I actually got charged 75 dollars at the end of the year because of "broken cabinets", this was one cabinet door that was broken prior to us living there and when i questioned the bill he told me, well there was never a work order to get it fixed on record so i dont know what to tell you. I really cannot explain how full of shit this man is, i'm disgusted for having to have done business with him for a full year.

A supervisor later said that actually, our fridge was not on the truck at all and maybe it would come on Thursday and he would definitely call at 5:00 P.M. to let us know. No call came. On Thursday a smaller truck pulled up. There were 2 large car size spaces to park across the street and we moved our car to make it three. No, they said, they couldn't park and they quickly left. We canceled our order. There was not a way to get our refrigerator. Three days of waiting, being on hold, talking to various people, food in and out of a refrigerator. It was all a big waste. Big trucks make deliveries on our street all the time. Of course they do.
