Knocking out two birds with one stone, I was also fitted for a pair of glasses which will probably arrive in a week or so-so this was a great experience. The staff member refused to provide the prescription unless we purchased glasses directly from them. That is not only unethical, but also against federal law. Patients have the right to receive their prescription after an eye exam without being forced to buy glasses on-site. We only received the prescription after our daughter's pediatrician intervened, which should never be necessary. To make matters worse, we were charged $120 for what should have been a $60 exam. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We will be filing complaints with the FTC and BBB. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
