I was able to come by and drop off my laptop for a diagnostic check. An hour later Ray was done and sent me a highly detailed Diagnostic report with findings, causes, and recommendations. My issue required a full motherboard replacement so we weren't able to proceed with any fixes. Regardless, I am grateful to the expertise and support Ray has given me for the laptop. If I have any other pc issues in the future, I would return to TechCare, they know what they're talking about!

I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.
