Charles called me within the hour and let me know that my Jeep needed a transmission. He sent me a picture of the transmission fluid and explained that he had discovered that the transmission fluid was a pink milky color; water had gotten into the transmission and ruined it. The Jeep was initially supposed to be out by 1/20/24 but, due to inclement weather and delivery issues with the transmission, it took a bit longer before I got my Jeep back. I picked up the Jeep as soon as Charles let me know that it was ready. I am happy to say that the Jeep is running like new again. Thank you Charles, for getting my Jeep on the road again. Also, thank you for deducting the extra amount that I spent for the rental, from my final repair bill. I have a 2015 Dodge Charger Road & Track RT & 2023 Dodge Challenger Skatpack last call. Chris the manager at store is a great man. I had the fluids changed on both cars. Great work. On my Charger they notice the bushings needed to be changed as well. I came back and changed all 6 control arms in the front of charger. I was so happy to get the arms changed. The charger new control arms makes the charger suspension just like new and than had the wheel alignment done lastly. I love this shop. Other shops missed the bushings issue on charger. They seen it and explained that this needed to be done since it was never been done ever. They do excellent work. Both my cars are great. Dont go anywhere else. This shop just stole all my future work.

I took the truck it turned off again after 2 miles. They came picked it up and repaired again. So the issue they fix wasn't even the issue it was something else. Munoz didn't had the courtesy to return my money even though he knows he fix something that wasn't broken. Told me it's gonna cost another $4000 in parts and $3000 in labor. At that point I got my truck towed and took it to another shop. They fixed the truck and it's working. Less then A $1000 repair. Don't recommend. He repairs the vehicles without even getting customer consent before repairing.
