They told me the price for a tube and said it could be done (with me telling them that it was a fat boy tire). Easy enough. I show up the following morning with my bike, only to be told that they don't carry that size of tube for my tire (20x3.30). All they could do was simply apologize and refer me to another bike shop down the street. Not only this, but whoever was on the end of the chat help, didn't ask for specs of the tire, just assumed it was a common size. Now, if you're a business owner, nonetheless during a pandemic, wouldn't you do anything to keep that customer's good side? Thus, adding to your clientele? I know I would. It's for these two simple things, that prevented me from giving any more than 1 star. They didn't even suggest using an alternative tube that's closer to it or ask if I wanted to order one through them. Highly disappointed that they did nothing to win me over and keep my business. Aesthetically pleasing, but attention to customer service detail: lacking. I will not return in the future.

There were 2 employees at the Ogden store and they took genuine interest in my ebike experiences and riding around the Ogden area. While we were talking I was looking around for ideas to add to my ebike (and did buy a black rack bag that I have really liked). I enjoyed talking about our ebikes even though I am an old fat man and didn't have near the experience they did and enjoyed their insights and suggestions.

In the process of getting it cleaned up and ready to ride, I discovered the battery was dead. I was delighted to discover that there was a new Pedego dealership in Ogden, so took the bike and charger in. They put a different battery in and it rode fine, so it was confirmed that it was the battery that was the issue. Rather than immediately selling me a new battery, to the tune of many hundreds of dollars, they sent the battery out for testing, discovered it was salvageable, replaced a broken switch on it, and the bike was good to go. When I pulled out my credit card to pay, they told me there was no charge. I was astounded! They even loaded the bike onto my car rack, which is no small thing, since it weighs about 55 pounds and I'm a 70-year-old woman and it was all I could do to load it up myself to take it in! Such over-the-top customer service has made me a fan for life! Thanks guys!

The best part is effortlessly shooting up a hill past some kids who look at me like I must be superhuman or something : ) There's no way they can easily tell my bicycle has a power assist mode. Too funny.. eSpokes have been really helpful and great to work with. I added a ton of upgrades, least of which were puncture resistant tires and inner tubes, vital I have learned, for cycling in the Salt Lake Valley. I can honestly say and you are going to think I am crazy for saying this, but buying these (easy motion) bikes from eSpokes is the best and funnest thing I have ever purchased!!! Electric bikes have come so far in the last couple of years, they look like mountain bikes but make cycling uphill a breeze and ride just like normal bikes on a level grade. I've heard some people say these are like cheating. In my opinion they are missing the point. Both myself and my wife go out on them a lot and get a lot of exercise because they are so fun. My son was having pain from his new boots (bought from a ski shop at home, not here), and Carlos was able to interpret his vague descriptions and made serial adjustments (changed the footbed, added shims and spacers in various places, recommended different socks, etc) until it was perfect. We paid for the footbed and a nominal fee for the additional adjustments, which was unbelievable for the amount of time he devoted to making my son feel comfortable in his boots.
