I have been coming to this location for a few years now and my most recent experience was beyond incredible and is why I am leaving my review. I made the switch to contacts after having glasses for over ten years. Contacts forever scared me but I made the jump, got my eyes examined again by the DR on site. Picking up my contacts was smooth and Leslie was the biggest help when it came to doing a demo of trying my contacts on. She was kind, careful and mindful of everything she was guiding me on. I will go between contacts and glasses from day to day but I'm happy I'm confident wearing my contacts. This store offers a wide range of brands and many styles to pick from. All staff is super helpful and patient when you're selecting your next frames. Thank you kindly for always giving amazing service. read more

I recently just walked in, was checked in for an eye exam and out the door in 20minutes! They handled everything with my insurance quickly, the lady was energetic at the front desk and friendly. Told me the contacts would take 2 weeks but literally contacted the next day for pick up, great spot! read more

My fiancé is now waiting in the emergency room to get her eyes checked because of their negligence. They only care about getting a sale by any means. The owner Adam didn't take me seriously the first time I left a review and had it removed. Now I'm waiting to see if they caused any damage to her vision. They don't value customer service. Went from saying you need to buy a years supply of contacts to letting us buy one box and it was the wrong prescription. It wasn't for astigmatism and they work with the doctors Jodi next door. Don't trust them if you value your eyesight. I've been going here since 2010 and I'm not sure what changed recently, but they are desperate to get you to buy anything because the astigmatism contacts are much more expensive so they gave her a regular one. Deceptive business practices because that brand doesn't even make color contacts for astigmatism. Be careful read more

Complete Eye Care Center is a great eyeglass store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Adam and Anthony have excellent customer service and value their customers. Raul at the Inglewood store was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my eye exam right away. I didn't have to wait . The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have many different options and colors and with a wide range of frames and sunglasses . Including name brands and designers . The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I got black Ray Ban for my sunglasses and Dior black frames for my glasses. Both prescription glasses. The stores and waiting room were very clean and comfortable. I was able to get both my frames and new prescription sunglasses the same day. I drove a hour and half to go to their company because I trust their products and their company. I told my friends and family and will definitely return in the future. Very happy and satisfied with the customer service , my experience with the staff, and new frames and sunglasses. I came in with a unique request: I needed my prescription lenses fitted into a pair of oversized glasses that weren't exactly easy to work with. Most places would've told me it wasn't possible or given up when it got tricky--but not here. The process took a couple of weeks, but they kept me updated every step of the way and assured me they were doing everything they could to make it work. After struggling with Warby Parker and then Costco (Costco actually recommended CEC because I wanted bifocal sunglasses that were not polarized) I found my way to Complete Eye Care to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses. This place was fast. They were all friendly and super efficient. I went there thinking I was gonna spend at least 30 minutes to repair my glasses but she took it to the back and came back and told me that they usually don't repair it but they made an exception. I thought that they still had to repair it, but it was done within seconds. I asked her how much it was gonna cost and she basically said it's free because it only took a few seconds. I've been a customer of Complete Eye Care for at least 10 years and the service received today was super disappointing. Walked in this afternoon for an eye exam and hoping to purchase a couple of pairs of glasses. They were super busy, but that's not the problem. The issue I had was standing in line for 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment. Customer service is legit a lost art in 2023 (hard eye roll that I hope you can see and feel through my words). The simple act of saying "hello, we'll be right with you" would have been sufficient, but nope...not a word from anyone and I really don't even know was working vs who was waiting to be serviced as well. I'm legit writing this review as a note to the manager or owner to get their people together. It doesn't take much to greet and maybe even encourage a customer to look at/try on glasses while they wait. read more

This is a great place to find beautiful frames . It is in Hawthorne Blvd not far from freeway exit ramp if coming from LA and in right side corner . Parking in back . The employees are knowledgeable-- Griselda , Monica, Marsha, Raja , and another person who smiles a lot . I started with Monica and ended up with Griselda -- I had two friends needing eyewear and prescriptions were a bit heavy so Griselda took charge and advised the correct type of lens / frames for them . That's so important ! The location is clean and sparkly and I actually love the sunglasses which I hope to return and buy a pair . Stay far away from this place. I came in a year or so ago and they flat out told me they would only give me my eye exam if I promised to buy contacts from there. I was a surprised but I needed contacts so I obliged. Then they refused to give me a copy of my prescriptions. Flat out refused. I will be reporting them to the board of optometry as my new eye doctor told me legally eye doctors must give the patient a copy of their prescriptions after an eye exam. Dr. Clark was also super arrogant during the eye exam. There are so many better places in La. I was desperate bc I was almost out of contacts when I made my appointment here.
