This urgent care is worst of the worst!Especially doctor Sunday, she is lacking of professional and experience and doesn't know how to treat her patients, my knee was tears because of kneecaps popping out and back in place for several times due to excessive walking and joints, so this injury needs special therapy and resting by reducing knee joints activity. They give you minimum 15 minutes for over an hour drive and when you need to contact them, give yourself over one hour of free time and when you get a hold of them, good luck getting anything resolved. This place is absolutely absurd, I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes as the employees walked in circles having conversations about their weekends, once people finally started to get called into the back I patiently waited my turn although as I was waiting I noticed people who had come in much after me were getting called in so I went to speak with the worker and she was very rude and hadn't even begun putting my information into the system and said once I do this you'll get a text and have to fill in more paper work. Again it had been 90 minutes of her doing absolutely nothing and now she's telling me I have more to do apart from the paperwork I filled in at the beginning. I needed to go here for a pre-employment physical and a TB test. I called their line on a Tuesday, to confirm that they do walk-ins and the guy told me "we're really busy right now, I'll schedule you an appointment for Thursday." Okay, sure. I asked him if I'd get my TB results by Friday because I needed to turn in records by then, and he said "yeah totally!". I go to my appointment on Thursday, and they didn't even have an appointment for me at all. I have no idea who I spoke to on the phone. So, I waited another 50 minutes to get seen as a "walk-in" even though it wasn't busy at all. Then, the medical assistant was extremely rude. He first tells me that I need to come back Saturday for my results. When I explained to him on the phone about what the mystery receptionist guy had told me about TB results being in by Friday, and he snaps "Well you waited too long. We're always busy, and you should have just waited in line like everyone else." He was quite abrasive in general, clearly fed up with *something*. I understand that TB tests take a few days, but I don't really understand why he was so angry at me, and why this phone receptionist was so useless. My best guess is that US HealthWorks' poor reputation needed rebranding with the same questionable level of care. I was sent here against my wishes for care due to a work related injury. I had the great misfortune of being assigned to Lorraine Sunday MD who tried to send me back to work 3 days after a neck and back injury! The next clinician I saw even said "I can't believe she tried to send you back so soon." Now as a health care professional myself, I know how these people get compensated--The sooner they send you back the better. It is absolutely unethical, immoral and against the very oath of "do no harm." Luckily, my employer actually cares about me so they allowed me to be seen by another doctor and they want me to return when I am 100% better which I am so very grateful for. I feel like if you have urgent care needs, it's probably fine. I really liked the chiropractor who I was assigned to and the PA. But BEWARE of worker's comp cases. I am literally the only person waiting for urgent care. First in line. I've been here for 35 minutes. After explaining my excruciating pain in my hand (the reason for my visit) that I wouldn't be able to fill out the paper work, the receptionist said I must fill out the forms manually or go somewhere else. Ouch. My hand is throbbing, sitting here waiting for the receptionist. Zero stars for respect for the patient, zero for customer service, zero for compassion. This clinic should be closed down. I called and made the next available appointment for a new employer physical. Arrived 15 mins prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork. After waiting for 30 mins I walked back to reception asking what was taking so long. Found out that I was not put in the cue and have to wait about an hour! Not my fault I was not inputted in the cue timely! I had an appointment! I was put in the same waiting area as people who were waiting for urgent care and sick!! Lobby had too many people for the social distance policy and no where to sit outside! This would be the only place I could be exposed to COVID. I have been at home or keeping more than 6 feet with a mask on at all times. A healthcare clinic can't keep safety measures in place, no wonder we are again back in the purple tier. read more

This place seriously needs to be shut down! I came here with bronchitis. I had Anthem Blue Cross PPO at the time. I gave them the insurance card and filled out the forms. An hour later, after the lazy, entitled chick at the front took her sweet time talking with her co-workers, she called me up saying that because it was now after 7, I had to pay $50 because they could not verify my insurance because the call center was closed. Ok fine, I just needed the prescription ASAP to get meds! Two hours later, I basically told the doctor I had bronchitis, and he took my word for it (which was shady enough, but eh). Why did I wait two hours? No apparent reason. It is not like the ER where ambulances are bringing people in the back, or people sicker than you are being treated. THERE IS NO ONE BACK THERE. They just make you wait because they're showing each other pictures of their ugly children, or because they have zero incentive to actually make an effort in this cushy job. Then I see that they immediately filed a claim with my insurance company, who I later called to see if I was supposed to have paid a copay. NOPE. They cashed my check and the money was never seen again. When I tried to call them back to get my $50 they dodged me. I WANT MY $50 BACK. read more

I don't understand the bad reviews. I transferred from Urgent Care here since I was told from friends of the good service. I have been more than satisfied with the care here. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the length of time I spent here on my first visit. I spent over 3 hours, so that really sucked. Like I mentioned, I transferred to this location while dealing with a work-related injury and they have been much better in assisting me. The gave me a heating pad, a massaging stick, and set me up with chiropractic visits. And my 2nd visit was quite fast with an actual appointment. My first visit I did not have an appointment, which factor into the delay along with a high amount of patients needing more immediate attention. I kept calling multiple times and no one would answer to see their business hours. I then went online and it stated they were open until 6 pm. After seeing that I immediately drove down to get a drug test done for my employer. As soon as I arrived I noticed the front desk receptionist the rest of the staff are gathered around acting unprofessional. The front desk receptionist then tells me they stop taking their last walk in at 4 pm and they close in 15 minutes. She immediately sends me elsewhere while all the staff are still being negligent. I'm not easily pleased with medical providers, so it means something for me to say I Love getting treatment here. Doctors Sunday and Casey are excellent and great bedside manner (so important when you're injured at work and anxious about the whole experience.) Everyone in the Jay, Bonnie and Armin... actually all the physical therapy and acupuncture providers are so friendly and witty (wish I knew all their names) each treatment I get takes at least 45 minutes and they make it easy to pass the time - I was treated by Armin and Jay - they took great care of me :) Nancy at the front desk is so busy, but she is still friendly and fast. WHAT A JOKE! How does this place even have 2 stars? It should have NEGATIVE 5!!! Had a 10 am appointment. Nurse took my vitals at 10:45. Dr popped his head in at 10:48 just to say hello and that he would "be right back." Really?! Do you think that is going to pacify me? GET A CLUE! Forget about HIPAA! There is ZERO PATIENT PRIVACY with their cheap, paper thin walls! While I was slowly dying, waiting for the Dr to see me, I heard the nurse tell the dude in the room next to me to strip down completely but keep his underwear on. -_- The Dr finally comes back after 11 (for my 10 am appointment!) and wants to chop it up with me about what my company does. Shut up! I explained I've got tendinitis in both my arms from typing. He asks me some routine questions and does some basic stress tests then asks me to get an x-ray!? SERIOUSLY?? Its tissue related!! A bullshit procedure to bill to my Workers Comp insurance! Also, I don't want to expose my body to unnecessary x-rays! NO! He tells me he's going to come right back with the arm straps and Rx. I am waiting in the room AGAIN.... The nurse comes by and asks me what I'm waiting for. That's when I've just had it. I ask how much longer its going to be because I really need to get to work. She tells me they are sooooo busy. Yes. I understand that but WTF does an appointment mean?! I had a 10 am appointment and wasn't even seen until AFTER 11! Another nurse wants to waste more of my time telling me to sit back down so he can show me how to put the velcro arm straps on. Seriously? They're velcro. If I cant figure out how to put them on, I've got way bigger problems than tendinitis! I've previously used this type of arm strap so I just say "I know how to put them on. I've had them before" Then he picks up a wrist sleeve and asks me if I've had one of them before too. SERIOUSLY!? Its a fuckin sleeve! Who the hell can't figure out how to put that on? I go to the front and a woman I believe is the office manager is trying to "calm me down" but I'm just so irritated at that point. APPOINTMENTS ARE APPOINTMENTS! I HAVE A JOB! TIME IS MONEY!! She wants to schedule the follow up appointment. I ask her what exactly does an appointment mean because I waited over an hour to be seen today. I hate to leave a negative review on a medical facility because I am a medical employee myself.. but man, is this place something else. I was here for 3-4 hours for a physical exam. They lost my paperwork, were unable to draw my blood, bruised me terribly, and were so unorganized it hurts to watch. Everyone is either extremely rushed, confused, or has a bad attitude and definitely is not on the same page. I had to speak up several times to get things done and it was very unprofessional. Does this place have management? If so, please revise. I recommend more staff, more training, more organization and better management - Will not return. read more

This branch was amazing. Went in around lunch time, waited 5-10 minutes in the waiting room, was seen and taken care of and out the door 15 minutes later. Great job! Below is my review for the branch off Warner, which I mistankly went to before this branch. (For Warner location): No sense of urgency. Went to a different location and had no issues. Went in for urine drug test for pre employment and my samples temp was too cold (the nurse was taking her time and having me wash my hands and gather my stuff before she even looked at the sample). They said I couldn't leave until I could pee again which meant drinking lots of water sitting in a chair until that could happen which after 45 minutes wasn't (at new location said it could take up to 3 hours which I had not planned for). 2 hours later and another liter of water, went to New location and had no issues whatsoever. read more

THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR AND WORKER'S COMP CLINIC EVER! DON'T GO HERE!!! I got injured at work and went to US Health Works to get treatment. On my first visit the two guys James and Jose that work the front desk made me wait for almost 5 hours. Why? Because they kept claiming that my insurance provider hadn't sent them the paperwork needed to be treated. When I called my insurance provider they said they sent it to them with in the first hour. When Jose went to check the pile of faxes, mine was shuffled in the bottom. I never received an apology or anything. I was fuming and I should have found a different doctor that day. The front staff that work at US Health Works are HORRIBLE. I seriously wonder how they live in real life. They have an attitude over everything. When you ask them a question they always seem clueless. They took over 4 weeks to send all of my paper work to my insurance provider and when ever I tried to follow up with them I received more attitude and I was brushed off with " oh I'll call you back" which they never did. When I complained about the front staff to the physician assistant, the man told me "oh the front staff deals with a lot of angry patients so they are just stressed" REALLY? I wonder why? If they don't like their jobs then don't work there. And I can't believe that was the only excuse they could give me. PATHETIC! AND FOR THE FINAL HURAH....... I expressed my concerns with Dr. Richard Oswald and he started to scream at me and tell me that I was being ridiculous and that his clinic is being run just fine. THis fat, ugly doctor, was the color of a tomato and was spiting while contining to yell saying that I was making things up and that I am the first person to complain to him. He then pulled Jose, the front desk guy, into the room to yell at me and prove his point that the front staff have not done anything wrong. He then told me if I don't like the services provided to go somewhere else. HAHAHA You bet! That is exactly what I did! When asking for my medical records they tried to tell me they couldn't give me them for 10 business days and that I would have to pay $15 per xray. They also told me that it would take 10 days for the doctor to fill our the one page of my disability form. This place is a joke and a nightmare. Never coming here again. After paying my copay, I'm getting harassed by their corporate to pay $10 when I've already paid the copay 3 MONTHS AGO. I showed up at 8:00am though so I cannot say what it would be like at any other hour. I really enjoy the fact that they have you fill out about 90% of the forms online before showing up. I had to pay 50$ after asking 3 times to that my insurance will cover this--Only to find out after calling my insurance company that there should be no out of pocket cost other than 10% if the bill. I haven't received my bill yet so they charged me 50$ copay and said it was the "bill" even after verifying my insurance. Do your job right. If i hadn't verified with my insurance after treatment. they can get away with charging patients for something they should not be charged for. Moreover i am sketched out by the fact they charged me more than i went in for. I went in for a prescription and was told to take several tests of which i asked if ill get charged which they replied no (which i am sure i will anyways) before i can get the prescription. I understand you have to test before you can prescribe meds but I'm asking for antibiotics for something i get frequently... Will i abuse them? We visited this location on 5/4 after my sister fell at work and broke her toe. The staff was very friendly and while the wait was long it wasn't ridiculous. They recommend she travel to Concentra in Long Beach to see a specialist and that's were the drama started. Upon arrival to LB the staff claimed we didn't have a scheduled appointment even though Irvine Concentra gave us a printed sheet w appointment time and dr info. there two agencies need to learn to communicate!! This place is the worst for workers comp, I've been going in here for the past month for a recent work injury that happened at the hospital I work for. First of, let me just tell you that this place have no regards to your appointment time. You make an appointment, and you still have to wait about 40-1 hr to see the doctor, NP, or PA. Secondly, I was told by the NP that someone will email my work restriction paper. When I called them to get a follow up, they seem to have an amnesia about it, and say they don't do email? Okay, so why say you guys email then? Next- I haven't heard from my pharmacy about a refill of my medication. Normally, I hear from the pharmacy about refills of my medication right away, but I'm not sure if they event sent it out. God knows what happened! Now, now- I'm also a health care employee, but this has got to be one of the worst urgent care I've been, as a working RN, I too have seen the worst of the system, but this is beyond worst. read more

They add charges to your bill! Apparently there is a $67 new patient fee for urgent care. Three months after my visit I'm getting a bill for something I wasn't told about, isn't mentioned on their website and not mentioned or charged when I checked in at reception. I paid my copay, that should be it! This place is a scam! They said the new patient fee is standard, and if that's true why aren't they up front about it?! This is where my work goes for our Random Drug Testing and Physicals. Service depends on how busy they are... sometimes I can complete my physical in less than an hour, other times way longer than an hour. They try to get people in and out as fast as possible, so I can't complain. As far as the nurses and doctors go, they are professional and get the job done. It's a health care center, nothing I can get too excited about. Can't really say I enjoy peeing in a cup, so I'm going to hold off giving this place 5 stars. This place is A-Ok. read more

I have been seeing Armen at the Colton medical facility for some time now. He has helped me so so much on both of my repaired shoulders. I've had bone spurs repaired on both shoulders. He is the absolute best Acupuncturest around. Remember, you must have an open mind and want to be healed having this type of treatment. I also have physical therapy as well. That can be hard. I came in for a drug/TB test and don't mind the wait. The restroom was clogged with an overabundant of paper; I told the front office staff and she said she knew. No sign was posted on the door as it is when I entered. This is the worse healthcare place I've encountered in terms of follow-up. I wish the doctor would take care of the patient quickly instead of asking the other staff to do follow-up. As it is, what should have been done in 1 wk have been 6 weeks late, now already - had contacted them at least 4 times. I wouldn't give this place any stars. My daughter went here for a UTI. She sat in the waiting room for 3 hours and then sat n the examine room for another 2. They should have done a urine test ahead of the doctor seeing her but no they waited till after and made her wait even longer.
