They continue to schedule deliveries even when you tell them that the date doesn't work for you. The managers Ari and Shawn need major training in how to communicate with customers and follow through with promises. Best Buy's customer service department over the phone is incompetent and do not listen to anything that you say and you will be bounced around over and over again. The advice was to return the HP printer; and, exchange it for a Brother printer. I am extremely pleased that I followed the advice given by NMPCMD!!
