Tanya is the best! She really cares about doing what is best for your skin type, my skin does not like the Hydrafacial, which she noticed in seconds and recommended a better treatment. I've had a custom facial and two micro needling sessions and so far I'm really happy with the improvement in my skin. Tanya also had me send her pictures of the products I use and helped me come up with a skin care regimen that would work for me. She also reached out every couple days to have me send her pics so she could confirm I was healing as expected. I have been doing botox for the last 7 years. I have found that Stacy is the best of the best. After all, she was trained by the people who made botox; how good is that? I am a difficult client as I have some very large muscles in the forrehead. This was my first experience with Botox, and needless to say I was a little nervous. Stacy was very kind and professional. I understand that the technician makes or breaks a business. This is the first time I feel like I had the good ole bait and switch done. I had motivating done by Janet two months ago. Included in that fee is a touch-up 8-10 weeks after the initial service. I got a text stating Janet doesn't work there and I can follow her to her new office in Coto. I went here because of the reviews and location so I was happy to see any technician so I kept my appointment. When I arrived and they brought me in a back room they stated that Janet didn't document anything in my chart including what color was used on my brown brows. They asked if I remembered the color and then did I remember what size blade she used. When I didn't recall she spent ten minutes looking at my brows and telling me all the reasons she couldn't do the service. None of which made sense. Really? I don't know how they get paid but I felt like between trying to push me to Janet and the next excuse of the inability to determine the color Jana just didn't want to do a free service. Had horrible experience with this firm today with scheduling/client customer service. While not a new client had an appointment rescheduled by them to following Monday morning. I accepted this time and with added Monday traffic checked in just ten mins after appointment time texting I was close with very slight delay with traffic. When I arrived my therapist was still seeing patient before me (not yet free so would have still been waiting had I arrived 10 mins prior) but notified my appt was cancelled due to over scheduling and 10 mins late. Made no logical sense. Next person still hadn't arrived and therapist was still with client before me. Was then treated very rude/inconsiderate by front desk staff Tina when asking to explain the logistics. Front desk began pontificating about scheduling that made no sense. Very unprofessional and worst customer service seen in a long time. Do not recommend this firm based on rudeness, no flexibility and intolerance to good client service. They also don't answer the phone in most cases (texting replies) further adding to poor client communication. read more

I started Botox treatments a few years ago and to say I have fear and trepidation starting from about a month before my appt is to put things mildly. I bruise at the slightest poke or prod and my skin is uber sensitive. I know that I'll need 3 days at the least to recover from my injections. This was my first time seeing Stacy and I won't ever go anywhere else. I can see why some come back to see her even after moving to another state. I explained my issue with bruising and she listened patiently and was genuinely concerned about keeping the bruises at bay. She actually had me tilt my head backwards so she could see the veins in my forehead and avoid them. Such a simple solution that no one I've ever seen even thought of doing. And then she had me ice up the area before treating me. I went home and within the hour you couldn't see any evidence that I'd had anything done (not one mark or bruise) and the results are fantastic and super natural. I was very nervous the first time I went in to have Botox. I was concerned that it might give me an unnatural look. I have very fair skin with freckles and do not even wear a lot of makeup. After getting the injections by this TOP dermatologist the upper lip was protruding out way too far, one side more than the other.
