Obligated to put one star, because it wouldn't let me leave it blank. I was sent sent here by my job, not that I would have picked this place at all. The medical assistant Jennifer needs to take a class on mannerisms. I hadn't even got paper work to fill out before she stated there was a 3-4 hour wait while she was on her cell phone. That's probably why it takes long to get attempted because she wasn't doing anything. I work in healthcare and it is not for the faint of heart, and most part of nursing is customer service, aside from patient care. It is so upsetting when going to a facility such as this one, and from the front door the type of attitude you receive. This place is horrible. Would not recommend it, literally one person in the waiting room and still a 3-4 hour wait. As a health care provider myself, this place is a mess. First, the wait time is over 2 hours WITH appointment. How do they get overbooked to such an extent? Who does the room and scheduling? How do they couple walk-ins with those that have appointments? Is it a first come first serve line? It is a disgrace that my employer sent me here. Second, the front desk staff are rude and incompetent. They are also unprofessional on the phone when scheduling appointment. Attitude is important and makes the environment toxic. They should consider hiring some NPs and PAs bc this wait time is absolutely horrible WITH appointment. Time is money and precious. So if I have to wait over 2 hours to get roomed, then I have to wait for the MD to give me a physical, then I have to wait to get blood drawn/immunization/drug test. How many hours is that? The desk staff are a bunch of lazy women who take their sweet time doing nothing but walk around and do everything except attend you. I just called today and Giselle answered my call. She said she was going to check on my case and then put me on hold for 15 minutes and when she got back on the phone she asked what she could help me with. I explained to her that I already told her what I wanted done. She then looks up my information as I give her my information and in a quick minute, we got it solved. 1 damn minute was all it took and she took her sweet damn time for 15 minutes doing nothing. I was forced to go here for a work related injury, by the time I eventually saw the doctor they forced my family member out of the room even though he was needed due to the fact i was having memory issues. Then the Dr, finally comes in and doesn't listen to a word i said. when I got upset about the constant interruptions he suggested i see a psychologist for my anger and hostility. Then proceeds to tell me that nothing the ER and neurosurgeon at the hospital told me is correct or even accurate. Finally when I decided to leave the Dr himself and 2 nurses came outside where myself and my family member was and yelled at us separately, calling him a bad example a bad person, how dare he let me drive with a head injury even though the ER neurosurgeon had cleared me prior etc etc, threatening us. Frankly it was a horrible experience and I will be taking this further. read more

I was sent here by my employer after a work injury and I should have known better they were sending me to someone with out the best intentions for my outcome considering i had to drive over 12 miles when there are 100's of medical facilities in a 5 mile radius of the Fontana area. Yes just like all the other Yelp reviews you will wait will over 2 hours to be seen. Once seen you will be asked basic questions about your injury. After that given an x-ray and i must add that it rain before my visit and the roof was leaking like crazy right on top of the x-ray machine (is this even safe?). In the end the Doctor said i had no injury and could go back to work even though I could not move my arm from the injury. I asked what i should do for my pain and he simply told me to go see my own doctor defeating the purpose of this medical visit. This place is clearly under your companies payroll and will not care for you or have your best intentions. Avoid this place and ask your employer for another option if asked to go here. read more

This place is garbage. Even with an appointment you'll wind up waiting close to two hours. Most of the drs here do not care if you're hurt they like to do "conservative" treatment. I need an MRI but they are refusing to do one and had the nerve to try setting me up to see their chiropractor. DO NOT EVER SEE A CHIROPRACTOR WITHOUT AN MRI. Why anyone would try to manipulate the spine without knowing what the issue is baffles me. It can literally paralyze you if you have something seriously wrong. Stay far away from "dr" Zakaria. She changed my restrictions without doing literally anything and didn't even tell me. She seemed angry when I told her I was not going to see the chiropractor because WE don't know what is wrong with my back. My advice, if you want any actual help, see dr Pascal. She's knowledgeable and so far has been the only Dr here I've seen that actually carries herself like a physician. I have a back injury from work and need treatment and if I could go anywhere else I would. Kaiser is the best. If you're dealing with this place and don't want to, see if Kaiser's worker's comp department can see you instead some places will allow you to switch. I had kaiser my whole life so dealing with places like this is shocking. How can they just dismiss your problems? They're avoiding the MRI at all costs and it seems like they're more afraid of what it will show than anything. The fact my issue is not getting better and I can hardly stand for more than 30 minutes should be enough. Instead dr Zakaria had me bend over ONE time and changed my damn restrictions after catching an ugly attitude because I refused to see the chiropractor. Unbelievable. At least Dr Pascal tried to help, offered a back brace and physical therapy etc. it hasn't helped much but she gave it a shot and acted like a DR is supposed to. I got there before they opened and I waited in a line of about 5 people. Again, I was expecting to wait. I'm about to hit 4 hours of being at this office and I haven't even been called back to a room yet and I got here when they opened!! This is the most ridiculous wait time I've ever seen. This place is a joke. I injured myself at work back in Spet 13 and could not get the doctor to listen that my hip hurts not my back. Final after 2 months they scheduled for and MRI in which this took another 8 weeks to get, and that was because I called my claim adjuster on Christmas Eve. In Jan 2014 I received the results of my MRI. I have. 8mm labrum tear and a 5mm labral cyst. I get an 8 am appointment and sit a about 2 hours before my name is call. And then sit another 2 hours to get my paper work so I can leave. The staff there is rude and hate doing work. So they sit in the back and you can here them laugh and carry on.
