Bought used fridge. Their price was firm, but reasonable (as long as the fridge will last and be reliable). Very knowledgeable salesman who knew what had been done for each appliance to make it ready for resale. It did come with 6 mo warranty. Best was the delivery, set up, and take away old fridge for only $50. If fridge works as expected, would definitely buy from them again. Great business, we get all our large appliances, which hasn't been alot but with moves and various issues, why spend on a big ticket item when you can get the item at 65-80% off and they work fine. Instead of purchasing a new dryer, their technician, Victor, suggested he make a service call to see if he could repair my dryer. Had a great experience here today. Old Refrigerator failing on Saturday. Went to Wilson and Coffey where there was a very large selection of refrigerators . No high-pressure here, were allowed to look around choose what we liked. Every one was as clean as new ,all the bins and shelves were attached. Prices were extremely reasonable. After being asked politely if we were seniors they were offered a senior discount which was a free delivery. We were given a two hour time frame for delivery and by the time we emptied the old refrigerator the new one was delivered. We purchased a Whirlpool side by side with ice and,water on front. The price was $350. Checked online to determine that the new price would have been was $899. Couldn't ask for better service in the store and upon delivery. seriously guys. this has to be Stockton's BEST kept secret. While it's not in the best area...the deals are out. of. this. world. They sell factory return (i think) appliances (or they're just hot. lol JK!). They have refridgerators, freezers, stoves, ovens, washer and dryers adn some misc (i think i saw a small stainless steel wine cooler by GE for $100 once) and they are all cheap! cheap! cheap! im talking recent- to- new quality appliances for CHEAP On one visit my fiance saw a beautiful Jenn-Aire Stainless steel BBQ that we had *just* seen at Lowe's for $1000. It was $150. yes, $150. the reason it was there- the light cover on one of the light bulbs in the BBQ was cracked. score! They get shipments everyday and since our kitchen space is a weird size we had to keep checking back to see if they had the right sized fridge in. At one point I was literally calling everyday. They were so nice, actually checked for me, and weren't annoyed by my daily call. They finally got one in a nice white Maytag and it was $250. with tax and delivery in Stockton it came to $290. score, score, score and the cherry on top- the delivery guy called to let us know he was on his way- very polite. and its just him and his dolly. and poor guy, he had to take the doors off the fridge to get it into the kitchen but he did so with a big smile on his face and was sooooo polite. All of the merchandise is used, but they provide a 30 day warranty, which is worth me buying from them instead of craigslist. This review is in regards to the service dept/receptionist. My property management chose this place to fix a dishwasher and I had an appointment for 3pm-5pm, nobody showed up. So I called and they said the person who was supposed to come out had called in sick... Okay? So you had all day to call and let me know. Kinda silly. But good to know if you request service with them you might want to call and double check because they aren't too great at communicating. They rescheduled for the next day and showed up. I called an hour in just to make sure someone was still coming out and they receptionist was a little rude about me asking. But the guy they sent out was friendly and quick. read more

I have purchased several appliances from here and they have never let me down. I went in to purchase a side by side fridge with water/ice and it was delivered today. The guy that delivered it was really great and went above and beyond his delivery duties. I wanted to keep my old fridge since the only problem was it didn't make ice any more and he helped me empty it, remove all the magnets and moved it to my garage for me. He had to remove the front door to do this and he did it quickly and safely and replaced it. He placed the fridge in the garage and made sure the new fridge's water hose was hooked up correctly. This place has some great deals on appliances that I have bought for my investment properties. However, lately I have realized that this company is selling defective merchandise, bought by unsuspecting customers. The last two gas stoves that I bought were "red tagged" (not to be used) by PG&E due to the fact that they were leaking gas while the stove was not on. If you are buying a fridge or electrical appliance, then this is a great place, but if you are buying a gas appliance, then you may be in danger by shoddy workmanship. read more

I have a Kenmore Elite Dryer I got from them, maybe 10 to 12 years ago. Checking the serial number it was made in 2001. Its 2017 and it works fine except the auto dry quit a couple years ago. So I set it for 50 to 60 min and it works fine. I went on line looking for parts and you can buy them from Sears or much cheaper from the repair depot. I was thinking of replacing it but the new machines are unreliable and too expensive. Like a new Samsung, the warranty is only 12 months and they want a grand for it. The washers, "think of all the water you would save if you give us $1200." I would have to save a lake full of water to make up for the upfront cost. The last new dryer I bought I paid 250 bucks for it. HD wants more than that for the stupid pedestal the new dyers have to sit on. What a rip. CYA. read more

Pretty much got played here. Came in looking for a fridge, one of the workers seemed nice and helped me a lot. Had my eyes on a particular one and told her I'll come back. The fridge didn't have a price on it yet and she called I assumed was a friend or something. The fridge was about 300 which was perfect. She told me that you have to either buy it to hold it there for a day or put a holding deposit to hold it. So I told her I would come back with my wife's approval. I come back 1hr later she tells me that someone is holding it...but for free, this person "called in" to hold it. This lady held it for free which I was specifically told I had to pay. They did have good appliances compared to others used appliances in Stockton, but that lady ruined itfor me and they lost a customer due to customer service and not holding it for me. Yeah I missed out but still I was told I had to pay and put something down to hold it. In conclusion, Wilson and Coffey you have decent appliances but your service and shady-ness lost a customer. read more

Until recently my mom and I only used this shop to replace, and/or repair our appliances in our rentals. Unfortunatley, the owners of this shop have taken to taking advantage of the senior citizens in our community. My mom and I paid this shop to perform a service, which was not completed. They agreed to refund our money, yet when we went to accept refund, they refused to honor thier word. In fact they made an alternate agreement and promised my mom a new amount which she agreed upon and then in the end they refused to give her, her money back. SENIORS BEWARE!!! This company could have blown up my home!! Please beware. I bought a washer and dryer from this business, as I have bought numerous appliances from them in the past and have been pleased....but, I paid extra to have them delivered and hooked up. The guy came, hooked up the washer and dryer, leveled them. I was pleased. He said he couldnt turn the main gas knob on, due to their policies, but it was ready to go and just needed turned on. As soon as he left, i turned the gas on and it started whistleing. I called the company, the lady that answered said she would call him to come back, and she would call me right back. She called back and said he isnt going to come back because the hoses they provide are not gauranteed, but they would give me another used hose if I come into the store, and I would have to hook it up myself. So, I decided to pull the dryer out and check the connections and the hose. When I pulled the dryer out I noticed the gas hose was just laying there. It wasnt even connected to the dryer!! This could have blown up my house!! Had I turned the gas on and walked away, my gas would have been freely going into my garage due to this workers negligence. He put the sealant glue on the threads, but didnt screw the hose to the dryer. He scooted the dryer into place and leveled it and everyrhing. The worker told me it was ready to go, but he didnt even connect the gas hose!! So disapointed in this business. This is the first review I have ever done, but I feel like this company put my whole family in danger and they dont care. Please beware. read more
