Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

The cost was $150, and I'm not sure if it's a fair price compared to other cell repair places, but i prefer small businesses over someone like Best Buy Geek Squad. It didn't take long for the transfer, and he was able to get everything. Everything! Very happy about that. So money well spent in my opinion. Smart Cell Repair is the first place I think of for taking my electronics in. 5/5 stars

I was charged $50 upfront to "calibrate" the camera and was told there was only a 50/50 chance it would work. Unfortunately, when I came back, I was told the calibration didn't fix the problem and that it was actually the motherboard. Then said I would have to leave the phone for another 7 days, but even then he couldn't guarantee it would be repaired. I understand that electronics can be difficult to diagnose, but I don't think it's fair to charge customers upfront when there's no clear diagnosis or confidence that the repair can be completed. I ended up paying $50 without my daughter's phone being fixed and without a definite solution. I wish the expectations had been clearer from the beginning so I could have decided whether it was worth moving forward. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't return.

Fabulous Service, excellent care of my laptop and all its acquired quirks. Like a good doctor, the owner and technicians leave no stone unturned for diagnosis, cleaning and repair. I sure put them to the test and found they do ALL THEY CAN --- I have brought in a few challenging laptops, first my own then my children's which the kids had ruined. Computer Runner resurrected the laptops from the near dead at a very reasonable price with a diagnostic clearing and much more. They also offered me many affordable options from within their stock of seconds if I was not interested in keeping my dinosaur... offered to install all the same operating systems and transfer all data from hard drive - The technicians seem to magically "undo' and "restore" so much damage and crud inside that builds up over the years. I am so impressed with the high level of care that the owner Sam provides. He is very attentive and truly dedicated to making the customer happy with price AND service in a very timely manner.... then he spent endless time with me to make sure I understand what is needed what they found and the next steps plus the estimate... much appreciated, wish my medical doctors would do the same! Later, I brought in two more laptops after that and had them "tuned up" which was a real improvement way beyond my expectations. The owner is the BEST at calling to follow up, to inform, to check in with me and to make sure I am getting what I want, then I end up getting even better than expected. THANK YOU for your fabulous service, wonderful deals and performance restoration. He also offered to tune the laptops again in a year, a good idea... he runs specials and they are very reasonable and well worth it. This place is the shit! How lucky am i that i found this place other than all the other rip off computer stores! Anyways i was having serious issues with my laptop. Called a couple of places that wanted to charge for the diagnosing the issue and i found this place which didnt charge so i took it in. Anyways i got a call an hour later to my demise, informing me i had a virus and some other issues. At this point I didnt care what it cost and just asked them to fix it and i will pay whatever it cost. About 2 hours later i got a call that i could come pick my baby up and i was expecting to be paying at least 150-200$.. They charged me 50$$$ i know for a fact they would have charged me an arm and a leg at the other places because i checked out all of the service fees. It's been about a month since they have fixed my baby and my laptop is running better than ever! If your doubting this place at all, dont! super cool and down to earth they made me feel really comfortable and definitely seemed like they were a bunch of computer technolog masterminds. I had a problem with my lap top; it just died and on Friday 10-30-15 I took my lap tap to Computer Runner. First Sam made me feel like he cared about my dilemma. He gave great personal attention, and that made me feel like I could really trust him. He explained things clearly and listed to my concerns, something rare in this type of business. Two was how quick the service was, he fixed my lap top in ONE DAY. That was amazing! I've taken other lap tops to others places and it's taken weeks before I got it back. Almost 6 months ago my Fujitsu laptop kept turning off again and again . Every time I turned it on after a while in the middle of my work it died, It was driving me crazy for a whole day. I was so desperate. I needed my laptop to get my translation project done. I was short in time and tight on budget. Then a friend of mine Brad gave Computerrunner's phone. I called them and scheduled to bring in my laptop for diagnose. I brought in my laptop the next morning and the manager called me back in an hour and gave me the estimate and explained the motherboard issue on my laptop. If you want expert service and free advice about the repair of your computer, this is where you come. I tried 6-7 other places in the area and received unacceptable quote prices and repair time. Sam and Scott are courteous and will take time with you to explain what needs to be done. The gave me the most fair and reasonable quote by far than any of the other repair shops I visited. They delivered my laptop on time and in good as new condition. They saved me so much time and grief. I wish I knew about them first. That is why I am writing this, so it can save you time and grief. Hi I had to upgrade my power supply on my desktop. After replacing the power supply the computer would not turn on. this was around 5.30 pm. I called couple of repair shop. could not get anything done. I found Computer Runner called them. They were extremely polite and indicated that if I can be there before 6.30 they would take a look at it. The diagnosis was going to be free. I was only 2 miles from them so took my computer to see what was wrong. it did not take them 5 minutes. to fix the problem. Incredible service and price. The screen on my laptop were broken and the computer was unable to close. I called several computer repair shops and was disappointed in the price and repair turn around time. I don't usually write reviews, but I needed to create an account to give one here. The guys at computer runner were incredibly helpful, friendly, expeditious, and fair. I have a relatively expensive tower computer I built. I took it in and it turned out the power supply shorted, which also fried my graphics card. They were able to trouble shoot this problem very quickly, while simultaneously providing excellent advice on how to handle the RMA process with the component suppliers. You won't find a better, more reliable computer repair shop! Sam is honest and straight-forward. He and his technicians are first-class. Well, I pick it up and you really do not see anyone to talk about the issues when you drop it off or pick it up. That's strike one. Secondly, I pick it up and get home it still shutting off. Strike 2. Now the main issue, if you do a full diagnoses they should have known it was the GPU. Because it lags with game play. I tell them that and then they act like we did what you wanted and the motherboard needs replacement. First, they should have diagnosed it, and saying that before we even proceeded forward. This was one of the worse experiences I have had with any company. I should have had my brother tell me, as he is an IT. He would have known right away when it shuts off that is internal. But I wanted to give him a break because he does it all day. So, I had to pay about 3 hundred for easy labor or diagnoses. But they just updated the GPU driver and cleaned it. But yet didn't notice that it was useless. Now I am stuck with a razer laptop that is basically useless and I paid 800 bucks for an LCD screen new battery and diagnoses. If they would have done their job with the diagnoses I would have paid just like a 99 for diagnoses, which would have been fine. Oh and get this they wanted to sell me a new battery adapter for 180 bucks. I mean I would stay clear from this company. You cannot even speak to someone face to face. Then they tried selling me stuff I didn't need. Worse experience ever, and I will be putting in a claim with my cc company asap.
