But their website says "you get...friendly, knowledgeable service...no matter who you are and no matter what your needs, all you have to do is pick up the phone and your problem is as good as solved, your questions are good as answered". False advertising!!! Glad he saved me the trouble of wasting my time and money with this jerk! For the record, I was prevented from using your technical services because you or your employee rudely hung up on me. However, I did experience your terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE and saw your true colors. Do you even have any employees or was it you who hung up on me? For the record, nine years in business does not correlate to good service. It means a lot of one-time customers keeping you afloat. Most of those 9 years were also before Yelp took off and became popular thereby exposing your true colors. I needed help setting up my new windows 8 computer and networking 4 devices to the same printer. Cliff came out and quickly got my new machine up and running and set up my laptop, netbook and desktop to work with the wireless printer. He also cleaned up my laptop which was painfully slow by figuring out the conflicting software causing all the problems. And the best thing was that he explained what he was doing and why in plain English so I could understand! I will not hesitate for a second about calling Computer Troubleshooters in the future if the need arises, or more likely when the need arises. I've used Computer Troubleshooters of Tysons for years, now, and each time I have received prompt, courteous, and professional service. Most recently, I needed to replace my old computer running Windows XP with a new one running Windows 7. Clint set me up with a new system, transferred the necessary data files, reconfigured the printers, and did other stuff, and he stayed with it until it was working right. Although I could have attempted to do this myself, by now I would have pulled out what little hair I had left, and the system still wouldn't be working right! Great job. Excellent service and technical ability. Highly recommend. Technician was able to remotely access our network, fix problems, debug and secure our system and client files. I had an emergency situation of a dead hard drive, while we had a family health emergency. A technician came to my house, took the computer, put in a new drive, and returned it the next day. Best Buy was going to charge more than that. Therefore I am very pleased. read more

I have been canceled on twice by this guy. During the initial phone consultation, he said he would come, and then he canceled. Both of these times were very important work issues that needed to be implemented asap. So I ended up hiring another firm which was prompt, efficient, and got the job done.
