Long wait for just an X-ray!! Ridiculous! You can't tell me that every person that walked in this clinic had an X-ray ordered.

If you go here just be prepared to be told a 2hr wait no matter what. Some hate their job and you can tell but if you want a quality Dr ask to see Dr Dee. She is the best Dr they have on staff. I only see her when I have to go here. She takes her time with patients and covers all bases and actually cares about patients. She is a very high quality Dr and I wish she had her own practice because she would be my primary for sure. Give this Dr a raise PLEASE!!!!!!!!! read more

Probably one of the nastiest ladies works the front. She gives snide answers and doesn't explain about the wait. When you ask a question she's even nastier. I let her know that maybe she could be nicer to people coming in, she works the front and if she can't be nice maybe she shouldn't. I would use this place again if my life depended on it. Concentra (Gibson) provided amazing care and exceeded my expectations. I arrived shortly after speaking to my employer and the Ms Franklin promptly greeted me. She was transparent about the provider breaking for lunch and offered an estimated wait time or to come back when they return. I opted to wait and fill out paperwork. She was proactive in getting me prepared for my appointment and collecting my previous medical records. After I was taken back, the medical assistant took my vitals. She was prompt, polite and gentle. Then, PA-C, Conrad Ferrer, thoroughly evaluated my injury and addressed all of my concerns. I never felt rushed or dismissed and my ailment was documented so I could return to work with accommodation, in a timely matter. This place sucks. Only came here for a physical for work. They dont take appointments. Took.....2.......hours....before i saw a doctor. When i would make a comment to the MA who was doing vitals etc, she would ignore me. Then she did the vision test and i told her that my vision was a little blurry because with the rise and fall of your blood sugars, that is a side effect. She said "yea because your vision is kinda bad." Girl...seriously? That type of talk is unacceptable. Totally unprofessional. Had to come here for a worker comp injury and been dealing with Dr. Hancock at the Gibson Rd location in Henderson. She is very nice and quick with her visits. Every time I come here for a follow up the staff is very friendly. The wait isn't too long and the waiting room is very clean. I also go to the occupational therapy location at 2200 S Rancho Las Vegas. The therapist Adrienne is very nice at that location. read more

Let me first make this clear I went here on a workers comp case I had blood splattered on me at work into my eyes mouth etc. so I went here only because I was told by work this is the only place to go I got blood work and was told to come back in a week for results . So a week later I went back and they told me sorry we forgot to run them please come back next week . When you're worried about diseases and etc due to blood a week is a big deal !! Worst urgent care in NV. I'm guessing you are only going to this place for occupational health as that's all they do. If you walk in with an actual concern they will redirect you to Henderson Hospital. Assuming you are actually there for occupational health don't expect to be seen. They will tell you to come back. When you come back they will act annoyed you actually came back and say to come back again. This will go on until you give in and say "no". Obviously this review is worthless because all of their bills are paid by employers and they have no shortage of them sending people over here just to be yanked around. Don't waste your time, go to an actual medical facility for all of your medical, trauma, or occupational needs. read more

I went to Concentra after getting hurt at work. Because of their misinformation it cost me an extra surgery which caused nerve damage, 10 days in the hospital as well as losing 3 1/2 weeks of recovery from my injuries. I had broken my ankle & they told me to go to ANY ER. They couldn't help me. At the follow up 4 days later I was told to go to UMC which I did but it was already to late to get the surgery on my ankle. If they had told me that from the beginning I would already be walking. At that appointment this young man put a boot on me and told me to walk on it!!!!! I would recommend never to use them! read more

Long wait times.. I been waiting for more than 2 hours to be seen for a simple drug test. For some reason they keep seeing patients first who got here way later than I did. That's just insane , it's not fair that I have been waiting way longer than everyone else. I will never be coming back here. I do not recommend unless you plan on spending your whole day in the waiting room. The lady in the front with glasses was no help at all. I believe her name is cat. She just kept telling to be patient and wait and did not tell me why all these other patients are getting seen faster over me. Horrible customer service. At least give me a reason on why I'm having to wait for 2 whole freaking hours. This place is a total scam! Went there for a workman's comp issue. After two weeks I was fine and Dr Melinda Dy Do refused to release me back to work. Stating that I had a fracture in my foot, when after 2 xrays, no fractures were found. Now she is calling my work and telling them I have a broken foot and I should not be able to work. I can walk just fine and have zero fractures or breaks. This is a total abuse of medical power. Which has made me unable to provide for my family. Please at all costs avoid Dr Melinda Dy Do as your care provider. She does not have your best interests in mine. She doesn't even do a medical examination. Not sure how sure still has a medical license. Wish I could give zero stars, haven't received worst medical care in my whole life. read more

I would not go to this quackery clinic. This nurse practitioner assuming was a doctor. Calls herself Dr. Os. I was an asthma patient needed of an update after being in the hospital. Uncaring, not interested in what i had to say. Waited over an hour to see her. Never spent 4 minutes and a hundred dollars later she tells me see her in 6 months! Wtf! Do go there unless you have money to throw away. The office didn't even look like a clinic. Nothing medical to speak of. Going to look for a real doctor in a real medical clinic elsewhere. Customer service was nice. Overall though, wait times were just absurd. I'm patient by all means but 3-4 hours is crazy. 3 hours on the conservative side to even get to the back where guess what... you get to wait some more lol in total about a 4 hour affair. This visit was for a drug screening/DOT physical. At times I felt people that checked in after me for the same drug screening process were being called before me but maybe charts were getting mishandled or I'm obsessing on the fact that everything just took entirely too long. Besides the drug screening and physical itself which took maybe 5 minutes total for both. And then I bolted as soon as they "checked me out" (printed my paperwork) only to get home and read that they marked me as M for male which is wrong. Technician staff are horrible. I went in for an audiogram and the technician sat me down in the audiogram booth, then left for 20 minutes without starting it. I could clearly hear him bullshitting with his colleagues in the hallway, more specifically, talking badly about another patient. When somebody does decide to sue this place, it will be because of staff who do stuff like this. read more

I wish I knew the names of the receptionist staff. They work so hard to process the hundreds of patients that come each day. I would strongly recommend that everybody avoid this place at all costs, even if your employer is contracted with this facility. I arrived at 11:30 AM and was told it would be approximately 15 minutes for an N 95 fit test. The front desk MA, Roxy, then arbitrarily and unilaterally made the decision that I needed a entirely new physical exam based on questionnaire responses, instead of allowing me to correct a clerical error. (News flash-- I didn't, this is a simple regulatory requirement). I was then made to wait without any further information for almost 2 hours, while the waiting room cycled through several times. Finally, after attempting to be polite, I finally had to pull a Karen and ask for the manager. Once someone came to perform this physical exam, my questions were unanswered, and my expectations were yet again, mismanaged. I don't know what kind of billing scam this place is running, but, rest assured--they will be reported to the state inspector general's office, as well as CMS. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid. Avoid. My employer lists this urgent care as a place we can go to be treated for work related injury. I went in one afternoon, filled out the paperwork and waited to be seen. I was hoping for a short wait due to being in some pain but ending up being there until way past closing at 5. The lobby is large and have have a keurig and coffee pods for you to busy yourself with while you wait. I do agree with a number of other reviews that say this place is low on the level of professionalism. The desk staff talk loudly and casually to each other. I've been to a lot of hospitals, clinics, and dr officers and have never been witnessed to so much clowning around. At 345 a nurse took me back to a room to be seen and evaluated. I waited until close to 5 in the room, alone but no one came for me. I poked my head out and found the nurse and asked when I would be seen. She said the doctor had checked off that he's seen me already. I told her that was an error and I've been waiting for over an hour. I could hear the staff getting more rowdy which signaled they were getting taxi to close up. I was basically forgotten until I spoke up. The doctor came in and examined me and said he would see me back in a few days and possibly prescribe PT. He said I would be fitted for arm braces. Not only did they give me the wrong brace but they only gave me one when I had been complaining of BOTH arms. I know this because it is listed on my post appt paperwork. The nurse was sweet but she gave me a brace to put on my right arm and when I checked the tag on the inside it said Left arm. I don't know if it's lack of communication or professionalism or both but the staff totally botched my appointment and may end up costing me in a workers comp claim. read more

I would of been better off going to a regular urgent care. I'm a vet and I got attacked by cat so naturally o had to go to the hospital straight from work. I waited two hours for them to give pain pills. (No tetanus shot btw) I go back for a follow up today where I waited four hours!! For her to walk in for 30 seconds and say okay all your paperwork is up front. I said I'm suppose to get a tetanus shot. The dr saids you didn't get one last time? (First off u should of known that if u looked at my chart) I said no n she asks why? How the fuck do o know?! I just want my shot I'm ready to go! And she walks off speaking Spanish. My experience at concentra was completely dreadful. Jency Mathew was the "doctor" I saw, I was in a car accident and she was nothing but dismissive and speaking over me due to me missing some of my appointments. I'm an autistic adult whom got caught up in the confusion a car accident and physical therapy and workers compensation. when I explained this to her she began speaking over me and saying how old are you, which is not the issue considering the fact that im autistic. I still returned to correct my mistake in assuming the doctors would contact me instead of vice versa and she still used micro aggression to suggest my position was purposeful and just out for insurance money. She is a hateful human being whom may very well be racist, she does not practice the sensitivity and humility a medical profession should. She should learn to practice listening and empathy, she's a terrible individual who has made what has already been a tough situation worse. She should lose her license immediately read more

We sent an employee for a N-95 mask fitting, was quoted $60. After getting there they require an additional $56 OSHA questionnaire which was not discussed. Because the employee answered a question wrong they required a physical before doing the mask fit test. ($118) so $234 to get an N-95 mask fit test. What a rip-off... It really sucks that pre-employment physicals require you to go to Concentra locations. This is the second Concentra location I have been to and its slightly better than the first. Still horrible long wait times. Got here 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and got called in ten minutes after the time. Did the drug test, height/weight, eye exam, color exam done in 15 minutes. Then waited for the physical portion with a doctor... waiting going on to close to 45 minutes for the doctor as I write this review. Physical exam done in 5 minutes. So a 20 minute physical and drug screen takes approx almost two hours in and out here. I added time to because of waiting for your paperwork at the end. Two stars because everyone is so friendly and the location is clean - they even offer coffee and water while you wait. The wait isn't so bad as compared to other Concentra locations, but seriously the wait. read more

After visiting another urgent care nearby and deciding not to stay at that one to be treated, I found Concentra. Walking into Concentra it was like night versus day compared to the previous facility I was at. I was immediately greeted and started on the normal paperwork. The waiting area was nice. There was a tv, magazines, a coffee machine, and bottled water. Within 10 mins I was called back. The Doctor I saw was friendly and personable. The Doctor took the time to really talk with me about my symptoms and to explain what was causing it. The Doctor also answered all my questions. Glad that I found Concentra. I was pleased with the facility and definitely impressed by the Doctor. read more

Color me impressed! The blood test I needed (Hemoglobin AIC vs hemoglobin) was not well described. I had to go to back to the source, find the correct test and then tell Concentra the correct one. Then somehow they did the wrong test. I sent Concentra a message which I NEVER expected to be answered but Essence did answer it. In fact she telephoned me twice and emailed me and when she found I was out of town she immediately called the Concentra facility in my area, got me in there and got that test done on their dime.
