I requested to cancel the service because I received a flat amount of $150 And I requested to come by to pick up the laptop. I haven't get my computer diagnostic or any file or document show diagnostic on my computer I haven't got any paperwork. I still haven't received my $49 deposit back None of their numbers answer my calls They try to get away from here without give the deposit back. They totally scammers.
