I came here for lunch one day (I think I had the roast beef wrap); I also had their donuts and coffee. The donuts and coffee were excellent. They have a lot of other yummy things which you should probably eat only once every 3-4 months. Cookies... Super friendly people here. Their other lunch options looked very tasty as well. read more

I'm not prone to hyperbole, and I've eaten at many of the best donut places in the world (Randy's in LA, Firecakes in Chicago, Avon in Pontiac, various patisseries in Europe), but these are the best donuts I've ever had. I'd never been to Muncie before. Fate put it about 300 yards from our hotel, and I thought I'd just grab a dozen donuts from a solid-looking local bakery for our visit. My daughter was the first to bite into one and quickly said in a faraway voice, "This is the best donut I've ever had". I thought she was exaggerating until I bit into an old fashioned sour cream and my brain exploded. No hyperbole. My brain EXPLODED. I'm giving this place 5 stars only because they won't let me give it a thousand. read more

This is my favorite of the two Concannon's locations. This one has the cafe which is A+++! The donuts are great! The food is even better! Each day they have a soup special. I love all of their soups! I really enjoy their grilled cheese too! It can kind of be confusing in the cafe area. It's hard to tell if they have people who clean the tables or not. We just always clean our own mess up. It is also a little pricey, but it's delicious. As far as we are concerned you get what you pay for! read more

Absolutely fantastic donuts! In the top three of all time! The staff member we got was awful, she was rude and mad and not even trying to be nice. She made us feel like we were being a real bother trying to order a dozen donuts. Normally I'd have taken about two or three stars off for her being such a witch but the donuts were that amazing to make up for the service. To be fair I went back to the counter for something else and I got a different person and she was lovely and helpful! read more

This is only getting two stars because the people are amazing and so welcoming! Aside from that! This place is all dazzle and no Quality! The food tastes HORRIBLE! I'm not just talking the donuts, I'm talking the drinks, the salads, and the candy! The candy tastes nasty! It almost has a buttery oily taste! chocolate is not supposed to taste like that! Stopped in around 11am and they had a lot of options. However, some of the staff was rude and I felt very rushed. Every 20 seconds someone was asking to take my order and I was clearly not ready. Would also like it better if they labeled the donuts - this would have helped me know what to order quicker so I wasn't getting hounded constantly. read more

I was back in Muncie for a quick visit just before Christmas. Had to stop in and load up on doughnuts, a cherry pie, and some rolls. First excellent assortment of doughnuts. They had a good chocolate cake doughnut. Very moist. Also ate the red velvet doughnut while my kids devoured cream filled and frosted ones. The cherry pie is second only to my own and was fantastic and a lot less effort. The crust was excellent as were the cherries in the filling. I hadn't had a pie before and glad I bought one. The rolls were a surprise as well very light but excellent crust. Mostly a grab and go bakery while this location offers a cafe with food items available too. read more

And I definitely do not recommend anyone coming here for meals. Even though the meals when they are properly repaired are pretty good it is completely offsetted by the horrible service provided.

We love love love their doughnuts. Of course we have gone to Concannon's for years, and we also get our cakes and pies here for special occasions and even our wedding cake was made here. Their cookies and popcorn are also worth mentioning. I haven't tried any of their breads or the cafe, but I can tell from how their sweet baked items are that anything from here is probably wonderful! I recommend it to anyone in the area. read more

You can find caffeine in many forms here: lattes, cold brew ... whatever else. My mind is blanking on all of the other coffee drinks, because I just ordered a cup of the house blend to go (black). It was just the thing that I needed. I drink my coffee very slowly, so it's important that my coffee taste good as it makes its way from piping hot to lukewarm. The black coffee at The Caffeinery tastes good in all temperatures! What a relief. Sometimes, coffee will taste more bitter as it gets cold, but that's not the case with this coffee. It was good from start to finish. There's a little play space for kids here, which I love to see. I wasn't visiting with my children, but when I was a young mom, I was always on the lookout for restaurants and cafes with nooks for kids. That's really cool that The Caffeinery has a play area for children here. Parking is on the street, and I had no probably finding a free parking space.

Stopped by here and this place has the most random donuts. Can't even just get a basic maple bar or…read moreglazed donut. I'm not trying to be rude either but the woman couldn't even speak English properly so I ended up paying a few bucks for a "pour it myself" Cold Brew Coffee......which NOPE, it was 100% hot coffee because they literally don't sell cold brew. Sure I could have gone back to the counter for my refund, but then I would've been running late. Nice place and staff was polite, but just seemed like such an easy thing to ask for and she couldn't understand "Cold Brew Coffeee"
