The lady at front did not speak spanish and neither did another person inside near her. So she told him to come back later. The only person they had to speak spanish was busy and couldn't help. Abysmal Concentra. Came in for a drug screening and blood work. They took my information quickly enough and I thought well there are 4 people already here but this is a two minute thing....I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before they even started working on my paper work and in that time they had given one patient a prescription and called only one in. So at this rate I would been there for 2 hours. Front desk girls did not seem to care and for how slow they were you could see staff in the back just standing around. My husband was injured with a probar on his face a few months back. He has has headaches on and off progressively getting worse. Now he is also having neck pain so he was finally referred to the concentra on Tustin Ave in orange. The Dr told him that his headaches were because he's 52 and that he needs to deal with it. We tried to tell him that we didn't agree and he cut us off saying " you don't have to agree with me but that's what it is" and he walked out of the room. read more

First of all the entire place smells like urine when you walk in which is disgusting. Secondly I came here to get an employment physical and I've been here for an hour and a half and there were only two people ahead of me when I got here. Those people are long gone by now. Other people came in for the same thing and were seen before me which is ridiculous. I just had an employment physical at Concentra in Rancho Cucamonga for a different job three months ago and the entire process took 45 minutes: Pee in a cup, height, weight, TB shot, the doctor comes in and asks you if you feel ok, shines the light in your eyes ears and nose, and your done. I've been here an hour and a half and the first 30 minutes consisted of me watching other people come in after me and get seen first. The second 30 minutes was me peeing in a cup, height, weight and TB shot. Now I've been sitting in this exam room for about 45 minutes and haven't seen a physician to simply come in and tell me "You're healthy, I'll sign your doc and you can go." I'm not completely unreasonable. I understand there are actual sick people that need to be seen. But that should be all the more reason to get people like me in and out so I'm not taking up their time or occupying a room when someone else could actually be using it. Poor time management. She finally came in to see me and the whole process took 2 minutes, which is exactly what I expected. I was gonna give this place two stars because the nurse who did all of the stuff before seeing the doctor was nice and quick, but apparently he didn't fill out my form completely and the doctor LITERALLY SAID "Well it's Friday, he's just in a rush to get home." ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? This guy's Friday night plans are more important than doing his job correctly in a medical office where getting little things wrong can really screw up someone's day in minor cases and their life in major ones and according to the doctor THAT'S OK! I'll start with the good. I brought my MIL in with a test kit to have blood drawn. The blood draw happened. That's how this center earned my two stars. As I walked up to the counter with my MIL to check her in, I was met with an employee who was very rude because I was standing at the counter but was not having a test kit done myself and gave me a nasty look and asked me to go sit down. That's fine--I understand needing to follow Covid protocols, but if you don't tell your patients what the protocols are you can't expect them to know what they are and there is no need to be rude. As I went to sit down where I was instructed, I told her I didn't appreciate the nasty look and that it wasn't necessary and wasn't nice. Another patient who witnessed the interaction voiced that he agreed with me and had obviously had a similar encounter with her. I understand that people have bad days but having a nasty attitude is uncalled for and very unprofessional. I suspect she told the nurses to hold my MIL's file so she wouldn't be seen in the order we arrived because not only did everyone who was there before us get seen but several people who arrived after us were taken back to be served before my MIL. Appointments are not taken for blood draws so patients should be taken on a first come, first served basis so there is no other explanation for this. She ended up waiting 35+ minutes to be seen from the time she finished her paperwork. This was a further example of the unprofessional behavior exhibited by this employee. If I am ever in need of a blood draw in the future I will seek out a lab that offers more respect and professionalism to the people it serves. read more

I'm so confused by the negative reviews. I've had a great experience here. I came in with a work related injury. Mind you this is a walk-in clinic. My initial assessment was great I had a little bit of a wait (walk-in remember) did x-rays and was done within an hour. I was given pain meds, ice pack and a heating pad. I had a follow up visit 2 days later it was quick and so have the rest. I began physical therapy a week later & I cannot express how amazing these therapist are! I was given exercises, and amazing deep tissue and STEM treatment. I feel so supported here, the doctors and physical therapists have given me everything I've needed to heal and hopefully get back working asap. I absolutely appreciate that my work gets billed and I don't have to deal with any of that. Customer service is great, the receptionist are attentive and helpful. Love this place. read more

Excpect to wait, if you're a walk-in as I was. I arrived at 2:30. Signage is poor at best, so bare left for family practice if you come in the door that says "Family Practice." Don't sign in at the orthopedics counter, as I did. Better still, come in the door that says "Occupational Medicine - Urgent Care." That's the entrance to the family practice receptionist. In a bare bones waiting room of 12 chairs, 8 patients were waiting. I signed in as a new patient, but nobody asked me to fill out forms until 3:00, half an hour later. At 3:30, they asked me to pay my copay. 4:00 and I'm invited into the exam room. 4:15 I'm back in the waiting room waiting for my prescription. Finally, at 4:30, I'm leaving. read more

The physical therapy at this location is one of the best facilities I have been to. Kudos to Maribel for the welcoming atmosphere she provides the moment patients walk in. Both Shiela and Joe are professional, courteous, friendly, and are highly skilled therapists. The therapists do a great job of assessing the problem and re-assessing it to find different ways to alleviate my pain. They both have a great rapport with their patients and are easy to talk to. I am always impressed and satisfied with my therapy sessions here. read more

Went quick was in and out they told me come back in two days but make sure it's after 11. So I come in today exactly 2 days and after 11. The front desk tells me it's too early I have to wait till after 2:30pm. I live in lake Elsinore this would have been GREAT information to know before. Thanks for wasting my time. This place is disgusting. It's old and outdated; the medical equipment looks like it was picked out of a warehouse sale from the 1950s. Absolutely no COVID protocols whatsoever. They allowed more people than the space allowed considering social distancing. There's no hand sanitizer to speak of in the entire place. The phlebotomist is incompetent. Terribly unorganized office. I went in for a 2-step TB test for a volunteer job. After completing the 1st step and getting it read a few days later, I returned to complete the 2nd step only to discover they had no record of my first visit. This was especially frustrating as I waited 2.5 hours to do the 1st step due to people with serious injuries who obviously had priority. Still, I had taken the time off work and lost income. I spoke to a manager who was able to verify that I was indeed there and said she'd look into it for me; however, she hasn't returned my calls when I've tried to follow up with her. My volunteer company is now sending me to another company. They have had lots of issues with US Healthworks. read more

She had an attitude and an aggressive tone when she spoke to me. Excited for my new job, I came here for a TB test. My company forgot to give me a form that proved that I worked for the company. The nurse and doctor are nice, but this place has terrible management. They didn't mention anything about appointment when I called. Got here and checked in and asked the manager who said they'll bring me in in about half hour and that did not happen until 1.5 hours later. Not an exaggeration. Had an appointment at 2:30pm for a DOT physical didn't get called back until 3 and then had to wait another 45-50 mins for the dr to come into the room I was in. The whole physical took less than 3 mins and my total time in the building was 2 hours. The worst part was when, 2 days later I wasted over an hour at the dmv just for them to tell me that my form wasn't signed and filled out all the way. Had to drive back to have it filled out correctly and then go back to the dmv to wait another hour. Wasted my time and money at this place. Even though this place is cheaper than others for DOT/DMV physicals, it isn't worth your time. Pay the extra bucks to get this done correctly. Lesson learned. read more

Crooked Crooked Crooked. How can such a medical practice be in our American society? These so called Drs. are hired by the insurance companies to send u back to work asap after a work injury. They do not care about your physical conditions they only care about sending u back to work because the longer it takes for u to go back to work the less money they will make. All these so called Drs. who work here are corrupt and deserve to be in hell. If u get hurt at work and they decide to send you here DONT GO HERE you as an injured worker have the right to choose a Dr. within your companies workers comp insurance network. Avoid this place at all costs. When I herniated my discs they said it was just a sprain ignored my complaints of pain and radiating nerve pain and try to send me back to full duty! I demanded an mri which seemed to shake them to their core with fear. I knew right then and there that something is totally crooked about this place. So I did my research and boy did I uncover so much about this crooked for profit medical company. This is how they operate: When a worker gets injured the work comp insurance loses money the longer the worker is out of work. So they send you here and pressure the Dr. to send you back asap if the Dr. fails to send you back in a timely manner then they lose pay. So the Drs. have a culture of prematurely sending a hurt worker back too soon without properly diagnosing your condition. DEMAND AN MRI IF YOU HAPPEN TO END UP HERE OR THREATEN LAWSUIT. DO NOT SEE DR.HUK. I waited for 2 hours and when I finally got in and talk to him I told him to please be careful with my leg because it hurt to move it at all and the first thing he did was tell me to lie back and then he jerked my leg up all the way to my chest and was moving it back and forth and I yelled at him to stop and he wouldn't. Then he asked me if I knew what was wrong with my leg and I told him that's why I'm here. I had mentioned that there was an x-ray I got done on my leg when I was younger because I had some pain then and he just said okay well I guess we don't have to do x-rays then, as if no new issues can happen in 10 years. Then he prescribed me a dosage of the equivalent of TWELVE ADVIL A DAY (800mg 3 times a day) for two weeks and I was smart enough not to pay attention to his prescription. I even had an appointment with my primary care physician a couple weeks later and told her about it and she said I would have gotten an ulcer from taking that much. I asked him if I could have a knee brace to help keep my patella in place and he just said no we don't do that here. And as I was walking out one of the male nurses handed me a knee brace for fitting. Then a couple weeks later come to find out I was supposed to be charged $676 for this visit. I've been trying for weeks to get in contact with the corporate office and nobody's gotten back to me. If there was a way to just pay for the knee brace I would have no problem with that but the office visit did more harm than good and I can't believe that that man is a doctor. read more

I have been coming here for a few years and i am very pleased with the quality of care that i have received. Dr Sunday is an amazing Dr very attentive and truly cares for her patients. The staff here is awesome, Yolanda, Lisa, Ana, Harvey, Arnold and lets not forget the physical therapy department. Whoooo Sheila is awesome! This woman amazes me! She really knows her stuff. Ill come in barely able to move and she works on me and im able to have more mobility!! Maribel is so friendly when i call in or she calls to remind me of my upcoming appointment! I Love this place they have made me feel at home everytime i walk in and thats the best feeling! US Healthworks Medical Group in Irvine was my first foray into non-Kaiser Insurance, so was dubious. But I had a very good experience! I'm sure the timing of when you get called back, etc. (previous Yelp complaints mentioned how long it took) has to do with flow, and if things are busy, it takes a while. Like an emergency room. I waited maybe a half hour before being called back. Very thorough questions from the assistant (who actually had read my chart and remembered it, unlike several Kaiser experiences), very nice Asian guy. Then Dr. Jason came in and gave me a very comprehensive exam (I had severe back pain), and again, really listened carefully to everything I said and remembered my history from my chart verbatim, and ordered x-rays. X-ray guy was quick, knowledgeable and helpful! Then back to Dr. Jason, who personally showed me the x-rays and spoke in detail about the findings he saw. Bing bang boom!
