I called at 10am to see if Zohra was working and they said she was running late and to come at 11. I came at 11 and waited for Zohra to finish with her client, after 35 minutes Zohra finished and she took someone who walked in after me. She did not even acknowledge me or let me know that she had an appointment. So I walked out after waiting for 35 minutes and not being spoken to. I called to make an appointment at 1p and they said ok. I came for my appointment at 1p and they told me to wait 10 minutes and I ended up waiting over an hour and ten minutes just to get my eyebrows threaded After waiting an hour the other lady said eyebrows are first come first serve but could not express that when I talked to her on the phone to make an appointment? You guys are ridiculous. Work on your customer service and get more staff. read more

im so disappointed during my visit here, I came in Friday around 5pm! I usually like to grow out my eyebrows for 2 months and always ask for a light clean up and no reshaping but the employee didn't listen to me. I left with thinner and uneven brows! She was so rough on me too. read more

I have been going there for 3 years now, i go there every 3 months or so and there's always new people there. that's fine, but the problem is that people they hire are getting worse each time. I just had a really bad experience the last two times and I've decided I'm never going back. Last time, I went there for eyebrows threading and the person (someone afghani) actually left a mark (thread scratch) on my nose. I didn't say anything then but that mark didn't leave my face for 2 weeks. then, just today I went for upper lip threading and I actually started bleeding from one tiny spot on my lip. I told "Pam" (I'm sure she gave me the wrong name) that I'm bleeding a bit. the problem wasn't the bleeding itself (I know it wasn't much), it is how she handled the situation. she started getting frustrated that this isn't even much and how you had a little something there. I said you should have told me before and she rolled her eyes and just walked away. I'm never going back there. read more

I used to just use an eyebrow razor for my eyebrows but getting them threaded here is next level and I don't mind paying for it! I love the way Zora/Zoran does my brows. Beware you will come out with thin eyebrows !!! I wanted to give them another-chance but this is the last time. I came for a clean up and I always tell them I do not want them thin due to my past experiences overall. When I look I'm horrified and I told the girl that they were thin I tried to keep my cool, so I'm thinking the tint will help. It helped a little bit but now paying more attention to them you can see they are crooked and super thin. The right pictured was how thick I had them even with the little filling you can see my eyebrow hair. The left picture is how currently they look. You can see how some hairs are so uneven. This is one of the cleanest threading locations I've been to. They have used/clean pens for sign in, they spray and wipe down every chair after use, and I saw they immediately put their scissors and other tools in a sanitizing solution when they finish. They use the method that uses only the hand/neck (not mouth). Pro-tip, sanitize YOUR hands before they start because there is a part where you have to help hold your skin down/touch your eyelid. I go here for my brows and it's $10. With no wait, you can go in and out within 5-10 minutes. They're quick but the quality is good. I'm always pleasantly surprised with how much they can clean up and shape in such a short visit. I don't have very thick eyebrows and I do upkeep them throughout the year so I'm always awed when my brows look so clean and crisp. Both Union City and Fremont locations are good for brows. read more

Walk ins available to wax eyebrow. My aunt loved the result! We requested for wax eyebrow, which she did.. but then proceeded to do threading afterwards. I tried to let her know that my aunt didnt want that but she didnt hear me properly and thought i asked if it was done. so she continued to thread after waxing. during the wax & threading my aunts head was not supported so her neck was hurting a lot after since its just hanging off the chair. They will thin out your eyebrows. I specifically asked for a cleanup and to not thin out my eyebrows but everytime they just disregard what I say. This time was the final straw because the lady who opened did a horrible job. I used to visit this place a few years ago and had a good experience back then, but something has definitely changed--perhaps the ownership. First of all, the staff was not welcoming at all. Wherever I go, I'm usually greeted with a smile, but that was missing here. The lady who did my threading seemed a bit rude and didn't even ask how I wanted my brows done. She just went ahead without any communication, didn't offer any aloe vera or tissue to clean up afterward either. The threading itself was average--not as precise or neat as I expected. I used to here when another threading business was operating but they shut down after the lock down. So when I saw the sign that this new business had opened up I was excited! I saw on Yelp that they have an original shop in Fremont. This business keeps their store well cleaned. The owner was very nice and she also did my eyebrows. She kept asking if I was ok and asked how I like them. I come here quite a few times because it's close to my house. While usually i walk away with eyebrows with a nice shape, a few times i have came about 15-20 mins before they close. (for context, my work schedule is over within the last hour the shop is open.) well, suppose to close. because one of the ladies flipped the sign and closed the shop. So today i decided to called them, as im sitting outside their shop and they flat out told me that they close 15 mins prior to the actual closing time. mind you, there was a lady currently getting services from them. I first want to start off by saying I have been going to Sharan's since I was 15 and I am now 20. I am very particular with my eyebrows mainly because I have thick eyebrows and I would hate for anyone to mess them up but not once has Sharan or her team messed me up. If she moved away, I wouldn't know what to do or who else to go to in Fremont or Union City because she simply is the best. She has a ton of experience and her lovely team is also just as amazing. i have been going to sharan threading for the past 4-5 years and its the only place i trust with my eyebrows. i usually get them done by sharan but any of the other eyebrow ladies are very qualified as well. every since i have been coming here i have never left with bad eyebrows and trust me i am very particular about my eyebrows since they are a big feature on my face.they are very consistent with their work and they know how to mimic what you want. not only are they good up at cleaning up you're eyebrows but great at doing it according to your face shape and eyebrows, which not that maybe other places do. they have many other services that are great as well such as facials and waxing. honestly i would rate it a 11/10 and you must try! read more
