My son had croup a few months ago and I brought him in. The nurse needed to give him an oral steroid and she was getting super frustrated that a 1.5 year old wasn't cooperative with her. He's literally 1.5 and hates the doctor and doesn't understand what you're doing!! If she had an ounce of patience and took more than 10 seconds to try to give it to him, she would've seen that. Front desk people are never friendly on the phone. Called to figure out how to do medical records release and met with cold, unhelpful answers.
