatoni was perfectly done & a large portion. I couldn't finish it all, so I asked to have the rest wrapped up. Hubby was able to finish his spaghetti & meatballs. He said his main dish was very delicious. We had the tiramisu for dessert. That was also really good. Overall the food was great. Our waitstaff was a beautiful & friendly lady whose name I can't remember. She was very professional & friendly. The pacing of the food was perfect I thought. We got the bruschetta pretty quickly followed by our main dishes & then the dessert after we had decided on it. Vittorio's also has a takeout order desk on the side of the restaurant so you can go that route as well if you don't want the full restaurant experience. The decor of this place is nice. The floors were covered in carpet that has a gold design on it & a black background. The tables were covered in white tablecloths & the chairs were black wood. There are also booths at the back with gold coloured curtains. There's a big chandelier in the middle of the space with the bar on a side wall. Some of the walls are brick painted white with a grey wainscoting beneath. Classy look. Prices are more expensive here than the food court of course. Plus you will be charged the Niagara Falls Tourist tax. We had a coupon from our hotel which we used. But despite that I didn't think the bill was a crazy amount. It came to $117 including taxes. I'd rather pay a bit more for great food & great service so we didn't mind the price. I had my leftovers from Vittorio's for dinner & it still tasted good. I would definitely come here again next time I'm in Niagara Falls.
