But it has its own separate area that is more like a restaurant than being part of the food court. We had a coupon from our hotel so we decided to try them. We were so glad that we did! We had bruschetta as an appetizer. I ordered the beef rigatoni & hubby ordered the spaghetti with meatballs. For dessert we had tiramisu. The bruchetta had 6 slices of bread & we asked if half could be without cheese. The bread was a little too crispy for me & I felt there wasn't enough garlic. But otherwise it was really delicious. Hubby liked the level of crispyness. The beef rigatoni was perfectly done & a large portion. I couldn't finish it all, so I asked to have the rest wrapped up. Hubby was able to finish his spaghetti & meatballs. He said his main dish was very delicious. We had the tiramisu for dessert. That was also really good. Overall the food was great. Our waitstaff was a beautiful & friendly lady whose name I can't remember. She was very professional & friendly. The pacing of the food was perfect I thought. We got the bruschetta pretty quickly followed by our main dishes & then the dessert after we had decided on it. Vittorio's also has a takeout order desk on the side of the restaurant so you can go that route as well if you don't want the full restaurant experience. The decor of this place is nice. The floors were covered in carpet that has a gold design on it & a black background. The tables were covered in white tablecloths & the chairs were black wood. There are also booths at the back with gold coloured curtains. There's a big chandelier in the middle of the space with the bar on a side wall. Some of the walls are brick painted white with a grey wainscoting beneath. Classy look. Prices are more expensive here than the food court of course. Plus you will be charged the Niagara Falls Tourist tax. We had a coupon from our hotel which we used. But despite that I didn't think the bill was a crazy amount. It came to $117 including taxes. I'd rather pay a bit more for great food & great service so we didn't mind the price. I had my leftovers from Vittorio's for dinner & it still tasted good. Service was good. We managed to get in without a reservation. Not much on ambiance but was relaxing. The food was tasty with a little something for everyone. We started with the House Bread which was delicious and came with olives and cheese. Caesar Salad was well balanced and fresh. Whenever we visit the Falls to catch a show we always stop for dinner at Victoria's the service is always professional and friendly. the atmosphere is wonderful. However the only reason we continue to return is the food. The meals are always fresh, the portions more than we can eat, the wine and beer list excellent. No reason to go anywhere else. read more

This restaurant is located in the food court within Fallsview Casino Resort. As you descend the escalator, look to the left. It's after the Burrito and Burger King. Now despite its locale, this is fine dining. I forgot, but despite that they did seat us. We had a nice wood booth in the back. Unfortunately, we had toured the vineyards that afternoon, so we didn't order any beverages from their extensive list. But at least I recognized quite a bit of the selection, lol. Our waitress was attentive and polite and gave us quite a bit of time to make our selections. We shared the clams casino which were simply divine! My husband said they were the best he's had in years. My entree was a simple penne vodka. My husband's choice was the gnocchi in a pomodoro sauce with basil. He said he enjoyed it. I really liked mine too and was sorry I couldn't finish nor take it with me. So this was a very nice dinner. My only comment would be to make sure you had silverware to eat your meal. When we finished the clams, our silverware was removed and not replaced. So when our entrees arrived, our waitress didn't notice (neither did we) and then we couldn't get her to come over to let her know. A small thing overall. We had such a busy day and went in to grab some food. The service was awesome! The homemade bread was delicious(wish they served olive oil with it), and the meal was yummy! I had ravioli and cleaned my plate. My husband had the spaghetti with meatballs. He said it was good, but not mine . We are celebrating our 30th anniversary and they graciously gifted us 3 glasses of champagne to celebrate. I also ordered the Italian Margarita. It was different from the norm, which I enjoyed. This was an absolutely lovely experience. Our server was Dino. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked and presented. The curtained booths in the rear of the restaurant offer a certain private ambiance. If Niagara Falls is a repeat destination for us, we will absolutely be back. As a tip, in Italy Limoncello is often offered as a complimentary after dinner liqueur. It's not complimentary here, but order some to round out your meal. You won't be disappointed. read more

I moved to Western New York and am totally disappointed by the Italian food in this area. You might overlook Vittorio's, located in a food court in the FallsView Casino, sandwiched between a Burger King and a pizza slice counter. To do so would be a mistake, as we had some of the best Italian food we've ever eaten there. It was so good (my wife noted "the best homemade minestrone I've ever eaten") that we returned after two nights for our final meal in Niagara Falls. Dino, our efficient but very personable and knowledgeable waiter, served us on both occasions (the second at our request). While you can't completely remove the food court, the ambiance inside was fine, with great table decor, lighting and pleasant background music. Not the cheapest meal in town, but easily the best we had, and worth every penny. read more

Another place to visit as we had a coupon from our hotel for $30 off dinner for two. Ok! Who doesn't like a deal! Vittorio's is actually located in the Fallsview Casino/Hotel. You have to go down to the lower level. It's actually nice and quiet down there. It wasn't busy at all for a Friday night and we were seated right away. Drinks were fairly expensive so I only ordered 1 glass of wine for dinner. Portions were generous! We did actually end up taking left overs to the hotel. I had penne pasta with sausage and vodka sauce. Very tasty! Other's had Chicken Parm and Rotini.... all meals were delicious. Not "chain" food! Only giving it a 4 as it's very pricey (even with the generous portions). I'd go back to try a different meal for sure! read more

We should have been in and out in about 1.5 hours at the most but we were there for 2 hours 45 minutes as we waited over an hour for our main dish even though it was not busy at all. The server was very nice and polite but didn't really check on us much. We did this as our honeymoon dinner and she did bring us out a dessert wine and dessert on the house. I had a great dining experience, the service was awesome and our server was delightful. I let the manager Tom, know ahead of time that I was celiac and that I was going to be with a party of six. Sure enough, Tom had gluten free options for me, so that I could eat like the rest of the table!!! Oh, did I mention that the food was delicious. We were served antipasto, fried and grilled(gluten free) calamari, arancini(not gluten free ), pasta(penne gluten free) and grilled lamb chops(my favourite) with a salad. My oldest had penne with marinara and the youngest had manicotti both were very good. I have to admit, the TVs in this place were a strange choice fora place that seems to be trying to be Fine Dining, but they only placed movies with Italian "themes" (My Cousin Vinny was playing when we were there). I had the Spaghetti Pescatora which was a GIANT portion. It takes a lot for me to not finish a meal and I took my leftovers to go. My only complaint was that the place seemed to be understaffed. Our waitress seemed to be one of only two working the whole place and she would disappear for long stretches of time only to come back looking more worn out than the last time we saw her. They have the food down, now they just need to get some staff! If I'm ever back in the Niagara area I would come back here to eat. read more

This is mine and my boyfriends second time visiting Canada and when we came back this time we knew we wanted to eat here again, it's so good!! For being in a food court surrounded by places like Burger King and a burrito place, the level of service and quality of food is shockingly amazing. Everything here is fantastic. I started with a Sicilian cosmo myself, drink is great! Not too sweet and has a great flavor. My boyfriend and I shared the grilled calamari and shrimp - also great! And last time we came we got the fried calamari - amazing!! I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken parmigiana and my boyfriend absolutely loved his spaghetti pescatora! Absolutely wowed by the quality of the food and service once again. Our server, Mackenzie was amazing! Very tentative and so bubbly and kind!! My boyfriend and I are both in the restaurant industry so we really appreciate when we receive great service!! Lastly, after we paid I remembered that we had a coupon that I forgot to use. Mackenzie said she would see what she could do. Even though she wasn't able to reverse the payment, she was able to exchange the coupon for cash for me! Such great service! We couldn't find a proper restaurant to eat at because of the labor day weekend rush and ended up in the food court. Really glad we found it.
