What set them apart from other companies is that they fix hard drives IN HOUSE, meaning they do not ship it out elsewhere to get fixed. Larry was great to speak with, he's super knowledgeable and helped me understand the possible issues & how they'd go about repairing it. From speaking via email to meeting in person, he was very thorough and made me feel like my hard drive was in good hands. The repair took around 2 weeks (I wasn't in a rush to get it repaired, I told him it can be put on the back burner as long as it got done). This seemed a little fishy to me so I told them I would think about it and left with my items. Forward to a week later, I ordered a new fan from amazon, costed me $16 and VOILA!, problem fixed in about 40 minutes. Jim was awesome in explaining all the available options, while detailing their process. He frequently communicated updates on the recovery progress via email and by phone. When I followed up about a small portion of missing data from a specific time frame, he was able to go back into the phone's storage and locate the missing data that the DJI app had corrupted.
