The staff are nice and helpful, they will immediately ask what you need and try to assist you the best way possibly. Every time I have stopped by, there is no other people so I can get whatever I need quick. The guys here are friendlier than other places. I took in my laptop and got an estimate and one of the guys even cleaned the fan, free of charge. I went back here for my hard drive because it crashed and Sean was super nice and great at explaining to me the process to fix it. I had some very important stuff on the hard drive and was told by the Apple Store that people usually start at $300 in order to repair it. Sean told me depending on what needs to be done and if they could get the information off it would start at $100. Long story short they fixed it and got ALL of my information off!! I was so grateful!! I was charged $200 because I had to buy a new hard drive from them (which I had the same one and got it for $75 at Target but it's fine). So I had a broken iphone 5c screen and I got it fixed from here. The phone was sort of back to normal because there were too many glitches with the screen but after a few weeks the screen went back to normal. A month later my phone cracked again because it slipped out of my pocket and the screen was completely useless. So I came back here to get my phone fixed. They fixed my phone and a day later my phone started to act up. My screen kept on glitching and the touch screen didnt even work. I had to have my phone fixed 3 times. I bought a macbook charger for 65$. The store employe told me that it was an original chargerWhen i started using it smelled like something was burning. After two weeks, It started to sparking, then caught in FIRE... I decided to go to the store, and they gave me another one. Same problem. After 3 weeks, it stared to sparking again, and my computer turned off. I tried to take off the charger from my mac, but the end of the charger broke and got stuck on my mac. I went back to the store, but they said that the warranty was expired. I don't know what to do. I happened to just stumble upon this place randomly a couple years ago and now I've been to them at least 3 times the last time might have been the 4th or more but each time I go, I feel taken care of and not taken advantage of like I feel when I go to other places. Their prices are so great and they take the time to explain what the issue is and what my BEST options are (not the ones that will cost me the most money). Lenny is the person I have dealt with the most and he definitely is always so willing to explain things to me and go the extra mile to make sure things are working properly. Although Computer Plus' employees can be a bit short, I am very impressed with the quality of work performed on my 2010 MacBook. Comp + replaced my logic board at reasonable cost + went beyond the call of duty by upgrading my OS system and replaced other lesser parts/components of my computer that were in need of replacing. They did so as a courtesy. These guys are A++ in my book and if I ever need work done again will not hesitate to go to them. read more

I recently purchased a customized PC from this store. I'm pretty satisfied with its quality. Unlike other computer store, they use high quality parts for their assembled PC. They use ASUS motherboard , Western Digital Black Edition HDD ( which is the best quality HDD in the market ) , Cooler Master Case and so on. This store cashed my deposit check $1,000 without job done. I request them to refund immediately and will watch what's going on. I gave the deposit check on 10/22/14 for the installation of Samsung DVR w/16 surveillance cameras which they were out of stock and told me they will order and let me know when arreived. They haven't call me until 10/28/14, when I visit their store and told me they have other brand in stock and never promised me the name brand Samsung, which is a lie. I do not want their service no more and request to refund my deposit immediately but they gona deduct the shipping charge of my order from the refund. I went in to Computer Plus with two simple problems: iTunes and iPhoto weren't working. They said it would take somewhere between $30 and $60 to fix. A couple days later, they told me they had to replace the entire hard drive and raised the price to $160 or $210 for different options. After deciding on the cheaper option since it came with more memory and that was more important to me than speed of the drive, they called again saying that they were having a lot of trouble with that option and couldn't save my files. I had come in to the store with a simple issue that was now blowing up into having to replace everything while losing my important documents. The worst thing about the experience was the extreme unprofessionalism. They blamed my father for not choosing the more expensive option because that would've been better when I had decided that was the best course of action for my laptop. Extremely unprofessional to point fingers, especially when you're pointing them in the wrong direction. After almost a week of arguing through the phone, I went to pick up the laptop so I could take it to the Apple store as I had wanted to in the first place (my mom had heard good things about Computer Plus so she had decided to take it there). The laptop at that point wouldn't even turn on when it was functioning completely fine when I had brought it in! The only things that wouldn't work were iTunes and iPhoto at first and now it wouldn't even turn on! The workers kept trying to convince me that that was the state I had brought it in and that they had done nothing to it. Unprofessional and lying. I took my Macbook Pro to the Apple store where they took great care of it and spent all day fixing it up free of charge. They even called me throughout the day to give me updates on how the repair was going. They apologized that I had to go through such a terrible experience even though it wasn't their fault! So much more professional and cost me nothing! I am never going to bring anything to the little booth that is Computer Plus again. If I could give them less than one star, I would. read more

Service sucks. I just go here because their prices are affordable but they're not too polite and I often have to linger around to get them to give me updates and for them to help me. They don't really keep me updated about my products. I have to continually call and ask. I guess Scott is the one who has most knowledge there but he usually isn't there. read more

I had called around because my Seagate external drive had a broken usb port and everyone wanted to sell me a new drive or charge min of $150 to transfer the data to another drive... Went to Computer Plus and the extremely helpful guys there fixed it in no time simply by replacing the defective casing. $22 later (the cost of the fabulous new casing) I was on my way. My custom build desktop had been having problems lately. I thought it was the motherboard, which I replaced myself. Once I did that, the computer wasn't booting properly. I took it to Computer Plus and they ran a free diagnostic and figured out it was actually my Power Supply (PSU), which I had considered previously, but didn't think was the issue. They called me within half an hour and showed me that the computer was booting perfectly on their PSU. They had a solid PSU handy for a reasonable price, installed it for me, and connected all the necessary elements so that I didn't have to fiddle around with it myself. Total turn around time was about an hour and a half. The staff were professional and helpful, and the pricing was really good considering they did the install and connections for me basically for free. It was a really good experience and I'd recommend it (at least for PC repair). read more
