This Tire's Plus location has become my favorite place to go for reliable advice and service for my…read moretires. Today I stopped in for an oil change. James and his associate greeted me at the same time, which made us all giggle. During inspection James and the techs noticed some issues I wasn't really prepared to deal with. James didn't hesitate to take the time to address these concerns and make them manageable for me. These guys really went out of their way to keep my vehicle safe on the road. I've always received good service at this shop, but today was outstanding! This is what keeps people coming back... I'll see you guys in 5000 miles!

They als disconnected my battery and tried to tell me I needed a new one as my vehicle needed to be jump started at their shop even though we had no battery issues before or AFTER the tires were replace. They are liars and thieves and I do not trust them and will NEVER take my vehicles there again. Over priced and deceitful.

They CHARGED ME to fix leak, saying I could have drove over a nail. I didn't argue, but left Pissed off. why couldn't they just say "no problem, we appreciate ur business. No I will not be getting the work done at Walt's and I will not be using them in the future for anything. Pretty good racket.... 100 dollars for each estimate.... ! I asked for a printed copy of the estimate and billing for the estimate. I received a receipt for 105.93 but not the entire estimate. When I came home I tried to view the estimate on my text message and it would not let me view it. So I paid for an estimate that I cannot even look at.... !!!

They didn't tell me the price until after I would have left if they told me the price up front. 107$ !! For 2 tires mounted and balance 53.50$ a tire for mount and balance. The owner told me it was because I have a Tesla. That doesn't mean anything at all.
