Charles called me within the hour and let me know that my Jeep needed a transmission. He sent me a picture of the transmission fluid and explained that he had discovered that the transmission fluid was a pink milky color; water had gotten into the transmission and ruined it. The Jeep was initially supposed to be out by 1/20/24 but, due to inclement weather and delivery issues with the transmission, it took a bit longer before I got my Jeep back. I picked up the Jeep as soon as Charles let me know that it was ready. I am happy to say that the Jeep is running like new again. Thank you Charles, for getting my Jeep on the road again. Also, thank you for deducting the extra amount that I spent for the rental, from my final repair bill. It sat for the next two years .. Finally raised enough money to get my tags and new plates..drove the car to the tax office and what happens..the tranny goes out..Im really freaking now..took it back and found out that the service advisor was ripping this place off...that didnt fix my problem..found that he forged false paperwork for my car and more than likely pocketed the money.... I came in with hell fire in my heart and my boots for kicking..but the owner was there..I told them how the hell can my trany break again just sitting there...now the warranty was expired...It never had been driven more that 25 miles before I was stuck again....they took a look and found the problem...speed sensor..easy fix. I also had leaking lines..both uper and lower trans lines..which i payed for them to fix before and they never did but said they did..bunch of b.s..also when they removed the trany i had a skid plate that was taken off and never replaced..there were so many other parts that were missing on my car that it was a wonder my car still held itself together....brackets screws and a lot of little things...they replaced motor mounts which was a needed thing but all the wire harnesses were replaced wrong and torn from the black wire cases...sloppy sloppy work..but this was done by an idiot two years ago....I had to replace the tranny lines myself because it wasnt done the first time I payed for it..so more money out of pocket.....and I wasnt about to let them work on my car ever again. If your looking for transmission service...well dont be me...go else where....I wasnt treaded any better by the owners...more like they didnt want me there...of course not...who wants someone there whos car they screwed up.... All repairs that were made were made by my hands...these guys may be nice in your face but...they'll stickcit too you when you turn your back....buyer beware.... The owners. The guys at A-1 test drove it and determined that the fluid was low due to a mistake made by the mechanic who replaced my radiator the week before. So they replaced the fluid at no charge.
