just moved to Wilbraham recently and needed to find an auto repair shop…read more a friend suggested Ken's so in the last two months I've brought my wife's and my car there for oil changes, brake work and tire sensor issues. each time they serviced the cars they got the car in at the time they scheduled, they kept me aware of how the repair was going and performed the repairs in a very professional manner for a fair price. the most recent visit was for what I thought was a faulty tire sensor, turned out to just need to be reset. they spent the time to schedule, analyze and fix the problem at no cost to me. the guys that work there are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful including the owner who is usually there working around the shop. the shop is well run with a vey spacious, clean and comfortable waiting area. anyone looking for an experienced, quality and reasonably priced repair shop I highly suggest you schedule your next repair with this shop, I'm confident you will not be disappointed. A good friend of the family recommended here and I always knew of the place and drove past it a zillion times but never had thought they would service any of my vehicles. As for my experience I guess I am just indifferent. I knew going in it was not going to be a fix in first try and out type of deal. Car has had some issues in the past with the check engine light and all that jazz. First trip was a cool $300 and change for replacing a part and labor. Light came back on within 40 miles and brought it back for another 9.5 hour service. All was well and was told it was driven every where except the highway, needless to say took it on the highway and yup, light came back on. It went back in and we replaced the first part, at no cost, that was aftermarket to a new part and next thing I know my car passed emissions test. Haven't fully took it all in yet, we'll see if the light pops back on or not.

Cosmetically, this car looks fabulous, but I knew when I bought it a year ago for $3,500 (!) that I would have to put some $$ into it to keep it going until 300,000 miles. (That's always my goal with my Subarus). I want to give a HUGE shout out to Cory, the mechanic who made everything right for me. We came up with a pretty good list of items that needed attention during an oil change last week- so, this week Cory worked on it for 3 entire days, attending to the suspension, the radiator, the brakes, and the exhaust. I was most impressed with the list of "extras" that Cory was able to address at no charge, which immediately takes the "sting" out of the total $$ I invested in this fix-it. You are THE MAN Cory!! Whoohooooo!! I travel A LOT, and this summer will be adding 5,000 miles to the odometer. I feel confident that my Sube will not fail me after all the attention that Cory gave to it. Todd Luzi promised timely service and offered to put the truck on his lot for sale after the job was done. Little did I know! I dropped the truck off at Luzi's Auto Body in July and nothing was done to the truck for months. Todd Luzi kept making empty promises and excuses. 6 months later the work was still unfinished. I finally decided to take the truck off his lot and let another shop finish the job (at additional expense to me). Adding insult to injury, Luzi insisted on cash payment and refused to accept a check, even a certified check, for the partial work done. Don't waste your time and money at Luzi's.
