Loan was incredibly sweet and did an amazing job on my natural nails. It had been a while since my last gel manicure, and she was very patient while I decided on a color, even testing a few different shades on my nails to help me choose. It took me awhile to find a new salon after moving from the South Bay, but I've found it! After at least three other salon trial and errors, I'm now a regular at The Moon Nails. Tiffany is the best! I get hard gel and she's really efficient with cleaning and nail prep. While that's the boring stuff, it's so important to get right so that your nails look good and last. First time here, and I will definitely be back! Got a gorgeous cat eye manicure with chrome details for only ~$65 before tip, including BIAB gel. This was a softer alternative to builder gel. Amazing price for the value. Helen and Tiffany were so sweet, patient, and accommodating as they worked on me. They offered me tea and kept checking in to make sure I was satisfied. They didn't mind when I asked for changes to the nail color. Often times, I've experienced nail techs who get frustrated when they are asked for modifications. This has put me off from nail salons in the past. So it was very comforting to see the opposite here. They genuinely want you to be happy with your nails. Also, Tiffany checked in about how I wanted the designs to look before she carefully drew the chrome nail art. I appreciated her eye for detail. I also got the royal massage for $49. We all got pedicures and I usually don't get pedicures in the winter, but I had put it off for long enough, that I thought it was time to just go ahead and get one anyway. I was instantly greeted and helped by Lynn; she allowed me to look at the colors right away, while she prepped the pedi chair and then was given the price menu along with the color books. I felt very relaxed as there weren't too many people here either at the time and one of my friends commented that she liked the music. I was also given a drink menu and they have snacks and water here too if you are hungry and thirsty. I thought it was a good selection of drinks to choose from, and I got the viet coffee which I enjoyed. Not that many salons offer food and drinks to customers, so it's a nice gesture. Lynn was very personable and gentle with the massage. I would come back here if it was closer to my house. I am glad though that I decided to go with my friends here as that can be more fun. The interior is clean and well kept. The bathroom also is big and spacious. The only slightly confusing thing to me was that they have a cash price and a regular price for cards which i am not sure if it's some sort of fee or tax, as that needs to be a bit more clear. The amount doesn't seem to be that much different either way? I asked about it but not sure if I fully understand still or if they were not sure either what I was asking about. There were several pedicure options and we opted for the one that came with the paraffin wax, sugar and salt scrub with 10 minute massage. First impression- clean and bright. Relaxing, soothing music in the background while we got our pedicures. Helen was super attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time, checking in with me throughout the pedicure. My sister bestie referred me to The Moon Nails so I took my daughter for her birthday! They're so accommodating and kind since we just walked in. Ambiance was nice and clean. The lighting and decorations are beautiful. They had snacks. Desserts and drinks. It's my first time getting gel x nails. Love my nails and my daughter loves hers too! We truly appreciate Ivy, Tiffany and another lady but we didn't catch her name . They're really great with designs. Next time I'll get my nails even shorter for work and maybe try the dip. If you want to get manicure done right away, come here. I called on Monday afternoon and got an appointment for 5pm. I arrived 10 minutes early to look at their color options. 15 minutes later I was assigned with Helen. I asked for a gel manicure with solid color on my nature nails. Unfortunately, I broke 4 of my natural nails so Helen fixed it with gel extension. (Thumb, index, middle fingers are all extension) Helen was fast! Simple manicure done within an hour. Paid and left the door at 6:10PM. My only complaint is on the extension. 2 of which were little lifted. I rarely get extension so I did not check. Could've avoided it by pressing down firmly onto my nature nail. Will be back in a month once my nail gets longer. read more

I said no massage and they gave me a massage on hands and feet. They would not let me pick the color before forcing me into the chair. I like to pick the color before I sit down. The mani/pedi was not painted on crisply. I wanted my callous removed and was disappointed that it was only scrubbed and no grinding machine was used on my heel. Not to mention, I was also a walk in and didn't wait longer than 5 minutes upon checking in. The ambiance was amazing as well. They were playing awesome tunes and I loved that my nail tech Lynn was grooving along as well. I also noticed that every other nail tech were too, very engaged into conversations with their clients and super friendly so if you are around the area, check them out and I hope you love them just as much as I do. Don't forget to check in on the tablet at front desk. There are also plenty of food spots from Indian cuisines, Vietnamese pho, boba shop right next door, starbread, liquor stores, gas stations if you need a fill up, Chinese restaurant across the street and so on. They do the bare minimum here and talk about you in Vietnamese, but are we surprised? Every woman that came in seemed to fight over the best workers to do their nails -- as they should because the work done on my pedicure wasn't great. The massage that came with the pedicure was just a rub down and they don't exfoliate your feet. There's definitely better places to get your nails done but if you ABSOLUTELY need to get your nails done in a pinch and have nowhere else to go, by all means, go right ahead and good luck. read more
