He gave me an in-person quote of $200, which I confirmed twice, but the final bill came to $398. Suddenly, there were insurance fees I was never told about. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. Pricing transparency is completely lacking--get everything in writing. The job may be fine, but the way they handle cost is unacceptable.
