Despite that significant extra work, they invoiced me only for the original quoted amount. I'm happy with the results but also the professionalism. I wasn't sure where to look, and out of the blue, I decided to do some googling and came across this country with, needless to say, a very appealing name! After looking into it, I saw a couple of fantastic things that were green flags immediately: 1. The reviews were glowing (and here's another one - and I never write anything). People seemed to love the company's mission, and I even read that the founder (more in a sec!) created the company just for that reason: he didn't feel people should pay an outrageous amount of money to get their data back. 2. Brian himself. What a guy. He was active on a bunch of forums, and you could tell he put together a small, dedicated team who really valued that people trusted them with their services. And Brian and his team saw me through a bunch of the chaos, answering a bunch of my questions, putting me at ease, and then - through the wonders of the US postal service - procured all of my data again.
